If I could give a zero I would this excursion almost ruined our entire trip. Ganzay company was a complete scam and everything that was supposed to be included with the tour this Ganzay company tried making us pay extra for, and when we refused to pay extra because it was supposed to be included, we were treated terribly and at one point we were actually scared because we told the tour guide we were not happy and wanted to be taken back to our hotel and he did not care and I could not even get an Uber because we were trapped in the desert with no cell reception in this companies hands. Sadiq Khamosh was the driver who picked us up 30 minutes late because he went to wrong location to pick us up even though I gave him exact address and sent him image of pickup point with name of our hotel. We were picked up in a dirty rundown minivan that they ended up packing 7 passengers in the van and we spent 2 hours in the van driving around to pick up others before heading out to desert. We ended up first at some kind of overpopulated Fair where we were taken to a guy that was trying to get all of us to pay extra for riding Quad Bikes. None of us wanted to ride Quad bikes so then the bike guy told us we had to wait an hour then for the dune bashing. When we all started to complain Sadiq just kept saying he wasn't the tour guide, just the driver, which was an absolute lie because he was the only one with us the entire time. After about 30 minutes he convinced another guy to take us for the "30-40" dune bashing in the "deluxe" 4x4 vehicle. It was legit maybe 10 minutes they crammed all 7 of us in this vehicle which was by no means deluxe and had some other company name on it called SANAT Tours. The sand board sliding was a joke it was one board with about 25 people crowded around it trying to get a turn to use it. We watched one couple attempt to go down a small dune and the board stopped halfway down it was an absolute joke that anyone would consider that fun and exciting. Afterwards we had to walk all the way back from the dunes to the minivan-it is ridiculous we had to be transferred as many times as we did in and out of vehicles because a minivan is not a vehicle that can drive in the sand but for a desert safari excursion don't you think you should be picked up in a vehicle more fitting for the excursion?? After driving another 25 minutes to the desert camp AGAIN we were transferred to another vehicle to go through sand. Upon arrival and exiting vehicle we were all immediately bombarded by people trying to sell us crap-head scarves, pictures etc. We were told that the free camel riding was over by 1 camel enclosed in a wire fence with a huge line to ride it, or we could pay extra to take another camel that was not in a wire enclosed fenced area. When we went inside we were then told if we wanted to pay extra(50 AED each) for the VIP area we could eat right away, but if we did not pay for the VIP, we had to wait another hour and at 740pm the 600 people that were there would get released to get in line for the buffet:( The Sheesha, henna painting we were all told was extra AED. The only thing we got for free was some tea. So after waiting over an hour in the cold being constantly harassed by people trying to sell us more stuff, they released everyone to eat which was chaotic and crazy. By the time my husband and I got up to tables from the long lines there was no chicken left and the only thing we could eat was some rice and noodles. We did not get back till after 1030pm. We were told it was a 6 hour tour and it ended up being 8 hours of a completely horrible experience. I am writing this complaint because I do not want anyone else to go through this horrendous excursion. Please do not use Ganzay for any tours for the future they are a complete scam company and it makes me very sad to know we lost almost an entire day in the beautiful country of Dubai that we cannot get back!!!!

This was a must for me to visit and it’s more spectacular than in the photos. The gardens are beautiful,having mobility issues we got a buggy to take us to the main entrance as it’s quite a walk.we had a wheelchair once inside which was very helpful.the view from the top is amazing and the glass floor is just wonderful!

Don't book this trip, didn't receive my tickets and was refused a refund by Viator travel, complete rip off. Tour company were a complete let down.

Awful trip we normally stop in Dubai on route to the Maldives to do this trip but never before with this company(Ganzay) ,we were picked up in a Honda people carrier not a 4x4 then driven for miles on roads not across the desert where we were dumped of and to wait while people riding quad bikes went around us two ambulances turned and took people away while we were sat waiting, I then asked a guide when are we going dune bashing a very arrogant threatening man then told us to wait he then returned some time later he ordered us to follow him to a 4x4 we thought we were on our way after hours but in fact all we did was go on the same track as the quad bikes for ten minutes ,he then dropped back and told us to get out and into the Honda people carrier were we went miles on road to the barbecue if your going on trip for dune bashing do not use this one it is a con this year we are not bothering Dubai and going straight on just in case we have a trip like that again

Awesome views of the city. Glass walkway across the top was mindblowing. Staff was really friendly. Worth the trip!

Not cheap around £80 for adults. A spotless waterpark with lots of rides, largest in the world. Pay the extra for fast track as waiting for 60-90 mins in mega heat in June is a killer. Lazy river very lengthy and is excellent for the oldies and little kids. No splashworld/ wave machine beach which was disappointing. Go when it is cooler in Dubai - Nov-April.

Tour guide was the absolute best. Very knowledgeable and organized. He explain culture, history, pricing with a comedic twist, making every one enjoy the ambience.

A perfect experience! The whole trip was well organized. Pick up at the hotel exactly at the agreed time. Dune bashing, BBQ Dinner and quad driving in the dunes - all simply great. Alam and Muhammad were great guides - thank you guys ! I can highly recommend.

Our trip started with our guide Alam The desert Safari King truly he was one. He picked us up from The hotel and drove us to the safari Centre. Upon reaching he guided use about the activities do’s and dont’s of the place and gave us an hour and a half to enjoy bike ride and buggy around the safari in self driven vehicles he also helped us getting a discount for the various activites there. Post which he gave a stunning thrilled ride through the safari and gave us spectacular views. And he even clicked some fabulous pictures for us. Post tht we went to the desert camp where we saw wonderful performances. And went back to home with sweet memories.

Everything was perfect.. our guide Alam knows how to set the atmosphere and takes care of us very well, the land cruiser tour in the dunes was just fun and crash haha in a buggy it was great too.. Alam is so attentive you can trust him it's the best!

Dune basking was excellent with mr. Alam he took beautiful pictures at sunset. Overall it was a great experience to book desert safari with dream tours.

This was my first Dubai Safari experience and i'm still getting chills writing this review. You are getting so much more for your money. First, hotel pickup is literally from ANY hotel in Dubai. Second - you get a chance to drive Razor vehicle (comes at additional price) for 40 minutes jumping up and sliding down the dunes. It is a pure adrenaline shot i recommend. After you have a 30 minute drive over the dunes with a Toyota Land Cruiser straight to the sunset. Our guide Alam The Desert Safari King )) was very openhearted and communicable. The finishing touch was bellydancing and fireshow performance not to mention great dinner in a desert oasis. I would definetely recommend Dubai Safari experience with Alam!

Dune bashing was amazing as well as the fire show. Really enjoyed the experience. I would recommend this experience to anyone and look forward to doing it again.
