Therefore the Safari will be operated without these entertainments and serving of alcohol at the camp site during these days. The same is applicable during Ramadan fasting month, Ascension day Arafat (Haj) Day Al Hijri Islamic New Year Milad Un Nabi the Birthday of Prophet Mohammad. The dates are based on lunar calendar approx 02nd April to 02nd May 2022 exact dates cannot be pre-advised.

I would recommend this tour company not only for the tour, they are awesome I had tons of fun being on one of them and great pictures to prove. I would also recommend them for how they care about their customers/clients. This business actually has a soul unlike most businesses today. I am going to tell you a story of what happened to me while I was on one of their tours. It was my second to last day in Dubai and I was on one of their tours. I wore a bracelet that meant the world to me and I lost it on one of their buses. I called to ask if anyone there saw it surprisingly they said they found it. I was supposed to get it the day before I left Dubai, However, with time being an issue it didn’t materialize. I stayed in contact with someone from the company for four weeks after I left Dubai trying to get them to send the bracelet to me here in the United States. Never once did the person who I was talking to over the phone got annoyed or impatient with my situation. They went above and beyond to figure out ways of getting the bracelet to me. Finally one of my clients were on vacation in Dubai. I gave the person I was speaking to from ABC Tours his number so they can have the bracelet delivered to him. It happened today and my bracelet will be coming home with my friend in another couple days. I have experienced a lot of good things in my life But this act of kindness from ABC Tours goes above and beyond most of the good things I’ve experience in life. Thank you ABC Tours so much. I wish I had a name to put to the conversation. That’s funny I still don’t even know the persons name that did this magnificent act of kindness for me. One day I’ll put a face to the conversation and a name as well. Thanks again, thank you guys so much. When you are in Dubai choose no other tour but ABC Tours. They are the best in more ways than one.

This day was wonderful! Our guide was helpful and nice, we really enjoyed all the activities we had.
The special evening program was very interesting and spectacular, the meals provided were tasty and plenty. I wish I can go back!

THIS WAS AMAZING! It was worth every dollar, the tour guides are amazing, super funny, and extremely nice. Ansar works here and he’s just great, I told him it was my birthday and he told his coworkers to do something nice for me, which they did, it was perfect. He also took all of my pictures, he definitely knows what to do! They do such a great job here. This is definitely an experience, you won’t regret it at all!

We had an amazing time and everything was great. There were some restrictions and things we could not do because of Covid, but everyone made sure that we spent a wonderful time. Our driver was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly!! The quad bikes and sunset was amazing! Definitely worth the money for the experience.

Muneer was our tour guide for the safari and all of it! I would definitely suggest anyone to approach him for a wonderful experience. He ensured everything would be safe and just requested us to have fun. He plays great music too 😅 definitely should go for the ATV and safari!

The desert safari tour was amazing! Our tour guide Asif was so much fun! He catered to all our needs. He knew all the good photos to take that captured all our great memories. The dinner show was awesome and the variety of food was good. The sand dunes was fun and the camel ride as well. Thanks ABC tours for such an amazing experience

Overall, fun experience a bit underwhelming however. Staff was nice, although during dinner, they came by and asked for a review, which is ok, but they strongly persuaded us to connect to the wifi to write a review that very second, and even waited a little right next to us while writing said review, and even checked if it worked and we posted a review up. Thought that was weird, would have wrote one if they had just asked. Atv rides were in a group, but still fun, camel rides were as expected/good, sand boarding was definitely underwhelming, would be fun for kids however, and the live shows were good

Although I do not believe any part of this tour was worth the cost, my biggest complaint is that I notified ABC Tours that I had a neck issue. According to their write-up, they will come up with an alternative plan to sand during for expecting mothers or those with serious health problems. Despite my notifying them on at least 3 occasions, they failed to respond to any of my queries and hence no alternate plans were made. On our way to the BBQ, we stopped in the middle of the desert to let air out of our tires. Our guide confirmed that we would begin sand duning immediately. I advised him that I had neck issues, had advised his company of this, and asked that he be careful. He did not acknowledge my concerns at all. In fact, as we were making hard left and right turns going up and down the dunes, my head hit the side window. Our driver was clearly not concerned about my stated neck concerns. I spent the rest of my vacation with a stiff neck and had to visit my doctor upon returning home. There was a sign on the back of the driver's seat stating that they would give us a briefing and safety information before we started sand duning. This was not done even after I asked the driver about it.
The food was mediocre at best. Nothing was served hot. The food arrived in our tent and we were served communal style with no utensils.
The camel ride lasted less than 2 minutes as you rode in a small circle. We spent more time getting on and off the camel than on an actual "camel ride" itself.
ABC Tours states that you will be offered an "exclusive table in the front line area where the live show takes place". In fact, you are in an elevated tent BEHIND the rest of the crowd. Some staff members stood right in front us blocking our view of the performances. Furthermore, several poles were were wrapped with lights at the path between the "exclusive tables" and the general seating area. The lights were so intense that they blocked anyone in most of the tents from seeing the evening performances.
Our guide was uncommunicative during the ride to and from our hotel, grunted responses at questions asked during the ride, and unconcerned about my medical issues. Save your money and remove this activity from your itinerary.

Sincerely apologize for an unhappy Desert Program, however we have offered you what you have booked.
You booked for a Desert Safari, a Desert Safari means roller coaster ride. We have done our part - not like other companies who simply take you to the Desert Camp without offering a Safari as their one Jeep do 10 Safari in one evening for 70 people where as ABC Tours do one safari with 6 people in one jeep in the whole evening. We are among those few companies who are permitted to do safari in the best desert of Sharjah Emirate. We do not know have a practice of cheating the Tourist.
You went with other 4 Tourists, on reaching the entry point of the Desert you were informing the driver you do not want a Safari. What shall we do with other tourist who were sharing the Jeep with you??...... No Company would love to spoil their expensive Land cruisers by doing the roller coaster ride but we committed to our tourist and the roller coaster ride (safari, dune bashing ) is the highlight of Desert Safari Program.
We spend hours to find your Hotel. Please check your booking request and you have not updated the Hotel details.
We have contacted you and collected the hotel details from you. We have even asked you whether you need a private jeep with supplement charges and at that time also you have not informed us that time your health conditions.
You were upgraded in a balcony where you were sitting on a table and chair and services on table with private service staff. Again you should have been gone to those basic camps where you will stand in queue for 30 minutes. You have not encountered those basic camp facilitates. You are complaining on a great service offered to you. Half of the Dance floor was empty you could have occupied one seat or ask the Staff. You are making something from nothing or all the issue is fabricated to defame the company.
This is not camel safari to give you 1 hour came ride. Its just an experience and more over nobody was not stopping you to do more turns on camel.
You are the only person complaining about the food where we had 300 people. We can send you the customer feedback form.
Furthermore people who were sharing with your jeep placed excellent reviews, hence this is like a punishment to defame the company.
We request you to please reconsider your rating about us.

Definitely a must when visiting UAE. The service is outstanding, they went for me at my location. The driver was very professional and passionate. The tour is a marvelous experience. The sight of the desert is unimaginable, have to see it once in a lifetime.
