This is a scam company. They are not licensed to operate in Dubai. Do NOT use them. They will fail to turn up. Claim you made a mistake using the app and charge you in full. I have reported them to the authorities.

I arrived yesterday in Dubai with my wife amd 2 young kids. I had no idea that in Dubai with so many taxi options, you don't need to book taxi in advance. Since I was travelling with 2 young kids and arriving at mid night I fell for Booking.com's offer to pre- book taxi to avoid any potential waiting times. The taxi company Taxilo hired by booking.com as a 45 min no show clause which is a scam. My flights landing was 11.45 , however the flight landed at the tarmac at supposedly 11.23 and then it took some time for the buses to carry all passengers to the gate. Thereafter by the time immigration ( we had already taken e- visas for family to save time) is cleared and baggage was collected? I reached the pickup contact around 12.30. To my surprised, the contact from Taxilo marked me as no show. Instead of arguing and wasting time there, I chose to take my family and came outside near the taxi place and got the normal very quickly. I regretted pre booking the taxi and advice everyone to not prebook the taxi at Dubai as you will never be able to guarantee 45 min as it is a scam if you are arriving internationally. The contact person showed me the fictitious 11.23 as landing time which is not correct. I lost mo money and I learned! Please do not make the same mistake!

Horrible service, no show from driver, no response from team to solve the booking and blaming our side. Service was canceled without notice and by the time you get actual co tact details is too late. Would not use or recommend this service if you want to have smooth transit.

If I could give below than a zero I would.. Emirates needs to take this taxi service off there list as its absolutely diabolical.. ordered a taxi for 10.10am taxi was late after several phone calls the driver wouldn't pick up called the main office which he kept saying 5 mins he will be there after 30 mins of waiting the driver finally arrived in the most disgusting and dirtiest taxi I have ever seen, we were 6 people and he had a car seat in the back which he did not remove until we and the hotel staff told him to remove.. even the hotel staff could not believe the booking was booked through Emirates.. it was an old banger used as a taxi.. the drivers attitude was appalling.. will never use there service the company is called Talixo was rip off price for the service I received 90 dollars for the trash they sent I will be emailing a complaint and request compensation for the shoddy service I received.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They ignored me when I requested to be picked up one hour earlier for trip to Airport. Driver nor Talixo responded. I called driver Ishaq Muhammad and he ignored my calls and text messages. Sent a email to Talixo and they responded a day later. I ended up taking an Uber.

I was cheated by the company. Don’t book, for sure they will cheat you too. No one was at the airport waiting for me, and two small kids. I waited a lot for nothing.

Second problem with Talixo in just a week. Nobody waiting at the airport. No SMS from the company. Tried to call after the pick up time. No answer. Eventually after 15' somebody answered. He was a manager. Asked to look for a driver with my name. I did (third time) but nobody there. He asked for my phone number (?!) and told the driver would have called me. Waited for 10'. No calls. I tried to call the manager. No answer. Frustrated I got a taxi. After 5', when in the car, the driver called me saying he was waiting for me (!). This service is useless.

Booked for a morning flight to Airport. No driver showed up. No answer to my calls. After 20' I took another taxi. 10' later Talixo driver called me to tell he was late. I told him I had to leave not to miss my flight. I sent my compliant to Talixo by mail, asking for my money back. After two days I received a mail from them saying that I did not show up for my pick up!!!

It’s really a big airport my favorite airport. Airport staff is helpful and everything available here. And Dubai duty free is very big it’s a class

I certainly don’t know if it’s the biggest airport in the world but it sure is enormous. Every kind of shop possible from McDonalds to Designer labels. Make sure you have plenty of time between flights to walk the distance between gates & do your shopping.
