There were five men in a boat and they didn't catch a single fish or even a single fish biting the bait

Captain advised that the weather was bad and it was not possible to do fishing! However, the company did not cancel the tour and we went for fishing with my family, but could not go deeper since the waves reached 6 meters! It became risky for our life! Two people in the boat from another group (we were 2 groups 8 people in a small boat!) threw up! We were anxious about their health! The company did not apologise for their mistake!

On 24 December 2021 (6am-10am, The weather was horrible and risky for all of us, but the company did not postpone the tour. Captain told us tthat it is risky to go deep into the sea. In the boat, people became seasick and threw up. We did not catch any fish. Company did not even apologise!

This was the worst experience I have ever had! Although the weather was horrible and the captain advised that the waves were too big to go deep in the sea for fishing, the company did not postpone it or cancel the tour! It was extremely risky for all of us! Because of waves, we merely reached the Palm. We were 8 people in the boat, three of them continuously threw up, they became sick and laid down on the ground! We did not catch even one fish! I called the company and complained and requested to talk to manager! They did not even call me back! It cannot be worst than this! Please do not ever choose this company! They literally risk our life and the captains life, by not postponing it, just to gain more money!!!

The crew was great taking good care of the family with two small kids that rode along with us and taking some fantastic pictures of our group. Brilliant fun in the sun!

I did the 90 minute trip, and can say this has to be the best way (without skydiving) to see the Palm. It all starts slowly, then when leaving the harbour area the throttle is applied and the fun begins. You can feel the speed, and the bumps as well. This has to be the best way of touring the area, seeing the main hotels by going all the way around the palm, and then coming back on the inside. Would recommend to all if can handle a not so comfortable ride. The only downside was we could hardly hear the commentary, the guy mumbled his way through.

It was fun, the people in charge of the boat were cool and professional. The speed of the boat is good enough to have fun but a little bumpy, take in consideration if you suffer motion disease. It was a little tricky to found the correct place as there are not many advertisements also they don't have any facilities neither bathrooms. The tour was great and if you like speed that is a good one to go.

Excellent trip. So much fun and loved the views. My 6 year old loved it, my anxious 7 year old was apprehensive at first but soon calmed down. Staff were great and very informative

Really enjoyed this rib boat. Saw some of the sights better from the water. Crew members were pleasant and friendly.

This was a fantastic tour with very helpfull and courteous staff, they made the tour a lot of fun while being very informative about the famous landmarks at the same time. Great value trip and you really get a different perspective of Dubai. The boys are helpful, knowledgable and know how to handle a boat at speed safely. A good fun way to spend an hour and a half. Stuart Broome. UK
