As you breeze past the queues you really start to appreciate the fast track tickets. The separate reception area and refreshments made it feel a bit more special and included and a lot of information on the tower by the host. Views from the top were amazing. It would have made it more interesting if at the view points it could give you more information about what you could see in the distance. Awesome, fully recommend visiting!! Went to the burj kalifa around 11am and didn’t leave the whole area until 10pm. So much to do in the mall and the fountain shows in the evening are a great way to spend the day

The view from the 125th floor observation deck is impressive. There is an informational display on the the design and construction of the Burj Khalifa in the walkway to the high-speed elevators. Our guide, Mr Muhammad Jameel, was also excellent. I highly recommend this.

We had a slot at 7PM. We got the tickets early in the afternoon and as told reached at the entry point at 6.30. After one hour of standing in the queue, we were shoved into another alley with no air conditioning, where we were treated like cattle and about a hundred people were thrown together pressed against each other. There were people cutting in the line and there was no one to complain to because what started as a single line was now a hoard of people just pushed against each other. We reached the lift at 8.30 where again we were literally shoved inside. Quite disgusting and so not worth it. Fasttrack/sky might be better.

This was an amazing view of the city. The tour requires a lot of walking (so he prepared) It’s a pretty long tour but the scenery was beautiful

Had a slot for 4.30pm so we could watch the sunset. Took about 40 minutes to queue. Got to watch an amazing sunset and views and then stayed for the first show of the fountains. Lots of queueing but what do you expect with so many people in Dubai. Well worth it!

Myself and my husband had the most fantastic visit to this attraction. The light show was an emotional experience and the views from both the 124th and 125th floor is one we will never forget. It was worth the experience and I recommend doing this activity if you are in Dubai
Quick entry process into the elevators and up to the observatory, starting the elevator experience right away
As long as it is a pre-purchased ticket, there are no delays and if you choose an off pick period
The only observation is that they should have electronic tickets and thus avoid customers having to go to the counter to change the ticket

Upon arrival at the Dubai Mall the at the top counter was very easy to locate. The line moved very fast even though we were about 15 minutes late. The views from the observation deck were breathtaking. This is a must do activity when visiting Dubai.
