I quite liked the visit to the mosque, the only bad thing was the rush of time, which is very rushed, but very pleasant. I also liked the visit to the Louvre museum and the world of Ferrari. The guide Hassan Abbas is very attentive and gives a very good explanation

My husband and I did the Abu Dhabi day tour and it was absolutely great. First, they accommodated to our schedule and needs based on the time we had available, and our tour guide and driver, Hassan Abbas was fantastic. He was punctual, knowledgeable, resourceful polite and an absolute pleasure to spend the day with and get to know Abu Dhabi. The vehicle we traveled in was in great condition and was very spacious. The private tour is highly recommended for small groups looking to have a more tailored and comfortable experience. Thanks so much Hassan! Highly recommended!!!

The experience was spectacular, exceeding all our expectations. With great comfort and safety, the food was very good and well seasoned, not entirely local, but met all needs. Javeh was completely polite to all of us and was one of those who was able to provide us with this remarkable tour!

We, family of 5, were ready to join the trip at 8:45, 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. When calling the tour operator at 9:10, we were blamed for being late and he mentioned that he could not manage to contact us. No message was left behind with the staff at the reception of the hotel that they were looking for us. From my phone I saw later that I had one missed call of 8:23. At that time we were having our breakfast 20 meters from the reception. I don't know if this was willingly done but the tour operator showed no intention to help us out.
We can only guess for the reason for not including us: cancelling the tour because of not enough customers or overbooking. At least it was a great disappointment for the 5 of us. At least I hope a full refund will be arranged although this does not compensate for a lost day.

Tour was great. We enjoyed a lot. The attractions and sites of Abu Dhabi are very beautiful and well organized for tourists. Recommended to go Abu Dhabi if you visit Emirates. as it is totally different and good experience.

I travelled alone and really enjoyed this trip to Abu Dhabi. Great tour guide, friendly and knowledgeable. Good amount of time given at each place to enjoy it. I also opted for the prepaid lunch, which was a very nice buffet. The Mosque was truely beautiful and unmissable.

I would not recommend this particular company for a tour. Our guide was friendly and knew the area well so this review is not meant to reflect bad on her part. Of the 5 places we visited, only the Mosque and the Heritage Village were worth the trip but....... we were only given 5 minutes at the Presidential Palace Hotel, 20 minutes at Ferrari World and, by far the worst experience of all, we had to endure a lengthy, high pressure sales pitch for "carpets hand woven with 24 karat gold and fine gems" offered at the same price as a decent pair of shoes. Do the math. This does not represent the culture or history of Abu Dhabi and should not be part of the tour.

The visit of souvenirs shop and dates market is only if any of the guests wish to buy them but without any enforcement since it is a just a part of itinerary where the guests on tour can get the chance if they wish to buy any souvenirs or traditional craft.
the timing which is given at presidential palace and Ferrari World it is only a photo-stop because there is no entrance included in the package.
the visit of sites is based on the published program which you have bought through only.
