We had a day-long layover in Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the city with Mohammed. He was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to show us all the highlights of this amazing city. We would highly recommend this day-long tour to those who wish to get an overview of Dubai, as well as go up to the top of the Burj Khalifa.

Best customer service tour in Dubai

This tour is a great way to see around Dubai. The guide, Furqan, is very knowledgeable about the city. He is also well aware about the history and the culture. The stops are well planned and you don’t feel rushed at any one place. Having a private vehicle to get around places quickly definitely allows you to see a lot of the city in just 1 day. Thank you for your service and attention to detail, would highly recommend.

Visiting Burj Khalifa was our favorite I Would Absolutely Recommended Using Z For The Experience. We had adequate time at each location we didn’t feel rushed at the sites. His car was clean he provide water and Z did give us tips on how to bargain with the locals when we went to the souks. Overall I like private tours.

Great itinerary, but lackluster tour guide.
I wish I could give this tour more stars, sadly, our guide did not meet the exceptions of a private tour. He was knowledgeable, when he would speak, unfortunately he rarely spoke. When walking through the city or through the mark place he would walk so fast we would lose him. He stayed an average of 10 meters away from us, which made it difficult to ask questions or learn about the city. We paid for a private tour to get a more in-depth experience and learn more about the city and culture of Dubai, but the price did not match the service. We did see many city highlights, but they were overshadowed by the rush and lack of communication of our guide. The itinerary was great, but it was not well executed.

Horrible experience, very disappointed

Absolutely horrible, the worst tour we have even had! We booked this private tour so we could have our own PRIVATE tour and paid a high price for it, however it was pretty disappointing as the tour was too rushed and felt too cheap, only burj khalifa ticket included, we thought at least we we experience In a much better style and see more quality. The driver didn’t really explain much and he was always in a rush and even told us we have a few minutes to eat, seriously? He looked like he had zero patience for anyone. It was not worth it and we way overpaid for what we got.

Thank you for your review. It is really unfortunate for us to hear you had a frustrating experience, but we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. You mentioned that the tour was rushed. The tour guide has to complete all the inclusions in the given time-frame. For instance, If there are 8 places to be covered in a 4-5 hour time period then the guests only get 20-25 mins to spend at a single place since we also have to allot some time to commute between the places. We don't pressurize someone to eat in a few mins. It is always your choice if you want to skip a place and use that time for eating or relaxing or anything you want, but if you want to cover all the inclusions mentioned in the tour then you will have to follow time as well. We always give a few minutes relaxation and there are no hard and fast rules for this. It is deeply saddening for us to hear that you weren't satisfied since we put our best in every tour. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will make amends to you if you choose us again in the future. Thanks again for the feedback! We really appreciate it.

Best private tour in Dubai ! Definitely recommend!
Best guided tour in Dubai. Asim was a great tour guide ! He has great knowledge of not just Dubai , but all of India. Definitely recommend this package because it’s private and you get 1 on 1 attention from the guide. He was very helpful also at the souk because he Knows where to get the best quality product for the best price. Thank you Asim for being with us all day ! Also I forgot to mention he is a great photographer he knows the best spots and the best angles !!!!

Great tour with Javed. He was on time and very accommodating with the time in places where we lingered. He gave us the rundown of the city. We got to see pretty much what we wanted to see and now that we have a better knowledge of the layout, we feel good about venturing out on our own. The only thing I would have added was to see the Palm from a high rise. Javed was great taking our pictures, he knew just where was the best shots. That was very helpful since all we can ever take is selfies !

Our tour guide Ali was amazing. His communication with me before the tour was excellent and he was extremely accommodating with the customisation of the tour. He was very knowledgeable and to see old Dubai was fantastic.

Although it was no fault of Ali's or the tour operators, the really long queues for the Burj Khalifa was our only disappointment. We joined the queue at 3pm and we left just before 5pm. Perhaps I should have asked Ali to provide fast tracking/skip the queue tickets at an additional cost.

All I all, an excellent way to see Dubai in 8 hours and I would definitely recommend using this company and Ali.

Worst Ever! Never Book from Here! Sameer is the worst!!

Sameer was the worst tour guide I have ever had in my entire life!!! To begin with he was stressed with time; allow me to explain how this tour works. With every stop, Sameer would rush us, telling us to hurry and move on to the next stop. It was so uncomfortable. Second, he opened up about how he hated Dubai, only loved Pakistan and about his Cigarette addiction. That is not anyone's problem but his! Thirdly, he kept trying to take us to his friend's store to buy "real" saffron. This saffron was completely fake and in fact horse hair! Please do not be fooled by the mutltude of stops. Many of these stops are drive bys and the "photostop" stops are literally 3 minute stops where you take a picture and then they tell you to leave. Also, the hour for lunch is a TOTAL scam. The hour is for you to visit the Burj Khalifa and get food. FYI, the line to get into the Burj Khalifa takes about 45 minutes. So, there is no time to eat, and if you still do, Sameer will be quite frustrated, making any and all customers quite uncomfortable. Please please please, do not book from here and from a more reliable tour group with more reviews. Lastly, Sameer made us stop by the water to make a video review of how much we enjoyed his company for his boss. He was our ride back, and saying a 1-star review on video would not have boded well for us. On the ride back, Sameer was texting while driving recklessly, and I am just glad to be back home safely!! Worst experience with Sameer! Do not recommend at all. Please do not book with this group.
