Loved the trip absolutely amazing. The driver was very kind and was on time. He communicated well with me about where he was going to pick me up. I had a blast at global village and the miracle garden was fantastic. Would definitely do this again.

The Abu Dhabi city tour started when our tour guide picked us up from our hotel in Dubai. It took 1 hour and a half more or less to get to the first stop Sheikh Zayed Mosque. During the trip our guide shared information about Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Mosque was breathtaking! From there we went to the royal palace where we can have a gold plated coffee break. We declined to have lunch that was offered to us. Our guide was so receptive to our requests! I asked to make a quick stop at the louvre and it was so worth it! Then we went to the date Market where I got my year supply for the best price with organic dates from all over. The Ferrari building was fun too! I would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to discover Abu Dhabi in a day as it is in my opinion a more relaxed version of Dubai. Impressed with out guide knowledge of the history and his attentiveness.

I visited Dubai in the month of may and have had some of the best time in long time. The management was excellent and improvisation performed were very accurate. I felt that the team handled me very calmly as some of my roaming hours might be called odd. Overall I would recommend to choose them over anyone as you won't be disappointed at any stage.

Very very bad and unprofessional service. Everyday the pickup was late and there was no information provided about delay. For dessert safari pick up was late by 1.5 hr and we missed most of the activities since it was late by the time we reached. the coordinators are one bunch of pathetic guys who does not clearly understand what hospitality means. None of the tour tickets were provided in advance in spite of repeatedly asking them to be sent on previous day. The tour guys don't have a courtesy to call the guests and provide any information for everything the guest has to call and plead with them for information. the toru scheduling was also bad they should know which place needs more time and plan accordingly. In ski dubai you need hard copy of the ticket which tour guy didn't provide, carrying soft copy is just waste of time as you have to spend more time in the queue to get the print out. We were travelling with senior people and had specifically requested not send SUV as they are uncomfortable for old people to get in and out in spite of the request they didn't give any damn to our request. None of the days they called everyday we had to spend our time and money to call them. We were family of 7 and having booked the tour together we were given bhurj khalifa tickets in two different slots and we did not get tickets and timing information till we were dropped in the parking of the building. Such pathetic and insensitive service these guys provide. If you want peace of mind while you are in vacation don't go with this guys horrible experience

Hello, I just wanted to inquire that is it just our group who had this ‘D’ grade service and experience or it’s your normal attitude towards your clients ? Drivers are always late and they will make you wait for hours in lobby. Local agent representative does not care if you ask for help. Planning is pathetic. It took us almost 5 hours to reach dessert safari which usually takes about 45 mins. What a waste of time and energy. We missed the complete safari. Why is Miles company not responding to our mails and what about our 2 days which were spoiled by your useless team ? My advice to everyone, THINK THRICE BEFORE making bookings through this company.

They arrange the vehicles last minute. Drivers are always talking on phone while driving. They try to extract money last minute. Do not cater to any changes. Very unfriendly.

This is the third time that I went through them as the previous two experiences were quite good. This time it was the limits , on the last moment we were told that we will not be getting ferrari world tickets which was already included in the package stating that the hotel Yas Viceroy withdrew the promotional offer and that it was the hotel's fault. We had to pay twice for ferrari. All the staff members were highly uncooperative and instead of apologizing they started shouting that they started shouting on us. All the good reviews you see here are only because they will ask you to review it only when you had a good experience

I had take a package excursions​ tour in Dubai with miles. It was excellently​ planned and executed by Mr. Aamir. The had been very helpful and available. All pickup and drop off were done within scheduled time. However dieting desert safari they need to take some more safety precautions. Overall the tour was very good.

Our guide did abide by all our requests, he was punctual, knowledgeable and very laid back and easy going, he really made our day. It was a bit of a bespoke tour, I wanted to see the Great Mosque of abu Dhabbi, then do a bit of sand bashing and end up in the dessert camp for dinner. He fitted it all in 1 day. Picked us up at Dubai and deliver us back to the Airport shuttle closest station, he did take car of our things during dinner and was patient to all our requests. Even call to check up on us that we had a good flight... that´s a nice touch!
