          Fantastic walking tour
Fantastic guide who was very knowledgeable. Some of the points of interest were a little random and a lot of the main area was missed.

          Informative Tour
Sai was an incredibly informative tour guide, he shared all about life in Cambodia and growing up in the country. The tour was full of fun facts and I really appreciated all the honest answers he gave as we peppered him with questions. Highly recommend.

          Great day at Battambang
Great day, Ghia drove us from Riem Seap to Battambang then we transferred to a TukTuk with Kim as our driver/guide. Kim had a great knowledge of the history of the area and was very happy to make our visit a day to remember. A lot of fun on the bamboo train and a sobering time at the killing cave & frog cave. Well worth the trip, would recommend to anyone.

          Absolutely recommended!
This day trip is a must if you only have one day to visit Battambang from Siem Reap. You will visit funny places and it will help you to know local people and to understand the recent history of the country. Mr. Kim will make you remember this day for a very long time.

          Fantastic orientation to Siem Reap
Amazing tour by guide Sai - very fun, engaging and informative. Saw sights within Siem Reap city as we had already spent several days exploring the temples. In addition to being good value, we felt we were supporting a social enterprise as Sai spends time as an unpaid teacher in the evenings in his local community.

Nani the tour guide was fantastic
A very enjoyable and organised tour. Transfer from Siem Reap to Battambang via car, then to tuktuk for the city and countryside tour was seamless with good communication between the drivers. My tour guide Nani was helpful and polite, and was good at explaining the history and importance of each place we visited. He had great knowledge of the area, offering different options and ways to see things - after the bats began to fly out of the cave at sunset, he took me to the fields where they were flying to and it was such a surreal experience! If I were to do this day tour again, I would definitely choose to go with Nani.

It is an idyllic place and a wonder of the world. I have been lucky enough to be there twice but if it were the third time I wouldn't think it was bad. We will never forget the sunrise seeing the temples in Ankor and I thank God for this luck. I recommend the combined trip with Vietnam and Laos because since we go so far for a little more, it is worth it. We have been lucky enough to find an agency that prepared and personalized our trip and the truth is that it has turned out even better. thanks to Greta and Juan from Vietnam routes.

The best start to our trip!
We had Sai as our tour guide, he was absolutely fantastic! Was informative and genuine in his guiding. He kept checking in with everybody in the group to make sure everybody could understand and was doing OK. It was our first day in Siem Reap and we were tired and a bit nervous, but Sai was so welcoming and friendly! Would 100% recommend this tour as a great way to be introduced to Siem Reap.

          Book this amazing tour
This tour is just so great. We didn’t have time to stay in Battambang so thought of doing this trip from Siem reap. When the driver arrived we could choose the music for the journey there, which was a lovely touch. Once we arrived at Battambang we had the lovely and very knowledgeable Kim. We throughly enjoyed Kim’s history knowledge throughout the day. We could take our time at each stop and we never felt rushed. This was one of the highlights and I’m so glad we didn’t skip this part of Cambodia. You will not be disappointed it’s such a great trip. Thank you Kim.

          Good for Orientation
Our tour guide was very good. She was chatty and friendly, great English and told us about the sites, the history, political climate, Buddhist religion and the time went fast. It was our first full day in Siem Reap so this was a really great way to orient ourselves to the key parts of the town. We could ask her questions about general things which was really helpful. Would recommend this tour for orientation.

          Great tour and guide
The walking tour was excellent value and our guide, 'T', was absolutely superb. She went out of her way to explain aspects of the sites we visited, and was willing to engage in conversation, rather than simply trotting out a script. A great walking tour.

I had Sai for this adventure and he was the best tour guide I could have asked for!
The cycling was very leisurely and started in the city - visiting a huge local market and trying one of his childhood favourite treats. Then we visited the countryside, where I saw his home, rice paddy and lotus fields, and how rice wine is created! Sai was super informative and his (mostly self-taught!) English was very good. But he was also a truly inspiring character, teaching children after work so they get better opportunities in life. I felt truly blessed to have had him and, as a solo female traveller, I felt in very safe hands.

Our guide was really great! He told us lots about culture and history of the area. We even met his lovely family.

We cycled to a temple, a market and a school, then chilled with a drink in some huts. Cycling along the rice fields was really nice.

        We really enjoyed this!

        Bikes were good too!!

Thank you for a great tour!

Dorn was our guide and he took us to his village, 15-20min from the Siem Reap night market by bike.
We stopped at Lotus fields, a fish farm, a temple, had sugar cane juice and some lunch (unexpected) in a very nice place, away from the typical Siem Reap touristic paths.
We'd had doubts at first if taking it or not, and it was totally worth it!
Also, it was only 4 of us, plus Dorn.

Hi Manuela, Thank you for taking the time to review your cycling experience with Dorn, it is great to hear that you thought the tour was worthwhile! We work hard to keep our tours affordable and to create an authentic experience for each and every one of our guests, so we keep the tours a little bespoke and let our guides go with what works for them on the day - hence your unexpected lunch! Allowing guides like Dorn to show our guests around their homes really does make the experience special and I'm so glad that even though you had doubts, you enjoyed your day! Best Regards, Jay Adventure Travel Co.

This tour was amazing. Myself and my partner did the 9am tour. It took around 10 minutes to get into the calmer country side where we went through villages, schools and temples. Our guide was Sockha and he was great! He made the tour very personal to us. It was informative and Sockha was knowledgable and passionate about the area - and really made the trip even better! We were provided with allot of water and drinks of our choice at some points. The bike ride was not strenuous and was on flat ground. We also felt safe cycling alongside the road. There was beautiful scenery and the locals were very friendly.

I would recommend everyone to try this trip when in Siam reap - as it was one of the most enjoyable parts.

Hi Hollie, Thank you for taking the time to review your cycling tour experience with Sokha and Adventure Travel Co. I certainly agree that this is one of the best ways to experience Siem Reap and I love the fact that within only a few short minutes, you can be completely away from the city and cycling through the countryside! It is always wonderful to hear how much our guests enjoy spending time with Sokha on this tour as this is the village where he grew up and it is very special for him to be able to show his home to our guests. Thank you for posting your comments about the ease of the ride too, we often get asked if this tour is do-able by folks who may not have ridden bicycles in a while, so it is great to know that you found the ride relaxing rather than strenuous! Best regards, Jay Adventure Travel Co.

Hi Greg, Thank you for taking the time to review your village cycling tour and the time you spent with Sokha as your guide. It is great for our guides to know how much our guests enjoy their tours and this review, in particular, is lovely as Sokha leads this cycling tour through his home village. It is a privilege for him to show his guests where he grew up and he is extremely proud of this tour, so thank you for your kind words! Best, Jay Adventure Travel Co.

The tour takes you to some temples and part of country side. You get views to farming areas, small markets, schools, and village houses. Our guide was really good and he told us stories about agriculture, religion, and local life, since he grew up there! You end up in a nice spot to have a small but delicious snack and cold beer or soft drinks. Don't think too much about it, just do it! It's really worth it!

Dear Laurioles, Thank you for taking the time to review your Village Cycling Tour experience, we work hard to keep our tours as local as possible and to collaborate with our surrounding villages to give our guests a snapshot of the real Cambodia. A big part of this is using the villages that our guides either live in now, or grew up in. It sounds as though you got to experience the part of Siem Reap that we think makes it most special and it makes us so happy to hear that you felt it was worth it! I will pass your lovely comments onto your guide. It is always a pleasure to hear how much our guests enjoy spending time with our guides :) Thank you and safe travels, Jay A Adventure Travel Co.
