Not a private tour as advertised
When I say this advertised as private tour, my impression was that we had private van. We took charter bus in the morning with other groups and although our group was small (4 together) we took charter buses all day. On the way back we had to transfer to another bus half way, which kept making random stops for people, we didn’t get back until 10:30 at night and even then were not dropped off at original bus stop, they offered to take a cab back but it was late and we were hungry so we split and got our own cab to dinner. The destinations were not that impressive, not worth the price. The only good thing about this tour was our tour guide Yarmile who was very sweet, flexible and knowledgeable.

Tour itself (and Tourgide/Chef) was very good, rest was betwenn very bad and OK
Mapamundi Go worked with Inca Tours, a local Tourguide in Rurrenabaque. We booked a 2 Night and 3 Days Pampas-Tour. The organisation was OK. We could book a tour pretty spontaneous. The beginning was very bad. We took a taxi which was organised by Inka-Tours from Rurrenabaque to santa Rosa, the City where the entrance is for the Pampas-Tour. The Taxi-Driver was absolutely ridiculous. He was the whole 1.5h at the Phone. He made Videos, did a Facetime Call and was writing all the time on Whatsapp. Absolutely No-Go! The tour it self was pretty good. Our Tourguide (Jaque) and our Chef (Thomasito) was brilliant. They gave everything to show us the beautiful Nature of the Area. The food was delicious. The Lodge, where we spend 2 nights, was extremely simple. For 2 Nights OK, but not for more. The toilets where dirty. Rest was OK. If we only rate our Tourguide and our Chef, then we would give 5/5. But the really bad Taxidriver (on the first day) and for the Lodge we have to put it down to 3/5.

          Tourist Trap
Went with Hanaqpacha group tours. Loved the city tour with this company but the Cholita Wrestling was awful. I had the impression that there would be Bolivians in the audience but all I could see were tourists.

Chacaltaya & Valle de la Luna day tour from La Paz
It's a pretty rough road to get to Chacaltaya, but the driver seemed to know what he was doing. Unfortunately when we arrived it started snowing hard so there wasn't much to see, but the experience was great nonetheless. Our guide was great, with a lot of enthusiasm and energy. He gave some interesting facts about the mountain and the history of Valle de la Luna. The only negative is that they were a bit late picking us up in the morning. For the price it was more than worth it!

          Hilarious, wholesome fun!
This was so much fun! Excellent value and included a drink, popcorn and souvenir (keyring). It was so funny and joyful and the wrestlers were very talented. A highly recommended activity.

          an unforgettable experience
It was a very nice experience where we got to know a lot about the Andes mountain range and we enjoyed its extraordinary snow-capped mountains.

          Not a reliable provider
I had booked this experience and planned my trip accordingly. The evening before the trip, they cancelled the whole trip, although I had gotten a final confirmation upon booking. Not a serious organization, dont book there!!!!!

          Good
Very nice travel agency. A guide from England has a thorough understanding of the city and its secrets, which local guides will not always be ready to reveal to tourists.
