About
On the small circuit tour, you'll get to explore the most popular temples on the tourist trail including Angkor Wat, Bayon, Angkor Thom, and Ta Prohm. We'll stop for lunch along the way and have plenty of time to visit the most significant temples at Angkor.
If you opt for the sunrise option, we'll come and get you very early in the morning. In some cases, your hotel may be able to provide a small packed breakfast as you'll be hungry. If not, we can stop for breakfast after seeing the sunrise. We'll start the tour with Angkor Wat and you'll spend a few hours walking around this huge complex.
Angkor Wat was built in the 12th century by King Suryavarman II and was the most extravagant temple built by the ancient Khmer people. The Hindu temple unusual because most temples were dedicated to the Hindu, Shiva. However, Angkor Wat was dedicated to Vishnu. Angkor Wat was then deserted at some time in the 16th century and only rediscovered by French explorers late in the 19th century.

- Suzie30640 contributionsFriendly, knowledgeable guideMy husband and I have fallen in love with Cambodia especially Siem Reap. If you want to see and learn all about the most beautiful and magnificent temples ask Mr David Jean. He is such a good guide. He took us to some of the most amazing temples and even to some that had no tourists. What a find. He speaks very good English so we didnt have any trouble when speaking to him. So much to see and do. From the temples to the waterfalls. Just a fantastic trip and tour. We Will continue to use Mr David Jean and Travel Ads Angkor Tours when we return to the beautiful country of Cambodia. From the people to the temples to the food. All just superb. We even had dinner our guide in Pub Street as a thank you for an amazing day out and about.Written November 30, 2017
