- technologique0 contributionsPicked up someone else instead of us and left us stranded!I paid for this service and asked them to confirm exactly what date/time/hotel they should pick us up at. They confirmed, so far no problem. When the 6:30am pickup came, they were a complete no show! No car was out front and I was furious. Our group looked at me like I was crazy when I told them I had booked everything. We had to drag 6 bags across a cobblestone street to find two taxis that would fit all of us, all while half asleep. I messaged the company as soon as we got in the taxis and they didn’t respond until right now, over 24 hours later. They said they didn’t know what I was talking about, that they gave us the ride and sent me a screenshot of their driver’s GPS history. They picked up some random people, that wasn’t us! They never verified who their passengers were and someone else got to enjoy our fully paid, carefully scheduled ride. As I am typing they just sent an email refusing my refund. Unbelievable! Do NOT do business with this company.Written January 3, 2021
