We went for Abudhabi city tour in shared taxi basis. Mr. Lexman was our driver cum guide. He is a very good guy. He treats all guests equally. He waits for everyone to go together to each place. Throughout the way he explains all places very clearly. Only issue was the place where he stopped for lunch, there the hotel staff was very unpleasant. The hotel's name is Lal Qila near to Dubai Marina Mall. Never go to this hotel. They don't treat us well and the food is very costly too. Otherwise overall, Lexman ji did a very good job in taking us through all areas and explaining everything. It was a full day ride with him and he did his best service for us.

The tour is well structured. Lexman, my tour guide, was kind, informative, and a good driver, which is perfect for a tour guide. I recommend this tour for anyone wanting to look around Abu Dhabi in a short time.

We booked a Tour BAISAN TOUR TRAVEL our Driver KISHOR was friendly,very polite he's TOPNOTCH the best ever Driver he's driving safety at all the times he care the clients like his family.very happy and will booked again future ☺️

Fantastic flowers set in all kinds of topiary shapes. It was really beautiful and well worth a visit. Takes around 2 hours to walk around. You do need to get a transfer as it’s quite a way from central Dubai

Today is our final day in Dubai so we ventured out to Wild Wadi Water Park Dubai and Global Village Dubai for one final hooray 😀 Our recommended driver was Mohammed Shafique Malik and I couldn't be more pleased with having him as a driver. He was extremely polite, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and he made us feel safe every stop we made. He was on time for the three destinations we planned for today, which included taking us to Dubai Airport. We did not feel rushed and had his undivided attention for the entire day and three trips. I recommend him 1000% for reliability, courtesy, convenience and honesty. For your transportation needs you won't be disappointed.

We are a group of 10. Laxman is punctual, courteous, and informative. This trip is almost 11 to 12h. We went to the mosque, heritage village, pass by Palace and king residence, ferrari world. driver gave alot of info and answers all our questions and beyond. Worth the travel, we were tired so we actually skip some places since we are running out of time.

We had one of the best trip though it was a long from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. We explored well the beautiful city. Our driver Laxman was excellent, can say he loves working in tourism fields and was very hospitable. His little jokes kept us entertained. He was also good at his duties passing the correct informations very well making us engage with him in interest. Thank you once again to Laxman.

Booked this excursion through Viator and none came at the hotel to take us for the tour. No answers through tchat with the tour operator, no answer to Phone call and not any apologies later. Day lost... avoid it not trustworhty at all

Amazing garden. One should visit it once in a lifetime. It feels like u r in heaven and everything in itself is linked to nature giving u positive vibration n good health.

Pick up was on time and Driver Mr. Satnam was well behaved and helpful. basin services was good and price is reasonable and most important the team is reachable around the clock.

I booked a tour (Hatta) through Viator, and received a confirmation a week in advance. Approximately an hour before the pickup time, I WhatsApped Baisan to confirm the pickup -- and they told me that the tour is canceled and I should request my money back. No explanation. I then called their number, and was told the same thing (albeit the agent said that it would be refunded). Vacation time is scarce, and it is hard to book things last minute. If the tour had to be cancelled, some up-front warning (a few days before) would have been expected. Other tour providers I have used in the UAE, Rayna and Oberon, always contacted me the day before to confirm everything. Had I not called before, I would have been waiting in the hotel lobby for a pickup which was not going to happen. Baisan failed on this count. I would have given one star -- but they already informed Viator of the refund, which is in process -- so at least they are financially honest. If I travel to this part of the world again, they are off my list for providers.

When we came most rides closed. The rides that were open were reasonable. Bollywood dancing at theatre only 10 minutes so way too short. Major let down. Dont bother going.

I received a confirmation email with ticket, but no one from Baisan tour company showed up. I called after waiting 20+ minutes past the pickup time and they said they could offer me a different tour or a different day. They agreed to text me details within 5 minutes. One hour later, still no text. I don't think you can trust this company. You might have a great experience, but you might also waste a day of time and have to haggle to get your money back. If you book well in advance you might have better luck. I had a great experience with the Platinum Heritage tour company.

We didn’t have a guide, it was more of a driver. The driver would drop us off with no explanation of what the place was, and he would just give us 20 minutes to take pictures. It is practical if you are looking for a practican way to get from one place to another, but if you are looking for a guide, this might not be the best option.
