We booked our trip with you. We got to the venue two hours late we were then rushed and all in all it was a horrendous experience. My wife is diabetic and we did not get anything to eat until very late in the evening which caused some distress. We would certainly not recommend booking this trip to anyone. We were not told where to go once dropped off by a booked driver which again caused distress. We feel very disappointed and let down by our experience which cost a lot.

Awesome experience….well curated articulated in words, pictures and feel. Experience made real and tangible, inspirational and impactful. I felt a sense of reinvigoration and transformation from the story the building tells. This was a life transforming experience, I’m glad I could partake, thanks Burj Khalif!

Right from the booking to the being picked up at the hotel to the drive to the take off area, not a fault. The Balloon Captain Ramy was easy to communicate with, answered all of questions and gave us an experience to be remembered. It was a beautiful day and the sunrise above the clouds was just magical. Ivan the falcon accompanied us on our flight and he flew around the basket and landed randomly. The handler, I have forgotten his name, was equally as informative as the Balloon Captain. We were able to hold the falcon and stoke him. Given the opportunity I would do it again.

Bought my tickets online and then followed simple, easy to understand instructions. Collected my tickets in the mall, then straight past the queues and into the unbelievable, fantastic view at the top. Amazing experience! Thank You.

i was in Dubai for an 24 hour layover and am so happy that I found this tour. It felt like a well rounded way to spend my time and learn about the culture outside the city. Ahmed was the perfect driver and tour guide for the day! He had encyclopedic knowledge about all of the UAE questions we asked him and was extremely professional, kind, and prompt. Captain Mohamed was a joy of a pilot to have too - he made sure we were all safe and joked around with us during the flight. Thank you, heroes!!

Would highly recommend when in Dubai! Easy to find within the Dubai Mall lower ground floor. Minimal queue to exchange voucher for tickets, and then a short queue through security. Lift is very quick to the top! Fantastic views all the way round. Would love to go again at night!

Very easy entrance and journey up the tower with good information along the way. Better explanation as to where to collect tickets it is by the food hall not the food court which is on the top floor

Amazing experience and our guide Ahmed was really informative. It’s an expensive activity but worth it when u are up in the balloon over the desert. Would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues as we had to climb into the balloon when it was on its side due to it being a little windy. The balloon was then inflated with us in it

Great experience well worth the money. Thanks to our driver Ali, tour manager Mahmoud and our hot air balloon pilot who pointed out the sights as we were flying. The breakfast at the Bedouin tent after was a lovely way to end the morning. Thank you :)

Everything went smooth.Fantastic view from an amazing building. Lots of fine souvenirs ro buy.It was shining clean everywere, and the staff was very helpful and polite.

The entire experience was inspiring. The construction from inception to completion, everything well documented and interesting. No visit to Dubai is complete without a visit to the Burj Khalifa

It was really great!! Everyone should have this experience and there is a lot to see: - balloon ride - a really good breakfast in a traditional camp with a lot of atmosphere - a 4x4 jaunt through the dunes - short camel ride Photo with a falcon And the guide was super personable One-on-one the balloon flight was less than an hour and I would have wished to fly even higher for longer. Nevertheless, I look back fondly on this experience

We had a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Ahmed was excellent. He was very informative and gave us some useful tips. He willingly answered all our questions and was very helpful and patient. An excellent experience and I highly recommend this trip.

It was our first trip to Dubai so this felt like a must, I didn’t disappoint! We went as a family of 4 with a 12 & 7 year old. It was really interesting for all ages! The organisation was seamless, from ordering online to accessing the attraction. We didn’t upgrade and went in the standard entry at 11am, slight queues but nothing like I was dreading / expecting! The waiting area / queue was nice and cool! Staff were friendly and efficient! Great views & and experience! We timed it on a Friday to see the Dubai fountains at 1.30pm also (which last 5mins) and enjoy the mall / food court. We stayed on the palm so a city taxi worked out at 75aed. Be mindful of peak times as from 2pm in the afternoon it is considered peak time for taxis so the fare doubled on the way back! I wouldn’t go again as I feel we have done it but it was a great experience to learn the story of the build and cultural Significance.
