They lack integrity and will steal your money without providing the service you paid for. I wrote a review on Viator , And the woman lied in response and said they waited 1hour where i have proof from the conversations that they never waited for the time I paid for! 1 hour from 6:10pm is 7:10pm. I have proof of my scheduled arrival of 6:10pm which I confirmed with them and they were supposed to wait one hour. I have proof of the messages that was send after I wasted 15 minutes through the arrival lobby looking for this dreadful company that was supposed to be there holding up a sign with my name and they were not.It was imperative that I write a review of these scammers here too so that some people take caution and don't possibly end up like I did stranded at the airport with my children after traveling for 20 hours. At 6:50 pm with 20 minutes still left of my 60 ,minutes waiting time I searched the arrivals hall reading all the signs and NO ONE FROM QUICK TRANSFER WAS THERE to pick up my family and I. I contacted them on the phone at 7:08pm when I could not find them only for the company to lie and say that I was outside of my 60 minute waiting time which was a lie. For Dubai, this level of service is shameful. My family and I had to take two taxis because of our party size. Quick transfer never showed up at all, when speaking with them while in the airport they offered nothing to correct there mishap except to continue to lie and say they were there when they were not. This company is trash and ruined the begging of a celebratory trip. This fraudulent company needs to be removed from bookings so they can no longer scam, steal and lie from future customers. They are quick to lie to save themselves! I have spent hours on the phone unfortunately with Viator to get a refund. After submitting all of my proof I will receive a full refund.Written September 30, 2021

He was there on time for the pickup from the airport and was early and waiting for us for the return trip pickup.He was a very friendly fellow and was a safe driver - he explained different road rules etc to us. Very glad that we had booked this type of transfer from/to the airport. He handled the cases for the 4 of us even though help was offered.
