I booked this tour for my mother, who is a senior citizen, and myself. The company contacted me the day before to confirm my hotel and pick-up time. We were greeted warmly by Mr. Rien Horn and our friendly Tuk-Tuk driver and we were taken to pick up our Angkor Wat tickets. We were then providdd cold bottles of water and whisked away to the entrance of Angkor Wat.
Horn was an exceptional tour guide! Not only was he knowledgeable about the history, architecture and cultural significance of Angkor Wat he also took time to show us where to get the best pictures and even acted as our photographer for several of them.
Once we arrived to the second temple my mom decided to rest in the shade, due to the heat. Horn arranged for our driver to stay with my mom and went to get her a few more bottles of cold water.
Overall I was highly satisfied with the tour and especially our tour guide Horn. I would definitely recommend this tour.
