Literally an organized rip-off: there was no sandboarding, and you had to pay for everything if you didn't want to wait 3 hours in a 35-degree temperature queue for the 2,000 people to help themselves (bearing in mind that we were made to arrive at 3pm and dinner wasn't until 7pm). Endless queues, too, for the poor camel, which has to take 30-second turns at a time. The whole organization is shaky, and they suggest you add 100 AED / person to avoid all the inconvenience of this package (supposed to be complete: unlimited drinks and barbecue) doesn't actually offer anything at all. We had to fight with our driver (whose English was more than a little shaky) to get out of the place, and everything was hellish. To be avoided absolutely.

If you really need save some money, please don't go there. The labor camp, despite having a good name, has a rating of 0. There's nothing special about it. People were fighting for food, and there was too much rush. There's no tour guide, and despite claims that people booked their seats, it's just a general seating area. I am advising you; the service is very bad, especially for Pakistani workers in the camp. There's no proper management. I just paid for a group safari. The snacks are excessively salty and not suitable for consumption by either kids or adults. There is no tasty food available. If you need food, you'll have to stand in the long line and fight for it. Only those with the courage to endure the process will be able to eat; otherwise, you will be notified that no food is available . Finally if you see more star its fake review or they used VIP service . I paid 60/Person for small group .

It was an amazing experience. The person who picked us up named Amir Raja was really nice. He guided us throughout the trip especially at the evening concert place. We got wonderful seats and the food came to our table. Would book it again anytime

Raja was the absolute best guide we could of had! The overall experience was amazing and I would highly recommend booking and having Raja as your guide!

Aamir raja was a very thoughtful tour guide. Was on time and stopped for the restroom whenever we needed. He let us use his hot spot and when we ran out of storage he let us use his phone!! He tools tons of pictures for us and would use again. Good value for the money.

Raja khuram was our guide! He was very helpful and we had a great time. The tour was great! The best part was the ATV's in the sand dunes and the dune bashing.

I booked an evening safari with an overnight stay. Spent more than 1650 AED for a tour that was initially priced to me at 1000 AED for 2 people. Aside from the fact that the place is essentially a tourist trap (sandboarding is a fake just-for-the-pictures experience and every experience outside of the dune bashing is priced as extra at a quote of 40+ AED per couple), the only good thing of this place is the chai they serve, while the rest (entertainment and food) is very average and poorly serviced. The worst thing is that since the "overnight stay" is not "usual" among tourists, whomever chooses it finds itself in the following nightmare scenario: - you are being left completely alone inside the tourist trap while all the other guests leave and the trap service people are dismantling the show (i.e. taking away the chairs, cleaning the food service station and....opening the sewages of the toilets...I let you imagine the stink) - the organizer coming to you after more than 30' to tell you they will "probably organize a tent somewhere" in the stinking place without any further explanation, and only when you ask about breakfast they tell you that "soft drinks are included" (a refrigerated box with some coke and water in it) and maybe "breakfast will be included" and that "all electricity and wifi goes off after 10 pm" - after further 30', when you complain about the (dis)organization of the overnight stay and ask to be accompanied back at the hotel, the only thing you're told is that fees aren't refundable - while you're headed back home, the driver stops in the middle of the desert and asks you to exit the car as he has to trail another of his fellow drivers' car who is stuck in the sand. Summarizing: terrible experience and a total rip-off. To be avoided at all costs.
