This “tour” was not worth the money. It was basically an expensive Uber. We were driven to drop-off points (Dubai mall, marina area, beach) and given time to walk around. There was no “tour” - no description of landmarks or areas. Just a driver to take you to drop-off points. Perhaps we misunderstood the description but we were expecting more.

Best of Abu Dhabi with Ziad from Oceanair, where he drove us from Dubai and took us to many places with good stories and excellent time management. The tour to the Grand Mosque was the best with a lot of history to share and best picture he took for us.

I had a very pleasant trip thanks to Qasim. He tried to explain as much as he can about Dubai, Abu Dhabi and UAE. And because it was a private tour, he was flexible about time and accommodated to my preferences/schedule. I booked the tour the night before, and didn't look at the reviews until the payment was made. And because the negative reviews had me worried, let me share my full and honest experience. - Communication was great. Qasim got in contact with me within a few hours of my booking, and assured me that he will be picking me up from my hotel in the morning. The next morning, he contacted me again to let me know his exact eta. During the trip, he was also very responsive and let me know where he would be picking me up. - Driving/car conditions were better than expected. I had already experienced the aggressive driving styles in Dubai but Qasim drove very pleasantly. I sat in the front and felt safe. - Reasonable price. I was travelling alone but made the purchase for 2 which was the minimum number of participants. I thought $150 was reasonable for a private day tour even for one. - The only downside of my trip was the "gallery" we visited, which was just a souvenir shop. I didn't get anything and left in a few minutes, but I just felt bad/really awkard turning down so many items... I did see a foreigner who had apparently come just to shop for his daughter though.... not sure why he came there... not very high quality items/expensive. - Overall, it was great value for money. It beats having to take the bus from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and call/find a cab to get around the city, which was my original plan. If your flight from Dubai is after 9PM, I'd even recommend doing this tour on your last day before the flight because you can store your luggage in the car + do the day tour and get dropped off at the airport right away!

We felt very unsafe in the car driving to the location. No communication from driver and he was on his phone the whole time. When we get to the first stop we had no idea what was happening.. it was to let air out of tyres , 20 minutes later we got back in the car. 4wd on sand dunes was very good. On 2nd stop he said 10 minutes but turned out to be 30 minutes we couldn’t find our driver - we started walking around the carpark as it was taking a while .. then see he was driving back and had taken other customers out?? The dinner was good , show ok though very quick. Coming home our driver was FaceTiming others and on his phone while way home. The car kept beeping the whole way over speed , he wasn’t watching at all. Nearly an accident & other drivers beeping at us & going over 130 on the highway - we were glad to get home and to be alive. My husband wanted to go off at him it was very unsafe.

This is our first time visiting Dubai; this tour has certainly delivered exceeding excitement and expectations. A big standing ovation to our tour guide Kareem. He was right on time and patiently explain every attraction we stopped. This tour is unique because the tour starts at 10 pm at night. To see our tour guide arrived on time made us so relief and comfortable. He spent over 3 -1/2 hours for the tour. Taking us to see the other side of Dubai at night. We did not go back to our hotel until 1;50. What an amazing experience! Thank you Kareem!

I’m so glad I booked this tour, Dubai is even more beautiful at night! Qasim was a perfect guide and allowed me to personalize the itinerary to my liking! We went to all the popular spots and I got some great pictures, thanks Qasim!

This was a huge mistake and I would suggest not booking with this company at all. Overall it was a terrible tour with a terrible choice

After booking this tour, I reach out several time and never received a response so I cancelled this tour 5 days before departure and booked another company.

Worst Ever. I had to call the night before to confirm my booking and pick-up location. I was supposed to be on a private tour. Next monring, they didn't pick me up until 9:40am, and after getting picked up in a private car, I was dropped off at a hotel to join a huge group of people on a tour bus. When we got to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the tour guide left me behind, and I had to call 3 different people from the tour to get a hold of him. Took half an hour. After that we went to the Heritage Village, and he lost half of the tour group so spent antoher 40 min looking for people. We didn't go to the Emirates Palace nor the Dates Market as mentioned on the itinerary. Instead he dropped us off at a random place to tell us to figure out lunch ourselves. After that he brought us to this gold carpet place which is not on the itinerary. Wasted another 1.5 hours there. By the time we left there, it was already 4:30pm. We got to the Louvre at 6pm, which the museum stops selling tickets at 5pm. I've been telling the tour guide since the morning that I wanted enough time to go inside the Louvre, and he told me to call a taxi back to Dubai on my own. The itinerary states that we will be spending 2 hours there, tickets paid on our own. Since the Louvre was closed, we were only there for 10 minutes. We went to Ferrari World but it was also closed. The whole tour was supposed to be 8 hours, but I didn't get home until 9pm which means that the whole trip was around 11.5 hours, without having the itinerary completed.

We were booked & confirmed for 9 am, March 11th. Waited until 9:30 before googling & finding the phone number for 24 7 UAE tours, after several phone calls & no answer, got hold of a rep & he said they are sold out for today. When we asked how come you booked & confirmed us & nobody contacted to let us know, he had no answer. They said they can book us for the next day, Saturday, which we could not go because of other plans. The only option was to refund us which would take 21 days to hit our bank. Very disappointing.

Promised Vip Seating Very Bad Sand Bashing - 40 - 45 Mins ...Gave us only 10 mins worst vehicel transport wherein doors were not closing pushing us to ride bikes whc we were not wanting 150 Dhms - 300 dhms No safari through the dessert ...took us from the highway ..... ......

Very bad experience, we drove for 5 mins then the driver ran out of gas. We waited for an hour for someone to come to fill up gas. The van smelled terribly and overall it was the worst experience. The next day, I booked with Viator for safari and wow it was an amazing service, spacious van clean and the attention to detail was meticulous.

We were picked up sharp at 2pm and after dune bashing, left at the camp at 4pm when the camp was deserted. There was no activity/food/drinks there till 6pm - we were literally left starving for 2 hours in the scorching heat. We had to pay an extra 200 dirhams and take an AC cabin as we could bear the heat and boredom. At 6pm usual activities like camel ride etc began followed by a short (and really bad) belly dance show. The dinner was absolutely pathetic. Instead of serving Arabic food they served Indian food. Also, as per your description they promise unlimited water/soft drinks in the vehicle whereas they provided none whatsoever ( we had to buy a bottle of coke for 4 times the usual price from a shop the driver took us to) There are way better desert safaris offered . This is completely avoidable

The driver never showed up. After I called the tour operator, they offered a refund or to change the date, but the PCR test taken was valid only for that date! They did not care about that and did not offer any refund. Also Tripadvisor did not offer any compensation. That’s what you get for booking a tour with Tripadvisor, not reliable tour operators and no better cancellation policy than that already offered by the tour operator! Why shall I trust again Tripadvisor?

Amazing tour with super friendly and knowledgeable driver. Definitely a must do! The mosque was beautiful and so was the palace. Louvre was so worth it as well.
