Had the best time seeing the bear sanctuary, bran castle and rasnov fortress. Alin was a great guide, he was able to explain everything regarding the destinations but we also had a great talk about all kinds of stuff.

The tour was amazing! It was great to see the bears and learn more about how they are being helped now. It was also really interesting hearing about the castle and Fortress. I would really recommend this

A great day visiting the Bear sanctary and Bran Castle. We also had lunch near Bran which was great. As Rasov castle was partially closed, we went to have a look at the huge ski resort nearby and then stopped to look over the old town of Brasov from a wonderful viewing point. A great day all round.

We really enjoyed the visit to the hideout and spot some brown bears in the wild! Alin was a great guide who was very knowledgeable about the bears and also gave us lots of interesting info about România and Braşov in general :) Would highly recommend

The tour was very well organised and informative. The guide Alin really knows a lot about Romania and the history, which was very interesting. Sadly the castle of Rasnov was closed due to renovations. But I would absolutely recommend this tour.

We were collected from our hotel by Alin, who texted us the time of arrival and the vehicle registration no. On the journey Alin spoke about the bears and local wildlife , he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about bear behaviour and ensuring best conservation practice. Alin took us to a traditional restaurant on the outward journey where we sampled a traditional Hungarian goulash which was delicious, probably the most authentic thing we ate during our trip to Romania. Then after a further short journey we arrived at the bear hide . I was prepared to not see any bears but after about 20 minutes they arrived , we were so close we could hear them chewing ! It was a privilege to see wild bears in their natural habitat, thank you Alin.

We absolutely loved our day trip! Alin was so lovely and attentive. He knew everything and was super interesting. The bear sanctuary was our favourite. Their enclosure is ebourmas and they truly are free and happy, all rescued from captivity and cruelty. We would recommend Alin to absolutely everybody!! Xx

Great views, and had time for a hike at the top to go even higher above the road. Alin was a great host. Worth doing the cable car down as well

Alin was a great tour guide and I felt very comfortable as a solo female traveller, which is very important! He answered all our questions and was happy to have some debates about various topics which I appreciated! All in all it was a wonderful day and I'm so glad that I booked this tour! My absolute highlight was the bear sanctuary, do not miss a visit to this place if you are in Brasov!

Booked the trip last minute but I am so happy we did! We had an amazing experience on the Transfagarasan tour and pictures/videos don’t do it justice, you must experience it in person! The services were as advertised; I received confirmation immediately and was contacted by our guide to confirm pickup location and time. Our guide, Alin, ensured for a great day; he is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. Wish I met him earlier to plan for other experiences but look forward to future trips. The best compagny for bear watching tour. Alin is definitely the BEST guide you can find in Romania. He has his own hide, so you will not share with another group! Absolutly recommanded!
