Loved every minute of this trip. Never been jet skiing before so was a little apprehensive but the guide was great. He gave us a few tips of what to do and what not to do but once we were away it was awesome. Unfortunately I was so excited and into the trip that I forgot to ask his name but the South African dude (I’m assuming this from his accent) was top class and took lots of photos for us which he then airdropped to me. Great trip from start to finish! Cheers bro 🤙

We did the same experience 6 years ago and this time was even better!!! It was just us and our guide took so many amazing pics and videos it felt really special. It’s hard work though and tough on hands !!! Do it !

It was a great experience !! 1- Staff at the front office were friendly 2-The owner himself was there attending customers and sharing wonderful experiences and tips while making us feel welcome 3-The instructor Tawfiq was very friendly and fun to be around 4-The only place in dubai which opens early I would definitely go back again.

5 star without a shadow of doubt. One of the best jetski experience in terms of power and location. The owner, the cashier and the tour guide were friendly, gave us clear instructions, was fun but very careful. I have never rode a jetski that was as powerful as that one! I think it was by far the fastest I have ridden ever. 1 hour was more than enough, got photos by burj Al Arab and city scape of dubai, although unfortunately the sun was right on top which resulted in dark photos. I definitely recommend this place; their jetskiis are clean and high quality. It’s just a bit pricey but I think for the experience its worth it 👍🏼 shout out to Tawfiq and PJ

This is the only jet-ski company I would ever consider using whilst in Dubai, half the price for rental than some of the companies that operate out of the hotels. New top of the range jet-ski's are available to hire which are more than powerful enough for even the most experienced user. The team are second to none, fully professional/polite/and very committed on how you can get the most out of your experience whilst remaining safe at all times. A big shout out to "Elton" what a great guy and always enthusiastic, great to see he is still there!! See you soon, Steve B and family....

I went to SeaRide Dubai 4 years ago & had such an incredible life experience 2 hour tour with Elton that it became one of the most pleasurable things I had ever done in my life. I just finally returned to Dubai & of course the first thing I had to do was come back!!!! Searide Dubai is super helpful they text with you before you arrive on whatsapp so you are completely prepared for your excursion. When I got there I was surprised to see my same guide from 4 years earlier Elton was still there & he actually remembered me! We went out again for the 2 hour excursion and it was breathtaking once again with an updated skyline. Elton is a great guide who gives you freedom but keeps you safe and keeps you aware of the waters and the areas. He also was kind enough to take tons of videos & pictures of us the entire time on the water and off. Elton is super accomodating and friendly and gave us showed us such an incredible time it was certainly the highlight of our trip he really cares. This is the ONLY way to see Dubai and the ONLY place to rent from! An absolute MUST!

We did the 2 hour tour on one jet ski between the two of us. You get to see a lot and it’s great fun on the jet skis. We got some fantastic pictures and videos next to the Burj, Atlantis, the Wheel etc. If we went again we’d probably do the 1 hour tour - but I’d recommend this as a fun way of touring the Dubai sights.

It was great and such a blast! What a great way to cool off from the heat of Dubai! Highly recommend it! =)

We book the 2 hour jetski ride, and we have never been on jetski before. But SeaRide made this an amazing family event. We all loved it and had the most fantastic day ever in Dubai. All was explain is a simple and professional way, and the instructor always kept and eye on us so we still had fun and all were safe. so if you ever want to go jetski riding in Dubai SeaRide is by far the one and only provider to with.

We had booked and paid for a 30 min jetski ride and upon arrival were told there was no record of it. We showed the instructor the confirmation email and he was able to accommodate us. Instructions on operating the jetski were simple. We were provided life jacket. We went out there on the Persian gulf and had a blast. I highly recommend it. One suggestion will be to bring a towel to dry up after.

We did this 2 hour trip as family of 3 (1x adult and 2x teenagers)? Overall a great experience. The jet-skis are really quality and there was a real focus from the outset on our safety. Our Instructor Taz was good fun and he made sure that we saw all the main sights. Some of the photographs he has given us (provided free on WhatsApp) are amazing.. Definitely recommend this trip for those seeking a little adventure and a fun and unique way to the see the Dubai coastline.

Man this review could have gone a competely different way! Long story short searide made a mistake and closed their location on a regular business day but forgot to take down their automatic online booking tool. We had pre booked, and pre paid for a 2 hour tour only to show up and see a note posted saying they were closed. We were naturally pretty furious that we made our way over there only to be left with no options and out a fair amount of money. Once they realized their mistake I have to say they went above and beyond to address it despite my strong scepticism. The searide team did a great job of pulling out all the stops to have us back the next day and go the extra mile in a number of ways. Everyone was very apologetic and accommodating. True measure of customer service! Thanks to the team - talk about turning a major negative into a major positive.
