The tour was fantastic! Our tour guide Alaa was amazing! He showed us all the really cool spots and explained in detail all the sites. He was very friendly and patient with us as some of us had mobility problems. He even dropped us back in the hotel.

Alaa picked us up at the hotel and was kind enough to bring an umbrella as it was slightly raining. He was able to tell us about Tunisia, the landscape we were driving through and the history back to Roman times. Alaa helped us with entry to El Jem amphitheater and the archeological museum and talked to us about each of the rooms and levels, including the slave rooms under the colleseum. He helped take some incredible photos with us and gave us some time to explore on our own. The detail and quality of the mosaics at the archaeological museum was an unexpected surprise. Alaa was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made an unforgettable trip even better.

Our guide, Ala arrived on time and waited whilst we changed some money at reception. He gave us a friendly greeting and went through the itinerary for the excursion. On our way to El Jem, Ala gave us information of the areas we drove through and answered all our questions. At El Jem, Ala spoke of the history of the arena and took us underground. He then left us to walk freely but was on hand if needed. We then headed to the mosaic museum and again Ala was great with his knowledge of the mosaics and sculptures. We had plenty of time to wander around the museum. Then when we were ready Ala took us back to the hotel. Really enjoyed our trip.

The guide was nice and honest which is a big thing over here he gave us good advice and was knowledgeable about the place wer to go and not to go how much to pay for stuff etc

Our tour guide Ala from Othentic Travel Tunisia took us to the Colosseum & Museum, and wow they were both amazing! He was a very safe driver & spoke brilliant English. Our El Djem visit was amazing. Beautiful monument and day out. Loved seeing the museum as well. However, we did get charged extortionate rates for the travel to and from the hotel. We later found out it would have been a fraction of the price if we had booked a taxi

This is a ‘must do’ for an authentic Tunisian culinary and cultural experience. Thoroughly enjoyed shopping for fresh local ingredients with host, Sawsen, and cooking the three delicious Tunisian dishes with the expertise of chef, Mami. With Amal, tour guide, they shared their vast knowledge of the ingredients and spices used, the local traditions with food, and gave insider tips for cooking the food to achieve the best results. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations, was fun, and I highly recommend it. Can’t wait to try these dishes at home. I have had cooking experiences in other countries and this one has been the best by far.

A great horseback adventure through Tunisia's stunning landscapes! Our guide was knowledgeable and attentive, while the horses were well-trained and well cared for. We had the privilege of witnessing local farmers harvesting olives and exploring scenic trails which offered the perfect blend of excitement and tranquillity.
