We booked this for my boyfriends birthday dinner. Bought tickets with hotel transfer, to later be told that they don't pick up from outside Dubai. (We stayed in Ajman). They said they will give us a top deck table to cover up the costs, even thought everybody was seated on the top deck. I also asked if they could arrange a slice of cake with a candle for my boyfriends birthday instead of the hotel transfer and they said not it's too late. However during the cruise they brought a whole cake for somebody else sang happy birthday and played songs for the person. That made me really upset. So they gave us nothing. We were seated near many children ( even we were told it will be a romantic dinner ) the kids were running from table to table , shouting, making mess. Majority of people on the boat were Indian, so somebody decided it is ok to start playing Indian songs on the boat. This was upsetting as we hear enough of that in England, we came to Dubai to see something different. Food was also mostly Indian. Didn't see no international buffet there and worst part the food was absolutely cold. Some people decided to make a smoking area right next to our table even though they could have just smoked by their own table. Because of them we had to leave our own table to go to the bottom deck.
Staff, however was helpful and polite and I give three stars only because of them and because the view was nice.

Really good way to see Dubai, great food and entertainment. The driver arrived on time and was really friendly too, talking about the city and life during the journey. Would definitely recommend!
