Had a great day at Angkor Zipline! It was pristine clean and felt very safe from start to finish. We did the Gold tour which also included a very tasty Khmer lunch as well as pick up/ drop off.
Special mention to our guides Pheak and Sath who were world class and kept us laughing along the way, despite rigorous attention to detail and safety throughout. At no point were we ever unclipped from the line itself despite going up and down platforms, stairs and zips. These guys were great.
Quite expensive at 89$ (had to do early bird to get this price as well) and the driver was a bit quiet, could have done with more info on how many guests we were picking up and wait time etc, otherwise thoroughly recommend this experience!

Dear Dab194, Good morning from treetops at Angkor Zipline! Thank you very much for sharing your experience and feedback with other travelers here on TripAdvisor. We’re glad to learn that you had a great time zip lining with Angkor Zipline ;-) I passed your kind words to Pheak and Sathorn on your behalf as well. I’d like elaborate in regards to the pricing. Our tour is located inside the UNESCO World Heritage site of Angkor Archaeological Park. Therefore, to enter the area, you normally need to have the Angkor Park Pass, which costs $37 for a day pass. However, with our official transport to pick you up from the hotel, you don’t have to have a valid park pass to do zip line. Though, temple visitation is strictly prohibited. In additions, a part of your proceed helps supporting our CSR programs such as Gibbon Rehabilitation program (they now have a couple with 2 babies), Tree planting, Peacock release, English class for monks in Angkor Wat pagoda, English class for villagers in a remote area and many more. Thank you for the feedback about the driver. Part of it is because they have limited English communication skill. They mostly contact our call center team to talk to customers directly to avoid a misunderstanding. Nevertheless, I totally agree with you that knowing those information will be helpful and being able to communicate with the driver will enhance the overall experience. We appreciated and valued your feedback. Thank you so much. Most of all, thank you very much for recommending Angkor Zipline tour. We are grateful for your patronage. ;-) At your service, Tommy

Highly recommend getting the gold package and opting for a photographer to get the most out of this tour. We went in the afternoon on the last day of our visit after checking out from our hotel, but going in the morning might have been cooler.

The whole team truly took care of everything with a professional ease and sense of courtesy that clearly comes from a lot of experience. Although the course is laid out within the archaeological preserve, you can go there without a park ticket using their transportation from your hotel. We liked the local food at the restaurant by the Srah Srang reservoir included with the package.

Our “Sky Rangers,” Khem and Sreang, had a good sense of humor but took our safety very seriously. They carefully got us into the equipment, which even included a clean bandanna to wear under the helmet. After showing us a safety video and giving us a short class at ground level, they seemed to have as much fun as we did up over the trees, but also knew how to encourage someone with a bit of acrophobia.

Be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs along the way to reach the highest point – 45 meters off the ground. The water stations positioned along the way really helped. By the time we finished the course, we wished it could have gone on even longer.

If you get lucky, the local gibbons might make an appearance, but if not, you can check out the rabbits and peacocks after the short hike back to the welcome center.

All in all, this was one of our favorite things that we tried in Cambodia. If zip lining has any appeal to you at all, do not miss this one.

My wife and I just got back from the Angkor Zipline, from the first interaction with the staff till the end of the zipline everything was excellent. The 2 safety guides Kimleng & Song were very informative, ensuring that we were taken care of with all our needs.

Unfortunately I had an issue on the way back to the hotel, and was not very satisfied with the outcome. I wrote to the company thinking that I would receive an answer a day or two after leaving Siem Reap. Was I wrong I received an reply from the CEO Tommy within 30 minutes even though he was on a business trip. We communicated thru email in which actions were taken immediately, from there I thought that this was it as I was satisfied with the answer I received.

However once I was back at the hotel, I was surprised as the General Manager Mr. Khut came by to listen to me regarding the issue that I had. The fact that it was Mr. Khut’s day off, made me appreciate the effort the company took to rectify the issue that I had.

I am in the customer service industry and was impressed on how serious they took my issue. From the top management to the zipline staff, I can see that the employees of Angkor Zipline take great pride in taking care of their customers.

You can tell how good a company is from repeat customers, will I be a repeat customer the answer is definitely yes. Highly recommend using Angkor Zipline, after 2 days my wife and I were templed out and looking for something else to do. We were very happy to have had the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful experience.

Dear Dale, My apology for the drop off experience once again. I have just returned from the oversea business trip and I had a discussion with Mr. Khemrin right away as we’d like to make sure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else again. The owner of the transport company whom we partner with ensure that all drivers will have to contact our call center should there be any request from customers for a proper handling. I will pass your kind words to Kimleng and Song on your behalf. We can’t thank you and your wife enough for your patronage. We feel loved with your great support and it means so much to everyone here at Angkor Zipline. Thank you sooo much, Dale. We wish you and your wife a safe trip home. 🙏🏼 At your service, Tommy

Had a good day out doing the Zipline, we chose the gold course which included 9 zip lines (including one Zipline where you go as a couple), 3 bridges and an abseil.

The guides were very friendly and helpful and very safety focused. They would not let you clip or unclip by yourselves, which is different to previous experiences where I have been left to my own devices.

Our main negatives were that the gold course lasted just over an hour when the booking stated that it would be 3 hours, and the abseil was underwhelming as it was from quite a low platform.

Additionally, 2 of the zip lines for the gold course were very short (around 20m - 30m) and they didn’t add anything to the experience.

The price doesn’t reflect the package, but overall it is a fun experience. The tour operators were helpful and friendly, however this was the most expensive activity we did in Cambodia and it only lasted 90 minutes!

Me and my 3 kids went (8,8 and 6). In a city with historic ancient temples, the ziplining was the highlight of the trip. My kids are still talking about it. You zipline down the mountain essentially. Each zipline ends where the next one starts. I suggest the $99 package (you'll never miss that $40),

We took the 59 usd package( there is another one for 99 usd) and were happy about.
The highest zip line in this package is at about 22 m, however if u take the 99 usd package, you will also enjoy a zip line at about 42 m.
Still, an absolutely lovely experience.
Lunch was included,at a different location, which was a nice surprise.
Safety was indeed their first concern, the "rangers"were knowledgeble, friendly yet polite.
A must do!

My zipline tour was an amazing experience. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, the course was exciting and the company itself is wonderful. The experience included the zipline course, a nature hike and lunch at a great local restaurant. Even better, Angkor Zipline is giving back to the community with an active role in local programs and wildlife rehabilitation. Book a tour and fly above the tree tops in Angkor park!

We did the gold course as a group of 3 adults and 3 children. We had a wonderful time. It’s a very professional set up where safety is clearly paramount. Guides Noi and Pheak were excellent, friendly and polite. The views are terrific and the setting in the forest is lovely. A good fun break from temples!

We purchased the Silver tour package, which included pickup and drop off at our hotel. We were part of a group of 8 people, which was a good size. Once we arrived at the zip line property, they provided us with a welcome drink, followed by a safety demonstration and gear-up. We then went into the canopy to begin our adventure. Neither of us had ever ziplined before, but felt very safe in the hands of our guides. We did a few ziplines and bridges, before returning to the ground. We then had some cold water, and walked through the jungle, with our guides pointing out plants of interest and tellingly us about the animals in the area. Once back at the zipline headquarters, we were driven to a restaurant for lunch (included), and then driven back to our hotel. This was a great experience for first time zipliners!
