When in arrivals hall the staff from Select Travel and Tourism were laughing at the fact that I was in a wheelchair and were ridiculing me. They told us to wait on a seat as the driver wasn't there. After an hour of being given no explanation and being ignored , I said that this wasn't good enough, and they should have been waiting for us to take us straight to our hotel, not us having to wait for them. 3 hours after landing we arrived at our hotel in JBR. The return driver informed us they weren't a reliable company, which we had first hand experience of.Written November 17, 2023

My agent booked it for 11am pickup and they turned up at 730 am asking me come otherwise they will mark as no show! The modern transport, robots and many more to enjoy. Buy your tickets online to avoid que upon arrival.
