Bunch of thieves. Do not use. The gave us a jet ski that did not work and then refused to refund. Very unfriendly. DO NOT GO.

Told 2 days ago that they opened everyday at 9.00am (brochure says 8.00am). Returned this morning with 3 friends who travelled especially to enjoy stand up paddle board. Employee (the same one who i spoke to on Wednesday),on phone completely ignored us. Waited several minutes and then asked if we could hire boards and told "no, im doing an online course, come back at 11 or 12". I asked why he told me they were open at 9am, and he went into the booth and shut the door. This person needs a lesson in customer service, perhaps another 'online course'. I have emailed company, no response of course.

I was there it was friday a very busy place Me and friends took the jet ski 2 jet skis we went for they allowed us to switch It was simply amazing Especially the briefing was done in a a very professional way Infact the guy was so kind and humble and fun he will make u happy And make u feel safe if you are beginner And the instructor also was so caring My friends were so happy for the treatment we received What melts my heart was the man in the briefing if I remember the name yeser was so kind we told him to give his boss number at the end so we can review his good work to his boss So pure soul he said good service is from heart to heart no need recognition thank you for that lesson Hope to see u again in next winter Probably Much love from us !!!!!

I had a great time today, thx to the guide dill. He filmed with my camera everything and was very relaxed. Also the jetski was good and fast. For the price i paid this was very good. I like the sight also very much. Thank you i loved it!

We booked 1 hour wakeboarding. The team that assisted were so kind, friendly and professional at the same time! Lyn had the reception welcomed us and super quickly got us on the way to our 1 hour experience. Albin on the boat was so kind, patient and such a pleasure to deal with. Both were super smiley and happy to help! We will definitely come back!😎

I had a 1h30 jetski tour with Watersports. I really had a super service from the first phone call for the reservation until the end of my tour. Joanna (front office) is really very competent and very professional. Albin, the instructor and guide is a very skilled jetski driver and provides very interesting and accurate explanations about the building we are seeing during the tour. Moreover the jetskis are very modern and powerfull. The location at La Mer beach is also very easy to find.

Today I was planning to do the jet ski as for my friends recommended for me to do they came before But what they said to me about the place is different I was really scared to do it the worker who was talking to me was smelling alcohol My question was if was to fall down and need saving who was gonna react and save me As I know no swimming will I save the drunk or the drunk save me I didn't want to write it here but am warning for those who are going to do activity there You dont need to risk it

I have tried kayak for the first time. It was an amazing and great experience! I really loved it! I would really love to do it again soon.

It was all good briefing by someone else but in the middle of the sea a guy who did not know how to handle customers using F word to us I asked his name he lied to me Jack But I asked the other instructor he said is bill or something My husband was really angry t o this So shame to have instructors who are angry and rude I did not ride jet ski he refused me switching which the manager told me it was okay And he brought us to the shore before time So unproffesional

Very well organised and explained by helpful staff, great value for money, were able to get the family deal for 4 of us. Great fun

This is our 3rd time jet skiing in Dubai but our first with this company and I have to say it was the best!!! Firstly, they will happily look after your belongings so you were not having to leave your things unattended. There was a full safety briefing so you know exactly what you were doing before you went in the water. It wasn't too long either but was clear and consice. Once out in the water, the guide who was with us was there to call over if you needed him but let us have freedom to jet ski as we wanted within the designated area so it didn't feel restricted at all. The staff working here were well organised and very friendly helpful. I highly recommend using this company, especially if you are new to/don't regularly jet ski. We had so much fun and want to do it again! La Mer beach is also great to eat, shop and walk around as well as sunbathe.

First i wanted to have just 30 min ride, then decided to go for a Burj Al Arab Tour. Highly recommend its much better than room around next to the beach :)). was advised by First yacht staff . Well done, really great!
