Headout-Hatta Wadi hub hiking experience We had a terrible experience with this company. Their communication was poor; they failed to inform us about important details before the event date, which left us feeling very disappointed. We made a booking, paid for the service, and received a confirmation. However, when we arrived at the Hatta meet-up point after a 4-hour journey, we discovered that our booking had been canceled on the same day due to a lack of available slots. I would strongly advise against booking with this company. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had!

It is a great place to visit, lots of outdoor activities to do, amazing development and growth and there are even more under construction

The experience started with the transfer from the hotel being 40 minutes late. Our first stop was the area for Quad Bike riding and dune bashing. The dune bashing was performed by the same driver who picked us up at the hotel. He was very kind and understanding - made sure we got good spot in the desert and helped us take a lot of very good pictures. This is were the good ends. Then it was time to ride to the next event - the desert village where some shows would take place. The village is not authentic; it's an artificial place somewhere in the desert built specifically for tourists. The ride was performed by another, younger, driver (more on this person later). At the village, the 3 shows where good but everything else was well... low-end performance (the reception, the food, restrooms, the staff). While at the dinner table, we were approached by people trying to sell us some crap almost every 5 minutes. Some words about the second driver - the one who drove us to the village and then back to the hotell. This individual drove very reckless and aggressive. At times and while driving, he was using 2 phones interchangeably. The speed limit was exceeded by margin routinely. In short, VERY unpleasant! It's a shame that Dubai would let such individuals (not only the driver) represent its culture and country/emirate. Note that none of them we met during this trip where native Emiratis - there were all expats. Of course, nothing wrong with that, provided that this people do their job with style/elegance that meets the image of Dubai/UAE.

From the start we were directed well , and shown the way. Attention to detail in making sure you arrive the best way possible . The animals great and our guide was awesome with the kids Very much Short and sweet family trip for something different . Next time il be back for a Sunset ride . Cheap also:) double Bonus . Thanks

Absolutely wonderful experience! We were a group of six, we had such an amazing time during the safari. We had suhail bhai as our tour guide, and was super professional and well informed. The food at the end of the night was so delicious and the entertainment was fantastic. It was a full package at an amazing price. If you’re in Dubai, I would highly recommend this company and this safari! We also lucked out since we got a photographer and tour guide in one! It was honestly an amazing experience, one that we will remember for a long time!

I would give zero or minus star if I could! I regretted my trip with this irresponsible company - Ultra not recommended - they said "this is life" when accident happened - no offer for refunds or check up on the passengers - they kept lying about the plan (after the accident) - If you want to deal with a lying company, this is it! The management team is irresponsible, leaving the casualty fighting for the rights of refunds and getting the statement on the accident. I would really avoid this company.

We did a Hatta Dam tour with our driver Nawaz Afridi and we had a great experience with him. He was good company throughout the trip and took us to different places of interest, in particularly Hatta Dam which was my favourite place.

Nawaz Afridi was our driver for the Hatta tour. He did a great job driving us to the different places around Hatta and recommended us a good restaurant for lunch. He was friendly and we had a good time with him. The highlight of the tour was kayaking in the Hatta Dam. The scenery and water was beautiful so it was a great spot to kayak.

Had a team building at the Hatta Wadi Hub. My team has done the mountain biking trail, Hatta Dam Kayyak followed by a traditional arabuc lunch

Today I visited the small farm with some friends with two child. They were so excited to ride the camel and interact with them. We were asked to get some rest inside the typical Beit and to drink some traditional drink. I really suggest to visit them.

I cannot rate the experience as no driver cam to pick us up. Very disappointing. It was also very hard to reach someone on the phone and when we did they said they would call us back. They have no explanation for not coming and proposed to come 3 hours later. We refused

It is just like the meme about expectations/reality. For example, they promise arabic tea and coffee. When you arrive to the place, turns out that this is just tea bags and a large pot of pre-made coffee 🤡 Extra payment literally for everything. It is cold in desert after sunset and they do not provide blankets (but you can buy a scarf for 40+ AED). Dancers, though, are amazing.

This company does not provide what you order and what you have paid. We booked private 2h family buggy tour from 4 to 6pm. Slot was important for us to experience desert sunset. We were there at right time before 4pm. They took over my passport and full payment without giving exchange cash back. Told I get those back once I return buggy. We waited our buggy almost 1,5 hour and missed sunset. Finally we drove 1 hour and were forced to return because it was too dark/unsafe to drive in desert. They didn’t admit their fault and refused to give any refund. Hard to say anything against when they have your passport. Don’t make same mistake as we did - cannot recommend.
