It is a nice place for young and old to go. Even a vr rollercoaster is inside, game machines and other play areas. We are loyal costumers for a long time, and we have always lots of fun. The only thing we miss is places to sit when the kids are busy with games.

Such an unreal experience ! The view was incredible, nothing i’ve ever seen. Amazinggg & liberating. We loved it & it was one of the highlights of our trip !

Having a driver and vehicle to ourselves was a bonus! We were communicated with well from the time of booking ( a week prior) to the day of pick up which was as per time agreed. The Burj Khalifa visit was not crowded, although it is advisable to allow 40-60minutes to get through the process from ticketing line to queuing for lifts.(don't be lulled into complacency if there are not many people in the initial ticketing line!) If you want to use a camera it will not work well in the heat/humidity on the outdoor viewing platform so best to wait until you go into the covered viewing area. All other stops and photo stops were unhurried and we were dropped as close as possible to each stop and advised to call the driver when ready. We were dropped back at the hotel which many tours don't do as their itinerary usually ends at the Burj Khalifa and you are left to find your own way back to your accommodations. At no point in the tour were we taken to a place of interest where you were guided into a shop (usually a friend of the tour driver!) for a bit of 'pressure buying' as has been experienced on many other tours so a BIG thumbs up for that. A well run tour at a reasonable price. Complimentary water was provided in the vehicle. I recommend this tour.

Visited here with my two teenage daughters in August 2023. Upon arriving, we all thought it was either closed or abandoned as it looked really run down from the outside. Wasn’t very appealing when inside and looked equally as neglected once inside the park. Plus she we didn’t have to wait for the 5 slides that we went down 😜

An amazing glasshouse in air-conditioned environment however, disappointed that they charged us for the miracle cave and never refunded us due to its closure..

The Social has reopened with Chef Carmine Faravolo. Food and service outstanding. We had complimentary canapés and little desserts. The drop the Tiramisu is fun to watch and eat!

its really a wonderful activity to do in dubai in summer seasons. we went there with my friends and we really glad that we done this water sports activity. we would like to thank the tourism provider Sougat Tours for their Professional service. and the Jet Car crew also did a wonderful job. they ensured our safety and they where so caring and Professionals.
