Our Tour Guide was Saad, who was so knowledge, kind, funny, friendly and an all around joy! We had a large group and he was so accommodating. I highly recommend using the company, but especially, Saad for your Dubai trip, you won’t be disappointed!

From Airport pick up to drop off everything was excellent! We had an amazing time. Great customer service 👏🏽 our guide was amazing -Mr Ahmed, took really good care of us, very knowledgeable and informative and as quite patient with us. Muhammad Faizan not sure if that’s the gentleman who took us to the airport, but if not - he was also extremely helpful took us right through to the check in counter. I will definitely use and recommend this company again.

Our group trip to Dubai was amazing and it was even better because of the pre planned excursions provided by Surprise Tourism! Saad “Sam”was a great tour guide. We booked city tours, shopping, and Abi Dhabi. He was very thorough with his description of the customs and courtesies of the UAE! He was courteous and very professional. Surprise Tourism organized very well our tour to Al Ain, which is part of Abu Dhabi Emirate. We could visit three of the UNESCO monuments: Al Jahili Fort and the Qasr Al Muwaiji and Al Ain Oasis, where we had a nice relaxing time. We went on top of Jabel Hafeez for a great panoramic view. It was a great experience which gave us the best picture of the history of the place and also of the royal family.

Surprise Tourism was a very serious company which organized all the tour for us, not only the transfers from the Dubai Airport to the Hotel and from the Hotel to the Abu Dhabi Airport. The driver, Mr. Mohamed Irfan was very punctual, a skillful driver and took care of our safety in the crowded traffic of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Many thanks for your care!

The mosque was amazing. Wonder and marvel. The Abu Dhabi Louvre is a unique. The structure is a done completely done in metal. Impressive inside and the works of art takes your breadth away and some leave you scratching your head. Tour guide Hussain is fantastic and knowledgeable!

Our guide Hussein was very knowledgeable and enjoyed sharing this information with us. We were a small group of 3. Had fun in the spice and gold souks. Hussein was very patient with the three ladies he took shopping!

My husband and I recently traveled to the United Arab Emirates with friends. One excursion on our trip was the Abu Dhabi City Tour. We had stops at the Sheik Zayeed Grand Mosque and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. Our guide, Ahmed, was knowledgeable and very informative regarding the history and stories about the construction and reasons these buildings were erected. Upon arrival at the hotel in Abu Dhabi, Ahmed ensured we were checked in prior to his departure back to Dubai. Ahmed was easy to talk with and he answered all our questions! Thank you Ahmed!
