About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- stevenjb0 contributionsAn unexpected surpriseThe View at the Palm wasn’t originally on our itinerary when visiting but am so glad we did it. The visit starts with a great interactive floor show giving you a history of the palm and information on how the palm was developed which I found really interesting. Ascending in the lifts is a quick experience and takes you up to the viewing platform which gives spectacular views across The Palm. This really gives you a sense of the engineering which went into developing these islands and a view which you don’t really get from other platforms in Dubai so I would recommend this to people visiting. My only slight criticism would be the anti-glare on the glass around the outside can cause some blurring and could use some work to improve but only a really minor point and doesn’t affect the overall experience.Written March 19, 2025
- GuildfordCookies0 contributionsGreat views and fascinating, brief video well worth it.The views from the 52nd floor are amazing and the brief overview by way of interactive map guide to how The Palm was built and then a 3 minute video were both fascinating. Would recommend. It cost £47 for us as a couple to visit and I would say much better value than the Burj Khalifa at £161!Written March 7, 2025
- Weesarah19800 contributionsStaff on power trips…How not to do it! Terrible service from staff - packed into tight queues like cattle with no air conditioning or water. Was told I could upgrade my ticket to fast track for a fee, then told by someone else not possible. Yet people with children were being fast tracked without paying. Staff (particularly one woman) seemed to be enjoying the power-trip of making people queue. No indications of how long the wait was, and then made to go to “interactive” zone to stand on things on floor with no interest about whether people were able to do this or not. Absolutely crammed into lift which was not enjoyable. Great views at top (only positive). Queues again to come back down. This could be such a great tourist attraction but unfortunately the staff working there make it terrible, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.Written February 1, 2025
- nomajejo0 contributionsNice PlaceThe line was fast , recommend to buy the ticket in advance, the picture on the first floor is nice , very nice at the top . Only part was not so good toilet were dirtyWritten January 17, 2025
- ShwetaG4170 contributionsThe View at the PalmWhat a beautiful view! Personally found it very peaceful, less crowded than Burj Khalifa and cheaper on your wallet. The entrance is from the Nakheel mall and not the hotel. Went around sunset to get both the day and night view. It turned out to the best decision.Written January 3, 2025
- carmelm6070 contributionsHorrible experience crammed in like cattleStaff are so rude pushing people in a out of rooms no queing system such a horrible experience. No air conditioning. The management should be ashamed of themselvesWritten December 27, 2024
- Copo19660 contributionsWell worth a visit for stunning views of the PalmAs we were staying just across the road from The View we had a walk over there one morning, and just kept walking and in the end dropped in to see what it was all about, we are glad that we did, we paid extra to go up to the next level so we didn't have the glass obstructing our views. Before we went up, there was a presentation, this was carried out on the floor, it was very impressive how it was done, it was also interactive, so you were asked to step on a particular point on the floor, this then expanded out and gave an explanation of how the Palm was built, the lifts to the observation deck were also impressive .Written December 23, 2024
- EuropeSlatch0 contributionsAppalling. Terrible experience. Just don't do it .Unbelievable. So poor. Before you even get to the attraction you are held like cattle in tiny enclosed space. The staff are incredibly rude. They man handle the guests into ridiculous small spaces. Totally dreadful. Avoid at all costs.Written December 23, 2024
- Juan N0 contributionsMore people less qualityA total mess. They push people and don’t make the complete experience. Expositions are not done. Perniles is rude. We requested for pregnancy assistance and they totally ignored us. It is my 3th visit, but after this last experience I consider not to bring my guest again in future opportunities. The quality of the product is highly deteriorated in high peak seasons. Think twice before coming.Written December 20, 2024
- Coastal069131419020 contributionsGreat experienceYas Waterworld is incredible! It has thrilling rides, relaxing pools, and fun for all ages. The park is clean, safe, and well-organized, with friendly staff. Perfect for a memorable day out!Written December 13, 2024
- michaelmX5445QY0 contributionsDon't miss this opportunity. My first impression of this massive 240 meter tall tower was that it was a little bit ugly and not in keeping with the surrounding area. However once inside i really enjoyed the presentation on how the Palm was constructed, i found the information and exhibits interesting. A quick ride in the lift to the 360 degree viewing platform and the views are incredible. Sure to say you wont get views of the Palm like this unless in an aeroplane.Written December 7, 2024
- Rambling_Giant0 contributions360 Degree Views Over The Gulf …..My workmates and I took a taxi out to the Palm Jumeirah to give ‘The View At The Palm’ a go. As you’d expect, the building stands tall at the base of the Palm (240m to be exact) and the observatory sits directly above the popular ‘Aura Sky Pool’. We booked our tickets in advance and visited during the 10:15 morning slot. We were treated with a journey through the timeline of the Palms construction and it was actually pretty interesting. There were plenty of interactive areas, relevant to both adults and children, and an amazing screening of its history played through the floor, just before you go to the top deck. The views were brilliant - 360 degree panoramas of the Palm, the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline. I think during sunrise / sunset it would be even better. The only moan I would have is that there weren’t any points where you could get a photograph without catching the shiny metalwork in it. Again, minor in the grand scheme of things but something to mention. Overall however, this was a great morning and the feedback from the group as a whole was very positive!Written December 4, 2024
- susanhY5837HS0 contributionsTerrible. We spent 5 minutes at this venue. The lounge did not look as if it would be in business for long. The lounge was one room with worn carpet, broken sculptures or sculptures in progress along with nicer sculptures. The promised shish kabobs were not available. Cake was being substituted. The place looked like it was intended for children's birthday parties. As we were leaving, our hot chocolate was given to us. We are requesting that our money be refunded as this event's description was misleading at best. We spent a lot of money to Uber to and from this venue for a non-experience.Written November 18, 2024
- rachiely0 contributionsWorth visitingAl Noor Island is a hidden gem in Sharjah, offering an idyllic retreat with a perfect balance of nature, art, and relaxation. Whether you visit for an hour or spend the entire day, it’s a place that invites you to slow down, connect with nature, and be inspired. Whether you’re a resident of the UAE or a visitor, Salute to Sir Mark from Alnoor island cafe, cake was terrific. Al Noor Island is certainly worth a visit.Written November 17, 2024
- scratchwinner0 contributionsBreakfast at Berj Khalifa on floor 123.We have recently visited Dubai to see friends & spent 8 nights there. We experienced many wonderful sites during our stay but without a doubt to have breakfast on our 1st morning overlooking the landscape of Dubai on the 123rd floor of the Berj Khalifa was truly jaw dropping. When we arrived at the hotel I couldn't believe the shear size of the building & how imposing it is on the Dubai landscape. When we entered the lift to go up to the restaurant it only took a few seconds to get to there & during this brief ride we experienced ear popping probably due to the quick change in height. Anyway, when we got to the reception area we were greeted then taken to our table which was fully over looking the city. Words cannot describe that initial view from such a high vantage point. Now, we get down to the food, surroundings & service. It was all exceptional and it enhanced our experience. Our waiter looked after us in style & he was also humerous so we enjoyed funny exchanges which I feel he enjoyed. Once we had finished our food - the eggs Benidict was to die for, we just sat and chatted with our friends & just enjoyed the totally relaxing ambience. To recap, this experience for strangers to Dubai was unforgettable but it was enhanced by the true beauty of the building internally & externally. In my opinion the cost of what we received was exceptional & I would recommend everyone look into doing this.Written November 14, 2024

We took a family trip to the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo and oh boy, what an adventure it was! As soon as we stepped inside, it was like entering another world. The kids were wide-eyed, seeing all those colorful fishies and big sharks swimming around. My little one kept pointing and saying, "Look, Dory!" every time a blue fish swam by.
Walking through the tunnel was like being in a movie. Fishes above, beside, and all around us! The missus was a bit scared of the sharks, but the kiddos were just fascinated, pressing their little noses against the glass. And the zoo part? Just as fab! We saw a crocodile that was as long as our car and otters that were doing somersaults, which made us all laugh.
It’s not every day you get to see such wonders. The staff was friendly and told us loads of interesting facts. Ended the day with ice creams and the kids haven’t stopped talking about the trip since. If you're looking for a family day out, this is the place - educative, fun, and totally worth it

"Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful family adventure at the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo! It sounds like you had an amazing time exploring the underwater wonders. The excitement of the kids, especially with the 'Look, Dory!' moments, adds such a delightful touch to the experience.
The tunnel journey with fishes all around does feel like a magical movie scene, and it's great to hear that even the missus, despite a bit of shark-induced anxiety, had a fantastic time. The zoo section seems to have added another layer of enjoyment, with the comedic otters and the impressive crocodile.
We're delighted that our staff could contribute to your experience, and ending the day with ice creams sounds like the perfect way to conclude a memorable outing. Thank you for choosing us for your family day out, and we look forward to welcoming you all back for more educational and fun adventures in the future! 🐠🦈🐊🍦"

world but without getting wet lol. They got this huge tank right, and all kinds of fish are just zooming by. It's like they are doing a dance or something. And the sharks, man, they are huge! I was a bit freaked out first but then it's all cool coz they seem chill behind the glass. The underwater tunnel is epic, feels like you are in the ocean but with air, haha. And the zoo part, they've got these crazy big crocs and the cutest otters playing around. It's a must-visit place if you're in Dubai. I learned a ton and had a blast. Defo thumbs up from me

The aquarium, right in the middle of the Dubai Mall, is breathtaking,
It’s the first time I saw tourists scuba diving inside a huge aquarium, among dozens of sharks!
It is visible free of charge to all visitors.
The entrance ticket gives you access to the glass tunnel which passes inside the aquarium: it is impressive because we see the sharks passing above us a few centimeters above us, to the point where they can clearly detail their formidable teeth...
That said, the tunnel is short and is not worth the €37 entrance ticket which also gives access to the underwater zoo, the latter is rather ordinary and does not provide much added value apart from the enormous crocodile sleeping against the window.
Possible to add some activities such as meeting penguins. dive in a bottle in the aquarium, go down into a cage among the sharks or feed the fish, but everything is overpriced!
If you still want to pay for the entrance, it is interesting to take a combined ticket with the climb to the Burj Khalifa, which will save you around €12

Dear Guest,
Thanks for your valuable feedback.
Before booking we have already informed you the concept of skip the line. After getting the tickets you were asking for refund which was quite impossible as we already provided twice & 2 different tickets one is for normal entry and another one is for entire zoo entry but unfortunately u were not happy with our service. In this case we can't do further favour as we already did our best to serve you.
