This was the best experience of ny entire life. I felt like I was in a movie. The building is out of this world and our dinner at Club Burj was the icing on the cake. This resturant has the best views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai water fountain show. Lovely experience. The food was delicious.

Apart from spending over 1/2 hour trying to enter the building (note: you have to enter the shopping mall first and go up the burj khalifa (BK) before you come back down and have dinner), we were shocked that the rooftop dinner is actually on the third floor of the building next to the BK. You have views of the BK and fountains but rooftop is an overstatement. The food was incredibly average if you pick the best, below average for the rest of the menu. Service was so quick we finished our three course meal in under 30 mins, yet we were only on our first drink. Not the wine and dine treatment paid for.

You really should rethink the dinner option… it even gives you a bad image! The experience was good until we reached the restaurant and the food came in. Some things they should get as fast as possible. A graphic designer. An awful piece of plastic with a QR code that directs you to a google drive word file “menu”. The restaurant at Burj should really have something of its own just to do this. Not a google app/platform… Majooor! You guys really need also an Interior designer, stickers on the walls/windows, fake plants, plastic Christmas decor hanging… at least use pinterest and do some search on the basics. The food? The cook should quit. Or someone should tell him how things are done… or fire him. You know what the fish came with? The so called salad… a few green peas that I could count with my fingers. A spoon wouldn’t be filled with that “salad”. Even the waiters were passing by with masks down. The dessert? Artificial as artificial can be. Im not giving 1 star just because the burj itself is a masterpiece and the views were amazing but really that doesn’t deserve restaurant service like this… the all place felt somewhat abandoned and careless. The waiter said he was only following the system rules and couldn’t do more for us with the food. If this is how you treat your clients… should rethink that.

The Best Tour ever! The Vip Lounge made the difference, staff very warm, friendly and welcoming. The view from the 148th floor was the best ever! It's cheap, it's the best way to enjoy the Burj Kalifa experience!

Very nice experience for my entire family (4 adults, 2 children). Highly recommend bucking up for the premium experience
