This is the best way to see the fountain show and truly appreciate it and get excellent pictures/videos of it. The actual fountain show is amazing and one of the things you can’t miss when in Dubai and the randomness of the song they play adds to the excitement as some people have said they had Baby Shark play which resulted in the show being short while other has MJs Thriller which is probably the best song to have however the company who operates the boats is a bit useless as they have 1 person at the entrance and it wasn’t very organised.

This is a must stop. A worthwhile experience with no need to buy tickets beforehand, simply arrive there and buy your ticket from the very efficient staff. The aquarium is all what you expect: neat, clean and world class. A very pleasant experience

The dive experience at the aquarium is amazing. 64,000 species in the aquarium with you. 30 minute dive is around £220 for a qualified PADI diver. The dive team are excellent and take you through everything you’ll see and do. Would recommend. The only drawback is the photos they take when you dive aren’t included in the price, and cost nearly as much as the dive itself if you want the full set of photos. Otherwise it’s about £30 per photo.

I am an extremely fussy traveler and my reviews are always brutally honest with what you really need to know What we booked: - standard entry tickets - with no diving or experiences Considering we already went to the Dubai aquarium…..this was very well presented and beautifully themed. The main viewing areas were literally spectacular full of marine life. It’s small and only a quick visit 30-45 mins but it was absolutely worth the small entrance fee. We loved every minute .

this place was well conceived, the trip was worth. we had a fun time. the way they set up the exibition is fantastic. i would visit again, for sure.

Very small aquarium took us 20 minutes to see it all, some interesting things but not worth the money. Wouldn’t go back and don’t recommend it.

Very small… I’m not sure this could be the “largest in the middle-east”. The entry price is too high considering it takes around 20 minutes to get around. We also wanted to possibly go have lunch come back and walk around again (since it was so short) but was told we couldn’t do that as it was a “one time entry”. The Dubai Mall aquarium seems bigger in my opinion even from the outside.. but we had used our budget on this aquarium instead.

Really lovely experience . The boats take you around the fountains during the show with music and full view of the burjkhalifa . Short trip but the kids loved it and a nice breeze.

Amazing show, Broad-walk bridge not worth paying for it, as it’s the wrong side of the whole show. So you have to keep switching back and forth between the Fountains and the Light show.

It was Wonderful experience. Our Guide was very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all our questions. We enjoyed his hospitality. Will recommend to my friends and family who visit Dubai in future .

Nice but overhyped with a very large crowd to deal with. The show is only 5min, and is monochromatic. It repeats every hour starting 18:00. You have to line up at least 30min in advance, and deal with a large crown and another 30min delay when trying to get out. If you have seen the fountain show in Bellagio/Las Vegas, you will be very disappointed with this fountain show. Best to see it from restaurant or hotel room to avoid the crowds.

For a low cost (around 70AED) you can experience the breathtaking fountains up close and in a more personal setting than the congested standing areas around the lake. The lake ride is popular but not so much that there is a lengthy queue - we had to wait for one full cycle (around 30mins) but in that time we watched the fountains from the queue area so it did not feel too long but children around us were becoming restless so be weary if visiting as a family with young children. Once we boarded the abra we travelled around the lake which gave us nice views of the surrounding buildings before taking in the fountain show from a static position (if you are on one of the last abras to board you watch the fountains first before exploring the lake. The boarding and disembarking procedures are a bit slow and could be streamlined but this doesn’t really affect the experience which is one of great value for money. Expect to be seated with others - the abras usually seat eight people and are not private but they do always keep you in your group if you will all fit in one abra.
