THIS IS FRAUD COMPANY!! there service is very bad thy took all the money and havent given us anything but instead theyre saying u can buy ther tickets youreself they havent even given any benefiets of it

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. They use questionable tactics to lure people in under false pretenses. While shopping at Lulu, they collected my information and later called, claiming they had gifts for me, supposedly unrelated to tourism but rather event management. For two weeks, I received calls from Miss Rehana and an agent named Ayan. They persuaded me to travel from Al Ain to Dubai. Upon arrival, I discovered it was actually a tourism promotion where they tried to sell me tickets. When I refused, they offered fake vouchers for hotel stays and cruise dinners, which were only usable internationally. After confronting them, they apologized publicly to avoid causing a scene but continued to mislead me, promising bookings within 48 hours. This promise was never fulfilled, and their agent gave excuses about being on leave, while simultaneously attempting to deceive my husband, who called from a different number. Overall, this was a frustrating and misleading experience. They misrepresented their intentions and wasted my time. I strongly advise against spending any money on their promotions, as they are deceptive in their practices. If it were a genuine tourism promotion, they should have been upfront about it from the start.

We booked tour during COVID and border rules are very difficult but we thanks to 247toursuae they guide was very well and help us to visit Abu Dhabi from Dubai our Guide name Asrar he is very professional and informative told us stories and explain everything about history and places that we visit everything was perfect and gone very smoothly, we are really thankful to this tour company and guide Asrar. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY!!! I contract with this company a TOUR IN ABU DHABI and never make a TOUR, I waiting return my money!!!

Driver is not a guide! Stopped on the roadside for most places to take a picture, we didn’t enter them. Only places we entered were the mosque and heritage village- but he dropped us off for both with no information or guidance at all. Couldn’t answer any questions we asked (i.e. What is the heritage village? Answer: heritage. - no more info!). Took us for a drive around the palace- but again, no info provided and couldn’t answer any questions. Save your money or go elsewhere.

The tourist was horrible. We did not visit all of the sites. I wish I could have a refund! It was such a disappointment on my birthday.

WOW! WOW! that is the only thing that comes to mind - it was the most fascinating Mosque I have seen - the beautiful Marble that surrounds it and the Morano glass panels along with the Italian inlaid tiling just has to be seen to be believed. We went with Arabian Adventures and our guide Imran was fantastic gave us plenty of time to walk around and he explained each element with extensive knowledge. If you don't go on any other tour - DO NOT MISS THIS ONE.

As we were the only two people who had booked the tour we had a private car and driver to take us. The driver was an excellent guide, told us so much about the area and willingly answered questions we had on our first visit to Abu Dhabi. We had plenty of time at Qasar Al Watan, Emirates Palace and The Grand Mosque. We were taken to a local restaurant for lunch which was really good and I would like to thank the driver publicly for helping me to communicate with the chef as I have coeliac disease and needed guidance as to what I could choose. We had a most memorable day visiting three breathtakingly beautiful places. We did take this tour on a Friday which does mean a change in opening times at some of the sights. An excellent day and very good value.

We done abu dhab tour with 24 7 Tourism last week and it was amazing day our guide Essa was very nice person gave us great tour commentary shows all places and give details about each location we got enough time at each to to visit from inside. Thanks

Worst tour I have ever had! If I could give it a score of zero I would! Didn’t hear from company till 11:30pm the night before about a pick up time. Driver was late. Told I was to fat to sit in the back seat. ( I fit fine). Wasted a ton of time with the stop at Ferrari world and then stopped at the louvre museum for 1.5 hrs which wasn’t a part of the tour. I made sure it wasn’t because I wasnt interested in seeing that. 4 out of 6 of us sat outside waiting for the two people who bought tickets ahead of time to see the museum. They then came back late while we all sat in the car waiting!! Took us to lunch after 2pm where there were only two options to eat at. Both buffers without ala carte options ( who wants to eat a buffet at 2 pm). Again the four of us ( we weren’t together by the way) just went without lunch. Tour guide was obviously very upset we didn’t eat at his restaurant. Gave us an hour for lunch but started rounding us up after only 30 mins and was upset one person went for a walk to spend his lunch time since the food options sucked! When we got to the mosque as our final stop we were rushed and drove really fast through the city tour because we ran out of time. On the drive home he was driving really reckless. When asked to slow down he started fighting with the customer and told her he knows how to drive. He was going over 90 mph. He almost hit two vehicles and swerved out of the lane and proceeded to fight more when asked again to drive safely. He clearly had an anger problem. We were all on edge at the end of the tour. He referred to two ladies as the Chinese people when they were from Switzerland. I contacted the company after we got back to our hotel ( luckily in one piece). They said they would talk to the driver and get back to me. I never heard from them again!! Do not waste your time with this company. They also go by rah tours which is will be posting this review there also!!! I have been on hundreds of tours and this was easily the worst I have ever experienced! If you enjoy wasting your day waiting around and then being rushed through the cultural things this is the tour for you!

we had the most amazing experience for Desert safari, dune bashing was thrilling, sand boarding at the big dunes we enjoyed that slides, camel trekking was amazing our child loved it, entertainment was belly dance, tanura show and fire show, in last we enjoyed dinner and it was nice, we loved every single moment.
