The Day Tour on the 26/12/19 on our print out it stated a "09:00 pick up the guest and proceed to Abu Dhabi" yet the bus arrived at 10:15.
The tour Guide Akram explained that's because guests from other hotels were late, hence the delay.
After picking arriving to pick us up the bus had yet another 2 hotel stops before it finally headed towards Sheik Zayed Mosque.
When the bus arrived destination Akram stood next to driver with no speaker and advised guests how to get the entry/admission and what time everyone needed to be back before the bus left towards the second destination.
I and my friend quite clearly heard we had to be back by 14:00 from the Mosque and were back in the parking lot a good bit before 14:00. However on arrival we could not locate the tour bus and after wandering up and down the parking lot for more than 15 minutes, we came to the conclusion that the bus had left without us.
With no way to contact either the tour company or the tour guide we were literally stranded in the middle of the parking lot with no mode of transportation.
With assistance from a different company bus driver & tour agency we could not get contact with anyone from Rayna.
We ended up having to contact our own tour agency lady whom originally assisted us with the trip itinerary and she dialed various numbers and was eventually able to get through to someone from Rayna who advised her that we had to pay for our own taxi to go to the next spot Heritage Village and rejoin the group there.
So we paid for the taxi trip to rejoin the group and was met with indifference by the tour guide as he walked us into the restaurant the group was currently eating lunch at.
When asked about the tour bus leaving us behind the tour guide promptly said the meetup time was to be 13:35 and not 14:00.
When asked about the fact they had left 2 guests behind he unapologetically repeated that the meetup time was to be 13:35 and they had waited for 35mins and the bus did not leave until 14:05.
He stated he had called his front office and they apparently gave him the okay to leave without us.
Obviously this entire ordeal left myself and my friend quite exhausted as we were looking forward to the tour to end our time in Dubai.
Is this common practice amongst your staff to leave guests behind and not even offer an apology?

We had taken a Abu Dhabi tour in December with Rayna Tours. Though the tour itinerary was well planned and well priced, we found them very discriminating towards Indian tourists!
Me & my 13 yr old kid lost our way back from the Sheik Zayed Mosque and hence were delayed by about 10 mins. The tour guide Adnan made some sarchastic comments - We apologized profusely and explained him the reason for the delay. He started shouting at us saying if we wanted to take our own time, we should have taken a private tour.
When in a foreign land, such things can happen. What more can you do when get late, besides asking sorry ? are we supposed to be hanged for it ?? Then after we got into the bus, he again called out our names and said we were the cause for the 10 mins delay. Then he again made some jokes, totally embarrassing us. Will he dare do this with a European tourist ?? This Adnan being an Indian has very low regard for fellow Indians and takes them for granted.
In fact they wasted a whole half hour stopping us in some stupid carpet museum on the way to palace to persuade us to buy carpets (appears there was a cut with each sale), which was totally uncalled for. But when some 10 extra minutes taken in museum this guide Adnan made a huge fuss out of it. Better to stay away from such travels, when there are professionally better managed tours
Though our overall visit to Dubai was pleasant & memorable, this one was a bitter memory that keeps reminding us to stay away from Rayna Travels and this Joker Adnan (ph: +971 55 554 4121)

We were picked up at 9 am at our hotel in Dubai. The bus ride from Dubai to Abu Dhabi was fine and the information that the guide MJ gave were very intresting....we could see from the bus all the beautiful buildings of Abu Dhabi but we could only get off the bus at 2 shops (one of dadles and one of carpets) which were not intresting at all. Lunch was also far from the centre. After the lunch, we toured by bus the sorroundings of the centre of Abu Dhabi and here, I would have preferred to walk around a bit, to feel the city. We went right away to the beautiful moskque which we visited and enjoyed very much. All in all, it was ok for 60 USD but I would have preferred to spend more time in the centre of Abu Dabhi instead of in the shops.

As a resident guest, October 30 to November 03, 2023 at Holiday Inn at Al Barsha, Dubai, my wife and I approached Rayna Tour representative, Ms. Shama at this Hotel for our
local sight seeing including a day trip to Abu Dhabi.
Ms. Shama proved to be exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in recognizing our needs and helped us make

Dubai and Abu Dhabi isn’t that close. So, this is a good time for individuals that can only spare one day to visit Abu Dhabi and a fan of Ferrari cars as it included pick-up and drop- off service at the hotel from Dubai.
We had a very friendly tour guide (Anees) and Onkar (Driver) taking care of us throughout the whole time, making sure we were able to visit all places as mentioned in our be tour description within the given time. Much thx to Anees & Onkar for your service.
We first states with visiting the mosque, in which, Anees shared info of Abu Dhabi during the car ride. We then had a few hours to spend at Ferrari world after. Although we were there on a weekday, we just managed to finish a few of the most popular rides within the given time as there are so many rides/activities to choose there.
So, for people planning to visit Ferrari world on the weekend, perhaps should consider paying for a fast pass.

The coordination of activities during the tour was impeccable. Zahid, our guide, and Tabrez, the driver, ensured a seamlessly smooth journey. Thanks for the tourist guide Awais to put the group disciplined on time. The weather is still hot in October, will recommend a later time given multiple outdoor activities. Lunch is late, have a big breakfast is necessary

It was an amazing day full of information about Dubai and Abu dhabi 's richness and culture. Mr khamran is a well versed and knowledgeable tour guide .Mr.sultan .thank you for the safe drive to and from dubai.
I will recommend Rayna tours to our colleagues in Riyadh.
But allow me to suggest... for your future abu dhabi city tour to have the lunch on time max at 1pm because the guests were picked up at 9 to 930am and eating inside the bus as mentioned was prohibited.. .stop over at the cornich will be great too. Give some complimentary snacks if the lunch time will be later than 2pm. Whatsapp GC is highly recommended....so no one will be left behind .
But all in all I can still give the tour team a thumbs-up
I will recommend Rayna tours to our colleagues in Riyadh.

Give some complimentary snacks if the lunch time will be later than 2pm. Whatsapp GC is highly recommended....so no one will be left behind .
But all in all I can still give the tour team a thumbs-up
