My friend and I were in Abu Dhabi for just one day stopover and we were looking for a trip to see the main highlights of the city, and we found it! Our guide/driver SUHAIL was very thoughtful and kind. He drove us to the Mosque which is the main attraction of the trip, then we visited the Ferrari Mall and the folk village. We saw many attraction by car which was good because the temperature outside was really unbearable and did some stops to take pictures. There was also an audioguide during the whole trip, that was informative. I would definitely recommend it if you are staying in Abu Dhabi for a short time. It wasn't terrible and it certainly wasnt great. We were picked up at our hotel about twenty minutes late in a Gray Lines minibus. Driver only; guide service was provided by headphones and a canned narrative often a bit out of sync from where we were at the time. Although it was booked as an English tour, we were the only people on the bus who spoke English. The other languages were handled as was English by the multilingual headphones. The driver spoke a very fractured English which was hard to understand and none of the other languages so I frequently had to translate the driver's comment as to where he would meet us and how long we could spend at a given site. The tour itself was comprehensive and covered a reasonable amount of sites with adequate time per site. Lunch was not included and not even water, which was a first for any tour I had been on. However the driver did stop at a supermarket in the morning so people could buy water or soft drinks. I noted that we frequently parked a substantial distance from sites involving long walks while other tour busses seemed to be able to park much closer. The extreme example came when we went to ascend the tallest skyscraper in the world Burj Khalifa. I noted that other tour guides either accompanied their groups to the top or at least arranged to meet them at the base of the elevators after the ascent. Not this group. The driver raced with other members of the group way ahead of us leaving my wife, who uses a cane and myself way behind, concerned we would lose sight of him as he navigated through a complicated and crowded Dubai Mall to reach the elevators to the top. We finally caught up, the driver gave us the tickets and we rode to the top on our own. However he said he would meet us back at the tour van, about 2 km away back thru the geographically complicated largest mall in the world. We asked security guards to direct us back to the right parking lot. The guards all expressed amazement that the guide had not stayed to escort us back as apparently everyone else did. With considerable difficulty we made it back to the van exactly at the appointed time only to find it locked and no driver in sight. Twenty minutes later he showed up with no apology anf the tour continued. At the end of the day, though we were only a few minutes from our hotel, he refused to drop us off there and said we needed to get a taxi to go back to the hotel. Indeed he stated he was being tracked by the tour company on GPS and would be penalized if he returned us to where we started. Otherwise he would take us back to the Dubai Mall, a half hour's drive away. You can probably do better than this tour to see Dubai.

There was 11 in our group and we signed up for an all day tour with an English tour guide. When we finally got on the tour bus the guide handed us an earphone and said push your language. The only interaction with the tour guide , was to tell us what we was going to do at next stop. He was not very personable at all and his assistant acted like he couldn’t talk and looked uncomfortable being on the tour. The tour was so boring we did not continue the second half of the tour. It was a waste of over $1000 . A bit of advice to this company, your guides need to give history of there city and sites otherwise this tour is not going to last and guide should at least act like he likes his job. The Hop on Hop off bus would have been a better option for the price!!

we had paid entry to the museum but we didn't enter, the organizer should have known that and organized the time of the visit during the working hours of the museum or removed it from the offer. What we saw, we were left to our own and as we managed, we had too little time in the Burj Khalifa because we spent over 1.5 hours in the queues and had 15 minutes until the agreed time back. We did not have any advantage as a group when passing the lines. it's ridiculous to pay to go to the top 15 minutes. why didn't we get an explanation from either the guide or the narrator. most of the time was spent shopping, if I wanted to shop I would go shopping and not to the agreed stores that have an agreement with someone from the agency. We have hardly seen Atlantis at all and it is a lie that it cannot be entered. we couldn't even take a good picture, and on Marina we was just put out, Marina is big and beautiful but we saw only first few meters because didn’t know there is more and we can walk and had no time …we also didn't enter the mosque, but that's why we had time to shop in a "friendly" store. It's better to go alone, you will absolutely have a better time and you won't see anything better like this, on the contrary.

Good tour plan but too many tourist traps on the itinerary (E.g. over priced art or perfume at USD 120 per bottle and USD 800 per kg tea that guide took us to at the market). Customer waning/education is key before taking us to such traps.

Tour with an outdated audio guide - the multilingual guide was more of an animator for the sales events - you stop at souvenir shops and are forced to wait there for half an hour until it continues.
Dubai times and Burj kalifa were more stressful than informative.
We had 2.5 hours from 13:00 to 15:30 alone to 124. Floor to drive, take a look at these and have lunch.
The drive to 124. Stock we had to start immediately because otherwise the tickets expire.
For the journey including waiting time you have to plan 2:00-2:30.
So we hardly had time to eat or visit them.
We stopped the tour afterwards, as we preferred to visit the times and see the fountain show than the trip with the old bus, incl. 5min photo stop at the palm tree and the 10min trip with the monorail.
We are totally disappointed and would not recommend the ride to anyone

The guide was very helpful and pleasant. The bus and price were great. We saw a lot of Dubai and its offerings.
However, the start of the trip we spent an hour and a half on the bus waiting for others to join before the tour actually started. The stop at a so called art museum was actually a stop to purchase pricey souvenirs. We would have been told it was a souvenir shop and not presented to us as a point of interest.

This tour was not as I expected - I booked it hoping to get some information and see some sights of Dubai as well as go to the Burj Khalifa. The tour took too long criss crossing the city in heavy traffic rather than a streamlined approach. I suspect this was so that we were at the Burk Khalifa at our appointed tour time. We spent 1 1/2 hours queuing for this - the tour guide said this was usual for the time they booked!!!

The guided walk of the Souk was the tour guide walking ahead to a shop where some spice information was given.

What a great intro to Dubai ! 🤍
As I hadn’t visited Dubai before, I decided to book a full day Dubai tour with Gray Line Emirates & Oman to get a good insight into the city and boy oh boy, it was everything I hoped for and more.
The tour guide Samuel Faraon was brilliant - super friendly, helpful, considerate, caring and extremely knowledgeable - educating us not only on the main attractions but about the general history and growth of Dubai.
We were taken to the Jumeirah Public Beach, Jumeirah Mosque, Dubai Museum & Al Fahidi Fort, Dubai Spice Souk, The Dubai Mall, At the Top, Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah & The Marina. All of these stops were perfectly timed, perfectly guided and perfectly executed.
It was a perfect day of exploring with the perfect tour guide.
Thank you again Samuel - we can’t imagine having anyone else to show us around the beautiful Dubai !

This 1 day tour is perfect if you want to see the most important sights in Dubai but only have a short timeframe to do so. It gives you a great overview and takes you to all the must-see places.
The travel guide Kumar is very comitted and dedicated to bis job and gives his best to guarantee a good time for everybody.
Pickup at the hotel worked out perfectly.
Just one or two things to improve to make it perfect:
1. Drop off is at Dubai Mall so you will have to get back to your hotel on your own. Not a big deal but still to consider.
2. Some stops are very short as there is much to see. In 10 Minutes for taking pictures sometimes is hard to catch the atmosphere. I would have preferred to skip the selling show at the art stop and use the time at the other stops.
Overall it is a very good experience and recommendable!

This was our first time to Dubai and wanted to get a good overview in a day plus go to the top of the Burj Khalifa without any hassles or waiting. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly and took us to all the top sights, shopping centers and old town markets. The only downside was taking us to a so called "Islamic Museum" which was more of a company that tried to sell you handwoven carpets after you brought into a room and gave you a dog and pony show. We tend not to like when tour companies and stores are hooked up for these kinds of selling under the guise of a museum. Other than that, we had a great day seeing Dubai.

National Museum was closed at the time of our visit ( by covid restrictions), but they are planning to reopen it ( check it with your guide or at the museum website) . Other museum are open with mandatory mask. Jumeraih mosque has strict opening times ( dress code should be apllied) .
