We stopped past for a few cocktails before our dinner reservation and were served by Blessmore. He is a cocktail making magician and we thoroughly enjoyed his creations which came with a beaming smile. Make sure you seek him out at the bar for a chat and the best cocktails in Dubai!

We went for lunch, enjoyed it so much that we went back for dinner a couple of days later. Service is friendly, efficient and proficient. The food was excellent and portion sizes just right. The wine list was comprehensive and prices were actually better than other restaurants in the emirate. We cannot wait to go back.

I decided to have a dinner with my family of 4 members at Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at Atlantis the Palm here in Dubai. It was one of the best eateries in Dubai Palm. The outdoor service seatings were very convenient, warmed by few heaters. The service as well by the noble man “Noble” was on of a kind guiding by us thru the menus; taking care of me and my family. The taste of food was not simple; it was rich, savory, and sweet at the end. In simple, it was very delicious as well.

Very disappointing experience. We have ate several times in UK Bread Street Kitchen however the experience is not comparable. It felt as though we were in a pub chain beer garden in the UK. If this had been our first visit to BSK certainly would never visit again.
Restaurant Ambiance
We chose to eat outdoors with a table booked at 19:30. Our initial table appeared to be in the middle of one of the main ‘pathways’ in the dining area with people constantly squeezing around our table. The staff did move us to another table on our request. The restaurant is attached to an outdoor playground so a constant stream of screaming, crying children and running around. Even at 9pm we had children doing gymnastics next to our table.
Service - service was slow. 40 minute wait for main courses following starters and a 20 minute wait for the bill.
Food - was ok but nothing outstanding

We visited this restaurant for the first time and I was very disappointed with the food and the service.
We ordered starters and mains to begin with.
The starters arrived in good time and were all very nice.
When it came to the mains, I ordered the chicken and asked the waiter what sauce came with it, I asked for the sauce to be put on the side as I was unsure what it would taste like, as the description was poor on the menu.
All the food arrived and mine came with the sauce all over the chicken even though I had asked for it to be on the side.
I told the waiter who apologised and said he will get me the dish replaced in a few minutes.
After our whole table had finished the main course my meal still had not arrived so I went up to the waiter and asked to cancel my main meal as I had waited long enough and the rest of the party had finished their meal.
The manager overheard the conversation and came over and instead of apologising ran to the kitchen and brought out my meal. By this time my sides had gone cold and the plates were being cleared from my table.
I said to him three times that I did not want the meal any more but he insisted on pushing it under my nose and wanted me to eat it.
After a forth time I had to insist the I did not want the main meal as everyone else had finished and either the waiter did not listen or the chef did not read the order.
I am sure Gordon Ramsey would have shouted some expletives at this point!
This upset ruined our meal for me and the rest of the group.
I decided to have sticky toffee pudding for dessert which I found tasteless and the sauce accompanying the pudding was too sweet.
For such a highly renowned establishment the service and food was poor.
I think Gordon Ramsey needs to come to his own restaurant and look at the staff, service and food .
The manager did not apologise once and was rude and ignored us on our way out.
There was no courtesy at all!
I would never again visit a Gordon Ramsey restaurant again!

Waited 20 mins for each drink that we ordered, barely any staff on the bar, extremely slow and poor service, no offer of any bread despite other tables being offered. Waited over an hour for food. Manageress was going round tables apologising to everyone for the wait time, completely unacceptable when they charge so much in such a luxurious hotel. The service needs a complete rethink. Would not return and the food was average.

The hot starters were cold, the cold starters were warm, it was so loud we had to shout at each other despite being one of only two taken tables at brunch. Mains were boring and tasteless. Not much in the way of kids food, no fruit or dessert options for them, no shade on the kids play area - just expensive for a really poor standard of food service.

Such a shame to be writing this review as we are huge fans of Gordon Ramsay.
To start on a positive, the restaurant is beautiful, very open and has a very traditional British feel to it. The two ladies on the front desk were also very pleasant and professional.
Unfortunately, the customer service we received from the waiters was below expectations and got the impression they had no passion for the job they were doing.
Sat down and ordered an English Breakfast, then proceeded to order tea and water, tea took 20 minutes to arrive, and when it did we received coffee without milk. Bottle of water never arrived until we chased for it.
Breakfast arrived and scrambled eggs were very runny, so sent them back to be re cooked, bacon was mainly fat and baked beans were cold. No sauces provided.
Left very underwhelmed and disappointed. A very noticeable absence of the Ramsay sparkle that we was hoping to experience.

Arrived expecting quality and service but was ignored for 25 minutes to the point i had to wave at anyone to take our drinks order. After that we were again ignored and had to seek the staff to take our food order.
Food was ok and staff apologised but its just not the standard that you expect - this must improve and I don't recommend going until the service is improved

As Gordon Ramsey’s name/ brand was affiliated with this restaurant we were expecting some level of quality or elegance. Unfortunately this restaurant didn't have either.
If you don't mind lots of noise, disruption and quick easy simple food then this cafe would be fine. However it's not a place I would recommend or visit again.

Really? I would never have guessed. What is the £60 charge for then? Because to my knowledge I have never been charged to enter a restaurant. How about you read the full information instead of being condescending.
