Our tour guide Tahir provided an excellent service and was perfect with the timing of each activity. He was very helpful and courteous.The view we got for the dinner show was amazing and overall it was a fantastic safari experience! Would definitely recommend him for future bookings!

This review is about Ariyan Tours, not the dinner cruise which was on the Lotus Mega Yacht. Dutch Oriental operate the dinner cruise, my travelling companion and I arrived at the dock to board the cruise, however Dutch Oriental did not have us on their list. Dutch Oriental tried to contact local agent Ariyan Tours, as this was at 6.30 pm, (since learn Ariyan Tours close office at 5 pm). If we wanted to join the cruise we needed to pay again, and we would need to follow up with Ariyan Tours as why they didn’t pass our on our booking. The following day we contacted Ariyan Tours, they did not recognise Viator BR reference number, they hung up on us, we rang again with no answer. Since back home in Australia, I have contacted Viator so many times, for a refund with no success. So many conflicting reasons as to why I/we are unable to get a refund. Viator processed our payment 8 March 2024, cruise was 10 March 2024. This was a birthday dinner for my friend, the beginning of the night is just a mess. So word of warning stay clear of ARIYAN TOURS Dubai.

The main issue which marred the experience was the local agent. I would suggest booking direct with the attraction. I booked through Trip Advisor/Viator but it went through a local agent that was different to the one shown in the booking. I had no communication from them, no tickets emailed, nothing. Phoning them would not have helped - as mentioned above it was not the agent stated in the booking confirmation. Burj Khalifa were able to print some tickets based on my name. The supposed “ticket”, which was all I was able to download to my wallet on my phone, was useless. Then, after we had finished at Burj Khalifa, I get a WhatsApp messsge followed by a call from the agent. They sent me some electronic tickets and said I was about to miss my window at BK. Why hadn’t they sent those tickets before? They claimed they had tried to contact me several times but the number didn’t work - strange as they had now successfully contacted me. They couldn’t seem to understand that I had managed to get some tickets printed and had already visited the attraction. I asked them to send the Aquarium tickets which they did. Terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend booking this way. BK itself was fine but no different from going up the Shard in London or even the Eiffel Tower. Just a bit higher. Aquarium was good though with some varieties of fish I hadn’t seen before.

The Abu Dhabi city tour started off horribly when we were picked up in a vehicle (coach) which was not Road worthy and the ac did not work properly in 40 degrees heat. We travelled in this coach for about 2hrs and it was extremely uncomfortable. Our first stop was the sheikh zayed grand mosque around 12, and we stood out in the heat and then walked over to the entrance of the mosque through the mall. When we arrived the tour guide told us the the opening slot time was 3 which indicated he had no clue what he was doing and was extremely unorganised. The second stop was outside some buildings, and then after took us to a Pakistani/Indian restaurant which was overpriced. At this point when we went back the coach had fully broken down and the ac stopped working. We all waited around in 40 degrees heat for 1hr with the other tourists who also had younger kids until transport was organised. We then had to walk to some gallery which was not on the itenary. Another issue was that it stated on the package that we will have ‘entry to the Qasr al Watan palace, garden and public spaces within the area’. I specifically called trip advisor and they stated the tickets will be provided but the tickets were not provided showing false advertisement on the website tour page. We had to pay an extra 320 aed for our family to have access to the Qasr al Watan palace which was utterly inconvenient. We then went back to the sheikh zayed grand mosque around 8 at night but wanted to go earlier and pray. I want to request for a full refund back as this was by far not the standard we were looking for and honestly a waste of a day for a holiday. Paid additional compensation for the tickets as this was not provided as advertised would want a refund back for this.

Not a pleasant experience as a whole. Firstly, the dune bashing lasted only 20 mins (of which 5 mins was a stop to take photos). Secondly, completely excluded sand boarding although this was included in the price (when questioned, we were given a lame excuse). Then the so called camel ride lasted a maximum of 1 minute! If you want a longer ride, be prepared to pay extra! Thirdly; Shisha was meant to be included but this turned out to be yet again a paid extra! The food was not nice and chicken undercooked. I’ve asked for a partial refund Avoid and find another tour operator.

Nice Cruise with Dinner and enjoying especially the show with music that we are enjoy the dancing and nice foods, Hopefully will be back again

It was great experience and Alam was great 👍. The sand dunes bashing was the best part with enthralling experience

I have been to dessert Safari many times but like ride Alam Sir no one has given mash Allah he and his services are excellent 👍

my favorite part of the experience was the ATV, Falcon holding, sand dunes, the love shows, and the dinner. I guess the entire package!
