We had one of the best trip though it was a long from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. We explored well the beautiful city. Our driver Laxman was excellent, can say he loves working in tourism fields and was very hospitable. His little jokes kept us entertained. He was also good at his duties passing the correct informations very well making us engage with him in interest. Thank you once again to Laxman.

Booked this excursion through Viator and none came at the hotel to take us for the tour. No answers through tchat with the tour operator, no answer to Phone call and not any apologies later. Day lost... avoid it not trustworhty at all

Amazing garden. One should visit it once in a lifetime. It feels like u r in heaven and everything in itself is linked to nature giving u positive vibration n good health.

Pick up was on time and Driver Mr. Satnam was well behaved and helpful. basin services was good and price is reasonable and most important the team is reachable around the clock.

I booked a tour (Hatta) through Viator, and received a confirmation a week in advance. Approximately an hour before the pickup time, I WhatsApped Baisan to confirm the pickup -- and they told me that the tour is canceled and I should request my money back. No explanation. I then called their number, and was told the same thing (albeit the agent said that it would be refunded). Vacation time is scarce, and it is hard to book things last minute. If the tour had to be cancelled, some up-front warning (a few days before) would have been expected. Other tour providers I have used in the UAE, Rayna and Oberon, always contacted me the day before to confirm everything. Had I not called before, I would have been waiting in the hotel lobby for a pickup which was not going to happen. Baisan failed on this count. I would have given one star -- but they already informed Viator of the refund, which is in process -- so at least they are financially honest. If I travel to this part of the world again, they are off my list for providers.

When we came most rides closed. The rides that were open were reasonable. Bollywood dancing at theatre only 10 minutes so way too short. Major let down. Dont bother going.

I received a confirmation email with ticket, but no one from Baisan tour company showed up. I called after waiting 20+ minutes past the pickup time and they said they could offer me a different tour or a different day. They agreed to text me details within 5 minutes. One hour later, still no text. I don't think you can trust this company. You might have a great experience, but you might also waste a day of time and have to haggle to get your money back. If you book well in advance you might have better luck. I had a great experience with the Platinum Heritage tour company.

We didn’t have a guide, it was more of a driver. The driver would drop us off with no explanation of what the place was, and he would just give us 20 minutes to take pictures. It is practical if you are looking for a practican way to get from one place to another, but if you are looking for a guide, this might not be the best option.

We did the Dubai miracle garden with transfers. Transfer was to and from Dubai marina mall. Pros: -Affordable price compared to others -Dubai miracle garden itself was a self led tour which was pretty Cons: -Driver showed up 15mins late for the transfer to the miracle garden - for the transfer after the miracle garden back to Dubai marina mall: the ride departed 45 minutes late. It was extremely frustrating. Half that time was spent waiting in the blazing heat in the afternoon with very little shade. The last con really spoiled the experience for us and fellow passengers

I would recommend Baisan travel to anyone cause they took good care of my husband snd I during our stay in Dubai for our honeymoon.

Had a good day to hatta from Dubai. Our driver Rizwal was nice and good at telling us about the history of Hatta etc. and I’d definitely recommend this trip to people who visit Dubai and want to see som other parts of the UAE.

I love flowers, so this was a MUST SEE for me! I am impressed and wowed with the flower creations that I saw! The garden was inviting and very welcoming. The only negative that I have is that the flowers seemed very dry. I do not know if it was because of the extreme heat, but they looked dry and old to me. Other than, it’s definitely worth the money. Word to the wise, do NOT take the taxi outside of the park, call an Uber, they will overcharge you!

Arrived here ourselves by taking a private taxi. Gardens are indeed miraculous because I can’t imagine what it takes to keep the whole thing blaming in the heat. I saw pictures and read reviews before coming but was certain my expectations would not be met because how could it possibly be beautiful all the time? Well, they did it. It’s gorgeous! There were many food, snack and drink options with plenty of shady areas for rest and food. Truly enjoyed it!!

Well organised!! Actually their driver pick you up at the hotel and tell you the time to be back for going back-believe me, you have enough time.🤗 Worth money, if you are not staying very near garden. taxi will be 3times more expensive... Even if any male is thinking if is worth going there, just go, my man shocked me.😅
