food cold and tasteless, I paid a lot of money for nothing. If international food was indicated on the page, then only Indian food was served, we did not get cakes at all, because they were gone within 2 minutes. Spoiled evening!

This was my first international trip, and I booked a Dubai tour with Thrillophilia. Initially, I was worried due to a communication mishap, but Sushant, my trip coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The desert safari was a major highlight—thrilling and so well-organized! Shivam later explained every detail of the itinerary, ensuring all activities, including the safari, went perfectly. I'm grateful for the Dubai tour with Thrillophilia and their amazing team!

The food was totally disgusting and practically an edible but we enjoyed the two hours we were on the boat even then it was very difficult to get a Coke although it said drinks were included and free. We didn’t enjoy the trip at all because of the terrible food that they served, everything was Indian stews and full of curry not enjoyable at all

Experience was much less than advertised. Complained to Viator and even substantiating my complaint with documentation, they refused to rectify the situation. Buyer beware with Viator as they do not stand care about customer experience. We expressed a dangerous driving experience getting to venue and it seemed inconsequential to Viator's corporate customer service besides the lack of product advertised and delivered.

Very disappointing. All the activities advertised and allegedly paid for in advance, where NOT INCLUDED, it turned out they asked us to pay extra for the Quad ride, the "short Camel ride" was a joke. It was basically a circle of a few yards, it lasted less than 10 seconds !! The dune bashing, lasted 4 minutes,.it was supposed to be an hour! No Sand-Boarding proposed, not even for an extra charge. No (free) Hanna - Tattoos offered!! A lot of "death-spare time" in between the activities, long waiting lines for each activity and food ! Extra charges for drinks are ridiculous and outrageous. 7 US$ for a can of 250ml coke, in a country/rural region where the average salary is less than 200 USD. Such a rip off. Don't fall in this trap. And book directly with a local guide, not anything online you will be disappointed...

You will be taken to Marina area, Atlantis, Dubai observation desk wheel etc. and this tour is 100 times better than normal show cruise. In addition to dinner, you will also enjoy Tanura dance.

The experience was amazing, the desert spot was as breathtaking as the shows we had at the end. The food and the drinks were super good too. Thanks to Nasir who was a super nice and helpful guide and driver for the whole day ! Would recommend 100% !

The Dune bashing. It was fun our driver Alam who was also the tour guide made it really fun. I recommend it.

We had a great time at the safari and our driver Alam was very skilled driver he made the whole experience so great that my son wants to go to Dubai again and wants to do the safari again with Alam. Alam was very friendly and helpful. He looked after us so well during the safari tour. We are very thankful to him for giving us memorable eve.

Best part of this is when you ride on dunes with guide driver. Alam was the best driver and he made the whole day unforgettable. Thank you for your service. Really recommend this trip!

sir, the overall experience is very bad, in fact i wud suggest every1 to avoid thrillophilia. senior citizen ia free at global village, dubai, thrillophila has charged us for that.. no information qas provided on opening timining of any attactions which lead us to reachin either very early or too late.. infact they reduaed transport at many locations stating the time slot is gone. the booking they take is without applying any brains of how many attractions can ine cover.. infact the lack sense of distance and time so eventually you dont enjoy anything and just keep running. the charges are higher than counter tickets.. they play in grey area where in its cheaper you will miss out on sometgings there and evetually you pay higher on spot.. desert safari was the worst of lot.. infact my wife got a spine injury coz the driver was not trained for desert driving.. and was a money sucking monster.. the sales team actually talk like hooligans once payment is done.. in fact they wont borther to reply or resolve ur query.. now if you dont believe try urself..
