Book the tour for a family of 9 persons... From the first time in contact with them, details and instructions were given to us clearly and promptly. We were greeted at our hotel by the driver who is also our guide name Nikki on the day of our tour. Along the way to a 45 minutes car ride to the desert, Nikki welcome all questions that were thrown to him and happily answered every one of them. While in the desert, we were all well taken care of by him while we enjoying every bits of the tour. All 9 of us enjoyed so much that the next thing we know is time to go back. Strongly recommend Heritage Desert Safari... a 5 stars for us.

A NON STARTER. I booked and paid for 3 "persons' to race together on the track.Just an hour before I received a call to say that although I had paid for 3 adults the policy of allowing a 12,14 and 16 year old child to race together as a family is no longer allowed. I was quoted the small print, basically told' tough luck'. My children are all the same height ( which I could understand as a differentiating factor) . A very pleasant supervisor called me and apologised and said she would refer to a manager to see if we could have a refund or reschedule to a quiet time when only my family were on the track. We hit a brick wall and were told'your fault' you should have read the small print. There appears to be no possibility for me to race with my family nor for siblings to race each other......as was the case before. Frustrating and a real couldn't care less attitude. I went to Ekarts at Zabeel Dubai Mall and they were so friendly. There was also no problem to accomodate my family on the track at the same time.

The Marshalls are very nice and will assist you.Also the helmet and suits are very professional and the karts are smooth driving as well as the safety instructions are very direct and clear with the people I recommend this place.

As a first timer to Atlantis Aquavnture Waterpark, the water activities are amazing and so much fun. We were a group 6 and everyone enjoyed to the maximum. I woul like to thank Lifeguard Chaminda for an exceptional service he provided. He is kind and guided us remarkably well. I would recommend anyone who visit Dubai to add Altlantis Aquaventure to their bucket list because its a modern and amazing experience.

Best karting experience in my life! Loved the track, the condition of the karts, the employees all super friendly. There are actually 3 tiers... You always have to drive a certain time on the lower level to qualify. The fastest ones are quite crazy for amateurs Hope to be back soon!

We chose Dubai's kartdrome to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it turned out to be great fun! The track offers a good mix of challenging turns and straights. We also enjoyed some post-race refreshments, but the options for that’s were a bit limited. It was a lovely birthday celebration filled with thrill and excitement. Overall Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience with Sheik. Collected from our hotel and whisked off to the desert with highly informative commentary on the way. Received scarves, water bottles and a bag upon arrival in the desert, before switching to vintage land rovers or a camel ride depending on what you chose to do. Stunning sunset while watching a falconry display before heading to camp for a wonderful evening of food and entertainment. We were returned (speedily) back to our hotel.
