- INDIVIDUAL GUEST PICKUP :- If the booking is for one person the guest will be requested to come to a close by common pick up hotel which will be one of the centrally located hotels. If the guest request to have pick up from the hotel of their stay will be charged USD 8 per person and they can pay locally. This is only applicable for those guest staying at centrally located hotels. However, if there is more than one booking from the same hotel we will pickup up from the same hotel. The agency do not accept any claim or compensation in this regard.

- Depart your Dubai hotel by air-conditioned vehicle bound for Dubai Marina. View the marina’s skyscrapers and the towers of the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), and after admiring the villas on Palm Jumeirah island, stop for photos outside the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab. Continue to the Blue Mosque for an interior tour (subject to prayer times and religious holidays) to note its Ottoman-style design, and then marvel at the Burj Khalifa, the world’s highest tower. From here, pass other landmarks on the way to Old Dubai. See the wind towers of the old Al Bastakiya (Al Fahidi) enclave, and trace Dubai's growth at Dubai Museum before crossing Dubai Creek by traditional abra boat. Delve into Deira’s vibrant Spice and Gold souks and perhaps pause to snap up bargains (own expense) before your tour concludes at the original starting point or a central mall.

- If the number of guests are 2 or more, we do pick up from all hotels in the Emirates Dubai. Please remember Dubai is a city with many hotels are next to each other - therefore we stop at a known place and guide you to the vehicle. The locations included in our pickup area are Deira area, Bur Dubai, Downtown including Burj Khalifa areas, all around Sheikh Zayed road, Barsha, T-com, Media city, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Residents and Jumeirah Lake Towers, Outside city limit participants and individuals (one person bookings) pickup locations and their pickup points:- Ghusais, Riu deira, Nahada, Muhaishna and other emirates report at Ibis Al Rigga or Hyatt Place Al Rigga, Silicon Oasis, Discovery garden, DIP, Jebel Ali, Studio city, J.village, Arabian raches, Dubai Land international city and all outskirts locations must report at the Marina mall main entrance. IMPORTANT:- Since we are not charging supplements for booking with one person, therefore hotel pickup is not offered; whereas we suggest a close by hotel or come to common pickup point as mentioned above. Our apologies unable to bear the relocation cost or accept claims as the products sold at a very budget price.

- The pickup start at 8 AM to 08-45 AM for guest staying in JBR, Palm Island, Barsha, JLT, Down town then transfer to Deira- all the other guest will be picked up from 08.00AM to 09.15 AM depend on hotel location.

- Free pickup and drop off offered from almost 500 hotels in Dubai. Dubai Museum is closed on Friday . Inside museum visit is not possible on Friday's, however you can see the forts from outside and we will take you thee for a photostop. On friday some of the shops inside spice and gold souk will be closed.
- Hotel pickups commence between 8am - 930am approx. All days except Fridays, the 8 AM pickup start from new Dubai and transfer to old Dubai.
- No pickup is offers from Arabian ranches, Jebel Ali, Silicon Oasis, Dragon mart area, Mirdif, Al Nahda, Muhaisnah, Ghusais, Mamzar, Naif, Sabka, Al Ras these places are far from city limit.
- Tour operators buses are prohibited by law to pickup the guests from residence.

Second, refuse to help people with the pashmina because some of the customers did not buy it there? Actually for the money some of us pay definitely should be included. Everywhere else we went the guides or chauffeurs help us put it. We understand is a business but people were not asking for much. Other than that I think I would definitely take this tour with the same company again.

The trouble with these tours is you have no way of knowing in advance what quality of guide you will get on the day. The woman who led our group spoke ‘English as a second language’ and had an accent which grated - and insisted on filling every moment with a running commentary. So it was an exhausting experience which ended up as just a glorified coach ride around town.

Unbelievable tour! Our guide, Whiskey, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, respectful & fun. We covered all the highlights of Dubai in under 6 hours with an understanding of the history of the development of Dubai, the UAE & the royal family. He was quick to volunteer to snap pics. Awesome

This is the perfect city tour if you want to see a LOT of attractions but not spend more than 15 minutes at each attraction (I know I hate it when you have an hour to see something and you get through in 15 minutes...). This tour gives you a well rounded view of everything in the city so that you can pick which places you want to go back too in your spare time. Tour guide Nafeesa was very good. Knew her stuff!!! Highly recommended above the others

We had only one day to explore the city, and this tour was a perfect way to understand Dubai’s history, area, culture, people, etc. In such a short time. Our guide “Whisky” was very friendly and professional, and he made the tour very fun! Thanks to him, we felt like the 6 hour was worth 6 days!

Whiskey and Mustafa make your trip amazing !! Whiskey gives you a lot of facts about dubai(the leaders,buildings ,places , everything !!) , answers your questions and interacts a lot with his group. He’s very funny and makes a lot of jokes, which makes everything very enjoyable! Mustafa is a great driver because the ride was very calm all the time and we saw everything quite fast. The 2 make your 5h trip seem like 20mins !! Me and my daughter enjoyed it very much.

We have been on hundreds of tours, but must say that the tour with ABC was one we have truly enjoyed. This was due to the exemplary employees like Whisky our Tour Guide, Kareem our Driver, and Anna our tour coordinator who worked very hard on ensuring we got the correct tour after having made a booking error. Whiskey was very through, informative, and made the whole day fun. I felt a little ill, and Whisky saw to my immediate needs and helped me recover so I could enjoy the rest of the Tour. We will return again, and will only use ABC Tours. Their employees really care about you and make a difference.

What an absolutely fantastic trip to see all the old and new sights of Dubai. For first time visitors like ourselves, it was the perfect way on day 1 to get an idea of the city and see all the main attractions. It set us up nicely to decide the places we would like to return and visit the following day. Our tour guide Rafiq was excellent as he was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us loads of great tips for our stay. Our driver Chadu was also excellent and very friendly and they are both a credit to the company. We can highly recommend this tour and this company to any visitor to Dubai. Many thanks for a great day.

I really enjoyed the trip inside the Mosque as well as the boat trip across to old Dubai. Our guide, “Whisky” was outstanding. His knowledge and information he provided informed me of various facts about Dubai that I otherwise would never have known. He was very friendly and helpful at all times. Our driver was also always on time and where he needed to be at all times. A very worthwhile tour, and I highly recommend it, especially for 1st time visitors to Dubai.

Hotel pickup was good, but be warned they want you to be contactable on WhatsApp and they seem to have a strict time/waiting policy. Dont miss your bus!
We saw all the main sights, with a friendly guide who told us enough information to help understand what were seeing.
Some stops maybe a little hurried, but its a big city to get around.
Bus was clean and air-conditioned safe to leave bags. Free water throughout day was excellent.
Recommend take or wear clothes suitable for entering into a mosque. A lot of people either excluded or had to change (free access to public robes).
Take minimum items... Money, Camera, Hat but dont take to much as you will end up carrying.

Whiskey (tour guide) half-day tour was an experience that left me thoroughly informed.
