Absolutely brilliant and exhilarating way to see some of the main sights and attractions of Dubai. Booked on 10-45 excursion and we were the only people on the trip so it felt like a private tour, our guide and driver were very knowledgeable and guide happy to take lots of family photos at salient points which was nice/ helpful Also got to test out the boats capabilities with some fun manoeuvres in the open water before returning to base. A big thank you to our guide and skipper. would highly recommend

We had the best time on the Speedboat Tour. The two Guys were absolutely lovely and made the experience more enjoyable. A great way to see lots of popular landmarks. The views were amazing! I would definitely recommend this tour.

First--make sure your taxi drops you off at the right spot. Give the address for the mosque and not just "the marina." This advice will save you 30 minutes of speed walking to make the tour on time. :). The boat tour was great. We went out when there were some waves, but the boat caption did a great job of keeping us safe. We were able to see some of the famous hotels and other buildings. Because it is a speed craft, we could cover a lot of ground (or water, rather) in 90 minutes. I think it was a great deal!

We had an absolutely shocking experience with splash tours this morning 24-04-24. Arrived an hour early for our 10:45 trip to ensure we were in good time. Spent a lot of money on the taxi getting there rather than getting lost on the Metro/tram. Approached our speedboat 15 minutes prior to departure. Was initially told the boat not going due to windy weather conditions. When we said why had we not been informed - we were then told the boat was broken and was waiting for a mechanic. I believe they did not have enough people for the tour as they were putting lifejackets on it in preparation for a trip. We called the office, probably at great expense to us on a mobile phone. Still waiting for that bill!! I was told that their emails were blocked up and they hadn’t got my booking. Which is amazing being as they had managed to withdraw my money with immediate effect. They then said would we like to hang around for 3 hours and 45 minutes to the 2:30 pm tour. Or she would ask the chap to take us out anyway. So was she suggesting we go out on a boat that is not safe. Or had we been told a lie in the first instance that the boat was not working? When I said would they compensate us for our taxi fare which had been wasted they were not interested in doing this. they did not seem particularly apologetic or care about our predicament. So would I recommend them - one simple word NO! Zero communication, Zero customer service!!!

Amazing value for money!! Deeshan the guide is super informative… they boat stops at all the best landmarks and also you get to enjoy a ride at a speed! Photo spots also perfect… high reccomend

I booked this tour through the company's website back in July 2023 for a trip in late March 2024 and tried for months to contact them to get confirmation of the booking. The payment cleared my credit card when we booked it, but we never received a confirmation email with any details or instructions for the tour. I emailed the company multiple times and sent messages through their social media accounts, but never received any responses. Now, our trip has been cancelled completely, and I emailed (as the website instructs) to cancel and request a full refund, well within their refund period, and I have again, received no response. I've given the company the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but would like to share my experience with other who may be considering booking. We travel internationally often and this is the first time I've encountered a completely nonresponsive tour company.

We arrived at the time requested for our tour only to be told that it was cancelled due to rough sea. We paid 300 AED return for taxi fare and had paid in advance for the boat trip. My contact details were given with the booking and you had contacted me on various occasions previously with updated details so why were we not contacted before we got there?

Thank you for the best morning! All service from the phone to boat’s team are very professional, kind, and do their best. Children enjoyed and laughed and we got a lot of positive vibes. Happy that have the speed boat riding . And We plan now go for fishing 🤞🏻.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Their sales person Asmahene was very helpful and she made the reservation process seamless and answered all of the questions that I had. Their tour operator crew was also very good and professional!

Very nice boat ride enjoyed a lot with guided tour at Marina. Will surely recommend to anyone who is costing Dubai to go and enjoy.

Unfortunately there was a child on board our speed boat and parents refused for the speed boat to speed. It’s literally in the name. SPEEDboat. Don’t bring your child if you don’t want the boat to speed. Ruined it for the other people aboard. But the views were nice. Just wished we were allowed to go fast.

Fun, high speed tour around the Palm area and Dubai marina. Crew would offer to take your pictures at each stopping point. Sunset time made for a beautiful experience.

Really enjoyed this speedboat trip. It was exactly what they said on the tin! Visited 4 sites and had photos taken by the crew. We really liked the captain giving the boat a run around doing circles before entering the marina, it was good fun.
