Remove Orient Tour from Trip Advisor immediately. They are unbelievably unprofessional, and interacting with this tour guide is a grave mistake. Beware of their unreliability and horrendous communication skills. This company intentionally ignores messages and stoops to making inappropriate comments. It d recommended to avoid Orient Tours at all costs and look for more competent tour operators.

Skipping the queue is well worth the money. For those purchasing normal tickets, they had to queue for hours (no exaggeration) at both the bottom (to go up the tower) and again at the top (to come down once they’d finished). What was a 2 hour experience for us, could easily have extended to 4-5 hours had we not had a skip the line ticket. The ticket doesn’t fast track you to the front. You will still queue with your fellow skip the line ticket holders; there are just fewer of these ticket holders so your respective queue is shorter. Perhaps the time we went (about 6pm) but it was incredibly crowded at the top. Really took the shine off the experience; nice to tick off the bucket list, but I wouldn’t hurry to do it again.

The full experience of the Sky restaurant is one of mainly joy. There is an electric mix of visitors dining in one of the premier restaurants in Dubai and from start to finish one cannot fail the staff. The atmosphere and the views. The head chef provides some of the most delicious French based cuisine and we enjoyed the seven taster dishes with a wine pairing. However one thing that you have to be aware of is that whilst dining most people carry on looking at their phones and the boorishness of Aussies and South Africans is startling. The restaurant demands a high level of table etiquette however there are some people who seem it more important to eat with one hand and hold their phone constantly in the other.

The very best way of seeing Dubai! Ain't cheap but, if you're gonna see Dubai then you've gotta SEE Dubai!! Insane views of downtown, the marina, the Jameira Palm and the only 7⭐️ hotel in the world My only complaint would be the in-house photographers who try to bully you into posing for their camera, instead of being to take a few quick snaps of your own, then asking you to pay stupid money to buy the photos. Ignore them and very quickly take your own pics 📷🚁👍

Went on the desert tour with our driver Nasir. What an amazing time out. Nasir also suggested the Quad bikes which was great fun. After that he took us on the dunes. Unbelievable. And to top of the evening we had a great time at dinner with live shows that had us in awe. Really recommend this to anyone coming to Dubai. Nasir was a great person, much more than our driver. His driving was great, we never felt unsafe on the road or on the dunes. He had a personal touch and even made sure that we were always fine and comfortable. If we needed anything he was always around. He made the trip a lot more fun especially with all his travel guide information along the way so we didn’t feel the drive to and from the desert

As a solo and first-time traveler to Dubai, I was extremely pleased with the professional and stellar services I received from Orient Tours, in collaboration with my local tour company from Tanzania, Alfazulu. The team helped me select and narrow down activities and accommodations within my interests and budget before I left my original destination. The process was very straightforward and prompt, given that I had informed them of my arrival only 2 days prior. I had a detailed itinerary and all my activity vouchers sent to me in advance. Upon my arrival in Dubai, I was greeted with flowers and cake! What a treat! Throughout my stay, the team was constantly in touch with me directing me on my pick-up and drop-off arrangements and ensuring I was safe and sound. They went the extra mile to even track my traffic movements with my drivers and requested extra waiting times for activities I was slightly delayed for. Furthermore, the team was exceedingly quick and gracious in resolving any misunderstandings. I was heard and understood without any pushback from the team. I was even lucky enough to receive a generous complimentary offer to watch the La Perle show. I fell sick on my last day and the driver assigned to drop me off at the airport was so kind. He offered me first aid medication which enabled me to have the strength to walk through the airport and board my flight on time. I 100% recommend Orient Tours for any form of travel arrangement, solo or family. They go above and beyond for their customers and the experience is worth EVERY PENNY. A very special thanks goes to Ali Mansoor who was on top of my stay, even guiding me through malls. Ali, you are a superstar! Thanks to Hemalina for your coordination of events. Many thanks to all the amazing drivers and tour guides who shuttled me around, they were all soooo courteous and caring. Last, but not least, to the superwoman who guided my decisions and every move, Vaheeda, you are simply the best. We made a mistake by choosing the wrong date of visit but the hosts helped us by correcting the date.Everythyng was perfect, great experience. A little bit overcrowded and some of the hosts were sitting all the time like they were in a rehab institution but overall was perfect. Thank you

Unfortunately we couldn’t do the activity! Our flight was delayed due to weather conditions and the Team could not feel our pain. At some pin they even stopped responding to our messages :( we had to pay it again :(

Hello all who are traveling to Dubai nd planning to do booking thru Orient travels . Do consider this - Mr.ali nd miss.Hema are the unprofessional person in the whole team . They don't know to do itinerary thy dnt know to arrange things perfectly. Thy have no idea what thy are talking abt & abt cars nd drivers I give 9/10 for service nd cleanness thy are good , even drivers are not clear whts tr day job is .. thy just be on time .. u have to tell dem wht to do . Thy create such itinerary tht it vl ruen your day .. ( vl share TWO experience happened with us ) 1.V had a sky view observation deck visit ,driver have no idea which one is it he dropped us some wher eles left to do his personal work , I kept calling him no ans , kept calling mr.ali he have no idea whts going on nd he stopped receiving nd NXT turn was miss.hema she told vl call driver look it the matter nd call bck nd 2 min no response after tht . ( Nd after many talks v recived the same activity on last day from team TKS for tht ) 2.V had 2 activities to do in one day in Abu Dhabi 1.WB nd 2.sea world. Nd pick up was done at 11am from Dubai nd reach abudhabi by 1:30 . Nd no mention in itinerary or from from any one abt sea World use to close by 5:30 in the evening . V choose to run in WB by 2pm nd run out by 5pm nd v have hardly 6 hours to do both activities,but by the time sea World was closed ) Even driver or mr.ali have no idea how to co-ordinate. It's an simple math's pickup by 8:30 drop to WB by 10:30 tell clients or driver clearly which closes 1st which one to attend 1st , as both the attraction opens by 10 ( simple job thy cnt handle, Nd Mr. Ali always consider him self as ego guy ) hope it reaches the owner of Orient nd kick out both unprofessional person it vl ruen u r business

It was a fun and beautiful experience with the agencies.The service and experience was fabulous. It is a unforgettable experience in the trip of the dubai. The Driver was humble and was fun experience with the driver. I must recommend the agency and the driver for the desert safari. The epic journey and the driver made the fun all along. Nasir was the driver for our trip and was humble nature. Must recommend the Orient tour and especially the driver, Nasir.

Faisal was very nice and very knowledgeable. It is a great tour if you want to have a quick overview of the Dubai. Burj Khalifa is a must.

this was as good as I had hoped of expected. as others have commented, it is painful finding the will call counter. you ultimately have to go to LG level in Dubai mall to the On The Top check in. you shouldn't need to wait in line but it's confusing as no one there knows. but go around the corner and tell the people at the counter you have a vip ticket. note after that. you will still have to be in a line as a lot of people do the vip or sky lounge option. once on the 154th floor, you have a bit of breathing room with ability to move around, look out of enjoy the eats. on your way down, they basically make you walk to each of the viewing floor; partly to control traffic and partly to continue to market and sale their products. and lastly, the beauty of the vip pass is that you can skip the long queue going down at 123rd floor. A quick shoutout to Tanvir who was amazing at the lounge. all of the staff is extremely helpful but Tanvir was extraordinary. He found us the best table and took some amazing pictures and videos of us even though we only asked him for one picture.

The view from the top looks amazing, better to go 5:00pm instead of 6:00pm 6:30 gets dark you can’t see clearly!
