We booked the tickets through Viator since the official site did not have advance tickets to the summit - when we reached to the site we were put in the same queue as others who would buy the tickets on-demand - we stood in the line for more than an hour even though we had bought the tickets in advance. What is the point of buying in advance with 3 times the actual price when we have to stand in the same queue ? The guide did not come past the elevator so what is the point of paying for the guided tour....

We were to be picked up at hotel 9:00 AM but were NOT - rescheduled for noon and were again NOT - no phone call no email!!! Very disappointed to not get to see Versailles on this bucket list trip - at age 80 will not make it to Paris again

The worst experience - please save your money and do not book with this tour operator. They charged me 990 euros and i paid only because i was going to be in paris for one day with my 3 and 5 years old and they insisted they wanted to go to disneyland. The tour confirmed guaranteed entry into disney for the following day. Om comfirmation, i booked other non refundanble events such as mickey the magician and character dinner. I tried contacting the tour operator with several calls and msgs on how i could get my entry tickets to link to mynaccount, my pick up details etc bit there was no response. I got hold of him at midnight - the nigjt before our trip - he xonfirmed everyrhing and i gave him our pick up address for 9am. The next morning i called him but again no response - at 9:15 i get a whatsapp text from him that hes sprry but he doesnt have entrance tickets for us !!! This was at 9:15 am and our trip was to begin at 9am!!! Can you imagine the dissapointment the kids had? It was heart breaking telling them We cannot do it after talking about having breakfast with mickey. This was very very unprofesionally handled and truly truly dissapointing. Please watch out - perhaps thts why the operator has no credible reviews. The rides themselves were good, but they were themed terribly. Finding Nemo was just a pitch black indoor roller coaster, Nemo was nowhere to be found. A few posters and random sound effects and there was nothing else, just pitch blackness. Space Mountain has been rebranded as a Star Wars ride. Again, Apart from a few posters of x-wing fighters on your way in and low budget space effects inside, there was nothing Star Wars about it at all. You got on the ride in what appears to be a Victorian train station, it was bizarre. This ride broke down on us, as did one other. The best ride by far was Tower of terror, really good from start to finish. For the cost of the tickets and the budget Disney must have, I expected far better from the park. Prices inside the park are extortionate, €53 for 3x dire meal deals that must have cost €3 to make collectively. €13 for a plastic rain poncho that you can get in a pound shop for £1. Its a corporate money making machine, it's all about money, money money and how can they make more. There's more merch shops stands and food outlets than rides, Fair enough I suppose, but it's as far from good value as it gets. I would not return.

Dodgy website. Driver did not turn up for private car to Versailles. Very disappointed, as only day in Paris to visit. Shame trip advisor for connecting with viator.

If you are a history buff, you would appreciate this palace and hearing how things were run back in the day. The gardens are BEAUTIFUL, you could get lost in the labyrinth. I think everything is very well preserved. One tip would be to go really early or later in high season as the queues can get really long. I would say really early in the morning or from 2pm, the place closes at 6pm so you would need enough time to look around. Getting there is quite straight forward if you go with public tansport. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station.
