The cruise was very beautiful,We had a lot of fun on the cruise and the service was very good. And suitable for family and my kids enjoyed it a lot

Totally unorganised, disappointing . we booked the high end cruise who left us with many because they were overbooked even though we were there in plenty of time. Then one hour later they put us on a different ship that was extremely overcrowded and ended up sitting on low coffee table expected to have a nice dinner. I believe that is is their business model, and mission statement.

Celebrated my birthday and had an awesome experience on the boat. Service was attentive to detail. Performances and views were everything! Thank you for making my day memorable.

You never know what you end up with when all correspondence is done blinding over the internet and emails, but in a land full of oil, we struck gold! Ute Kostle was an amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and an attentive all our needs as our tour guide. We had private tours with her and she was always on time, never rushing us to leave any place because we had to finish at a certain time but wanted to make sure we took in as much as we wanted and enjoyed every moment. We are so lucky we decided to have her give us a private tour of both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, because without her we saw these incredible places but really didn't understand the history, culture and the future of the UAE. She gave us an incredible experience, one that will live in our memories forever. Thank you again Ute and we will recommend you to all I know who are going to the UAE.

We watched the sunset and took lots of pictures on top of the dunes. Our driver for the dune bashing was considerate. He slowed down considerably so our "roller coaster" ride was manageable.

Lower your prices and keep drinks full the chef is very good but your not a 5 star restaurant so please don't bill is like you are the meal should not be over $12

It was the best experience! It was a very excited Dune when we arrived about an hour from the cruise terminal. The driving technique of our guide, Ismail, who surpassed the comfort of the Land Cruiser, was the best. And best of all, the photography is better than professional photographers. I think I want to go again! Thank you very much. With big smile😄

We went for the dinner cruise on ALFARIS prior to attending the show. The cruise and dinner were really nice. The show itself was a little confusing to me but the effects were amazing. The best part was the motorcycle stunt.

Transfer to the ship didnt arrive and had to get a taxi or we would have been late and missed it. Buffet and entertainment was mostly indian dominated which we were not aware of when booking. Not value for money and would not recommend.

From start to finish the experience was amazing. The food and entertainment was fantastic.we would defiantly recommend this to anyone.

We enjoyed a very quality time. The cruise was fantastic and the view of marina sky line from the cruise was breath taking, cuisine was really delicious and enjoyed live cooking. We booked our vip section that was separate and service was great. Highly recommend cruise dinner.

This is the CANAL cruise that doesnt go to CANAL!! ALL FOR INDIANS!!! SOUND SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE..TOO LOUD!!!! ...ALL INDIAN SONGS!! FOOD FOR THE DOGS!!! Served 1 tray of hummous for all the guests!! They have written 4 or 5 star international buffet... LIES!!!! Sanitaztion and Hygene..ZERO!!! ENTERTAINMENT!?? - stupid dancer!!! He only used his hands!!! Horrible experience!!! Parking was not explained very well..it is very far and we have seniors with us!!!
