Moe Moe took great care in planning our itinerary and took into consideration the needs and interests of our travel party. Throughout the whole planning process, Moe Moe was very prompt in her communication and we were able to finalise the itinerary details very quickly. In this trip, we went to Mandalay, Bagan and Inle Lake and engaged Real Treasure Travels & Tours for Bagan and Inle Lake. We did not required a guide in Mandalay as we had a friend to bring us around. From Mandalay, we took a domestic flight to Bagan and started our tour with Moe Moe's team. Even though our tour only started in Bagan, She was very thoughtful and communicated to us the important things to note when leaving Mandalay, e.g. how early to leave our hotel in Mandalay so as to reach the airport by a certain timing. This was certainly helpful as we are not familiar with the road conditions and the travel time required. Thanks to her, we managed to catch our flight at a very comfortable pace! Moe Moe arranged one local guide in Bagan and one local guide in Inle Lake to bring us around Bagan and Inle Lake respectively. Both spoke good english and are extremely knowledgeable about the area and places of interest. We are very interested to know more about the daily lives of the locals and Moe Moe has very cleverly incorporated many workshops into our itinerary so that we can see and experience how their local products/ snacks are made. It was a very eye opening experience! We enjoyed those workshops, especially the cooking class at Inle Lake! Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable trip in Myanmar. I would definitely recommend all to consider Real Treasure Travel & Tours as your travel agent when travelling in Myanmar. Moe Moe and her team are very nice and considerate people and has your best interests at heart when planning your itinerary. This is my second trip to Myanmar and once again I contacted Moe Moe from Real Treasure Travels & Tours to plan out the itinerary for me. As I travelled with a different group this time, of which they were first timers to Myanmar, I once again visited Bagan and Inle Lake. Knowing this fact, Moe Moe was very careful in her planning to ensure that I visited new sights and experienced different activities for my 2nd visit back to Myanmar. Just like in 2015 (refer to my previous review on TripAdvisor), Moe Moe took great care in crafting out our tour itinerary to suit the group’s needs. She is always very responsive in replying our emails, and was very detailed in her planning. During the planning phase, we were able to agree on the travel details within 2 weeks. Visiting Myanmar for a 2nd time in 5 years certainly brought back some nice memories, but it was equally refreshing for me as we visited new sights that I did not go previously. Moreover, our group took part in numerous workshops, always excited to learn more about the daily lives of locals. The most memoriable workshop we had was the cooking class at Inle Lake, where our group prepared a few local dishes for our own lunch! Despite our relatively short trip, everyone in the group enjoyed the tour! And we would like to thank Moe Moe for her great planning and her team of talented guides to explain and share their beautiful country with us. I highly recommend anyone who is visiting Myanmar to consider Real Treasure Travels as your travel agent. We carried out an academic field research for 10 days in Yangon, Pyay, Bagan, and Mandalay with a locla English guide and a driver. English speeking guide treated very well to our urgent request on a trip with good communication to the agency office of Yangon. We concentrated into our business without any worry. An excellent tour company run by a sincere husband and wife team with over a decade of experience in the business. Very accommodating and responsive to inquiry and needs of the customer. We traveled in a group of four (two couples) and had a blast. The price is almost the same as with a big group. We had also decided to pay our meals because we did not want to eat 3 full meals daily and feeling tired. Will do it again.

Yangon is the most famous and largest city of Myanmar (Burma). Best place to see the colonial building and history.

I checked out 7 tour companies before booking a family trip through Myanmar and Real Treasure stood out. I'm so glad we picked them as they had amazingly good customer service (always answered emails the same day and with helpful details). They went above and beyond to customize the tours we wanted. Also, they were the only one that was able to arrange Community Based Tourism, which is what I really wanted. Most of the others just told me I could buy souvenirs from tribal people (which is not the same). The Director even came to pick us up from the airport and they called me on Christmas Day (during our tour) to wish us a Merry Christmas! I wanted to do something a little "off the tourist trail" and they recommended Loikaw, which was my favorite part of the trip. Hotels were really nice, guides were knowledgeable and great, and they got us a hot air balloon ride when most were sold out. Definitely can't recommend them enough for your next Myanmar trip!

We took two one day tours, one around Yangon and one to Bago. They were both excellent. Our guide Phyu Phyu was superb, brilliant English, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. All stages from the initial enquiry through to final drop off were handled perfectly. We even received a courtesy call from the managing director just to check we were happy, we were. I recommend these tours and would give six stars if we could.

In November 2016, The Real Treasure organised a hassle free and a pleasurable Myanmar tour for us, a group of four (two couples). Myanmar was in my bucket list since the country was open for tourism. I was looking for a local tour company in Myanmar to organise our tour. I had shortlisted few companies from the travel forum reviews like Trip Advisor. But the Real treasure won my business because of their transparent and honest dealings and prompt responses. Their price offer was also very competitive. We toured Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay and Inlay Lake. Ms Moe Moe Yee, the managing director of the Real Treasure had taken personal care of our tour and had made phone call to our guides at each station to check that everything was going as planned. The tour guides were excellent; they were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. We were welcomed at Yangon airport by the Real Treasure team including Managing Director Ms Moe Moe Yee and Director Mr Moe Thet Khaing. At the end of our tour Mr Moe Thet Khaing, who was my main contact, came to our hotel to meet and to farewell us at the Yangon airport. We really appreciate their hospitality. The Real Treasure is still a small growing company. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants to organise their tour in Myanmar.

Moe Moe Yee and the team at Real Treasure Travels made our trip to Myanmar possible. This review is a bit late as time got away from me, but as we are reminiscing over our Christmas vacation last year, I realized I hadn't yet wrote a review. If you are considering a trip to Myanmar, do it!! And be sure to use this agency alone. I was nervous at first considering the use of Western Union to wire half the funds... extremely hesitant. But everything went off without a hitch. We were greeted at Yangon, ushered through a city tour with a lovely guide and driver, check into our hotel and started our travels through Bagan and on to Thandwe (Ngapali Beach). We even had a last minute change where we wanted to stay another night in Ngapali and forgo our last night in Yangon and that was arranged perfectly by the staff, even with the complicated logistics. It was a once in a lifetime experience and something we could not have done on our own, even though I typically do all of the travel ourselves. I have extremely high expectations for things like this. Moe Moe responded to every email in a timely manner, she would clearly bullet point her responses, capturing every question and answer in an organized way (something I appreciate). I couldn't recommend them more highly. The guides were friendly and flexible. The only thing I would ask them to improve is better guidance on the tipping policy. I followed the guidance in the travel packet, however, when leaving a tip for the guide in Bagan, I felt like it maybe wasn't enough?

I cannot recommend this agency enough. Moe and his team delivered in every way. Our guides were knowledgeable and SUPER friendly. Drivers prompt, safe and with a clean car and cold water. Our experience without them would have not measured up. Moe called our guides at every location to check on us. he even showed up at the airport to greet us. Moving forward I will always try to book with local businesses within the country I am touring. I went on a 1-day tour of Yangon with Phyu Phyu the guide and Win the driver. It was great! We saw all the major sites in Yangon and had a wonderful lunch at a Burmese tea house. Phyu Phyu has an incredible knowledge of Burmese history and culture. I recommend this company for anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant tour, especially solo travelers.
