Months prior to leaving home I had been emailed a professional and detailed Itinerary based on my own requests. We met with our driver Mohammad who was an absolute gentleman, a careful driver, and someone who knew a lot about Dubai in it's current state, as well as it's past - the information was invaluable to say the least. Ruby Tourism got us discounted Tickets for entry at the Palm Tower as well. The vehicle was large, comfortable, spacious and excellent air-conditioning. Very very happy overall with this service and both Anil and Mohammad. Could not recommend them higher !!!

We made a day trip with driver/guide Qasim and we recommend him to everyone. Nice guy and knows his way through Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Don’t hire a car but book a daytrip, since you do not have to search and can enjoy all laidback on the backseat.

One of best trips of our life. Our driver/guide Mr. Mohmaad Kasim was so awesome he become part of our family. Mr. Anil the owner of Ruby Tourism personally came to welcome us. We were all four senior citizens (two in wheelchairs) but didn’t have a single problem not even a minor one for all ten days. We saw everything and did everything including desert safari, sea world, zoo, gardens, museums, cruise, mountains, and of course sightseeing lot’s of it. We would highly recommend Ruby Travels to anyone who is traveling to UAE.

Absolutely awesome experience I had with Ruby Tours. Got the best value for money deal from Mr Anil Lalwani, Being local in Dubai he knows the city like back of his hand, gave valuable inputs in planning my entire trip. He suggested where I would get pure veg food, what we can see at what time (this is really very important as the Prime Tickets in some of the places are 3 times more expensive). Point to point pick up was arranged in such a way that get smooth experience and without any time delays. Gave best quote compared to 3 other agents. Had an amazing experience throughout out 8 days tour of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Every day would get timely update for the itinerary next day from their ever energetic and accommodative team member Deepika. The best part was the Driver Qasim Bhai. Gem of a person. Really warm and genuine person. He was always warm giving information for sight seeing, what to buy from where to buy, whom to be careful of. Always there for any of the pick ups and drops whether at 7 in the morning or 11 in the night. overall highly recommended to take the customized tour from Ruby Tours.

Ruby Tourism is the best! They gave us a smooth, comfortable and special Dubai experience, at first we were a bit sceptical about it, but after knowing Mr. Anil and helping us with the process and accommodating all our concerns, I already know we are in good hands. Also, we give commendation to our driver, Mr. Qasim, he was really nice and kind, he is very professional, dress and grooms well, the car was always clean, he always extends help with everything, he is patient with us even though we are always late at pick-up time. In other words, he treated us as family and respected us, he never once shown any signs of irritability, he was always smiling and ready to assist at anything, he was also a great tour guide as he is knowledgeable of everything in Dubai, he knows the routes, facts about the monuments and buildings and also about the history of Dubai. We will definitely get Ruby Tourism services again when we get back with the whole family next year.

I booked this service last minute for a half day because I had some key places I wanted to see in Dubai before leaving the following day. My guide- Mr Anil went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to do everything I set out to do. They were very flexible with add ons and I was able to upgrade to full day service to visit the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi. The highlight of my experience was visiting the ‘Last Exit’ on our way back. It was such a pleasant surprise and I was so glad I booked my last minute tour with this company. They definitely went above and beyond and that’s what great service is. Don’t hesitate to book them!

We booked this under the impression that there would be entertainment on board while we sailed. We were sat downstairs as it was quite cool outside but some others sat upstairs. The food was food and cooked fresh and was very tasty. The cruise lasted around two hours and we sailed up and down the creek numerous times. By the end of the two hours we were bored stiff and we’re ready to go home. We were asked to fill out a questionnaire at the end of the ride and a couple near us asked the host if the entertainment was upstairs? And he said ‘what entertainment?’ We booked this thinking we would see belly dancers as advertised but we were severely disappointed. We would not recommend this to anyone as was boring. It would be better if there was a big group of you to lift the atmosphere.

The trip was planned very nicely and the team made sure that we have the best experience here be it with sightseeing or shopping or dining. We had the best experience during our city tour with Ruby Tourism. Mr. Mohammed the driver was so awesome that he took his time to take us through the history, culture and lovely places in the city.
