Absolutely breathtaking adventure! Andrei was a very good guide and told is a lot about the country and culture during the drive to the tour. He took pictures from us and gave good advices! I highly recommend this adventure! It‘s totally worth it!

Amazing day trip with a brilliant and informative guide. The equipment was of the highest quality. It was a very memorable trip and great fun on the e bikes. A great, fun and safe way of seeing the incredible Transfagarasan.

I was extremely excited for this tour. It is truly too bad it turned out this way. We booked this trip a little bit over a week in advance, and double checked the details a few days before to ensure we have everything set up for a successful trip. We located our tickets in our email, confirmed the date of our trip, the time of pick up, and even double checked to make sure that the pickup address we had provided was accurate. On the day of the trip, we stood outside of our pick up location 10 minutes in advance of the time identified on our tickets, 8am. At 8:01 we decided to double check to ensure that we did in fact put in the correct address one more time, as our previous experience with trips like this, the driver comes on time or a little early. After confirming that everything was correct, we called Andrei to make sure we are good to go. On the phone, Andrei claimed that we never confirmed our address officially and that he has already left the city. Only a few minutes past the pick up time and he was already out of the city? Questionable. He also told us that we cannot receive a refund. We were shocked. No alternative was offered to us, other than a non-heartfelt apology and a 'there is nothing I can do'. We felt scammed. The trip that I have been really looking forward to has been ripped out of my hands in seconds. For no reason other than negligence on Andrei's behalf. If you choose to purchase this trip, I urge you to confirm with Andrei multiple times before the departure date, as he is not organized nor will he make attempts to ensure your money and booking will happen in the way that your ticket claims. Terribly disappointed.

We had a great e-biking trip with Andrei. He is super friendly, knowledgable and has great bikes. The views were incredible and this was a fantastic introduction to mountain biking in Brasov. I totally recommend Andrei and his bikes.

Absolutely worth it! This was my favorite day in Romania and I totally recommend it. I admit I am a regular biker, but I think almost everyone can do it regardless of age and complexion, since the e-Bikes make it extremely light and easy. The lake is beautiful and the view of the road from up above is stunning! Be ware: the traffic jam is dreadful, so the more reasons to go by bike! I was so happy to be able to go in and out of the lake without any concern about it (I calculate about 2 hour wait if you go by car). The bikes are in perfect condition, so you don't need to fear the downhill, although for the adrenaline seekers like me it's exciting if you don't rely too much on the breaks ;-) I did the tour in 2019 and don't remember the guy's name, but he was so sweet and fun! He speaks very good english and even a little spanish. I just regret not writing this before since I lost my account for a while, but I'd recommend this 100 times.

We went from bucharest firstly when I saw the pictures I like it. But we went january a snowly day. I can advice spring season is better. Enjoy

I wanted to go to Piatra Craiului but it had been raining so the trail to the chalet was very muddy and slippery. Andrei suggested the 7 Ladder Canyon instead so I don’t end up canceling my tour and not hike at all during this trip. I had such a great time! The trails were muddy and a little sketchy in some areas (be sure to bring hiking shoes and not just regular sneakers like I did) but Andrei made me feel safe and was always there to lend a hand if I need it. He also took my photos whenever I asked him to which was nice of him. I’ll be sure to contact him when I come back to Brasov for sure!

This is by far one of the best physical activities I have ever done in my life. The sights are beautiful and the experience is unforgettable. Our tour guide, Andrei, is a nice guy with interesting stories to tell and he knows the area very well, so don't be afraid to ask him questions! Regarding the e-bikes, they are each worth 6000 euros. That completely blows my mind! They are very nice and the electrical motor really works hard! I took a 2 day trip and I was barely sweating. Even if you're not the type of person that does physical activity, with an E-Bike of high caliber, it's like as if you're walking. Honestly, the hardest part of the whole trip was coming down of the mountains/highway because you need to pay a lot more attention. It's not physically demanding at all, it's just a bit stressful, but in a good way. I would definitely take this tour again, without a doubt!

This is a great trip to do. Andrei is friendly and knowledgeable - great English and very happy to speak Romanian to learners - and knows his stuff; he is very attentive to your comfort. The visit by e-bike is vastly preferable to doing it by car and very accessible to anyone with medium to good fitness level. You really choose how hard you want it to be - from a dawdle to a workout. Extraordinarily beautiful site. Get there early as it gets busy at the W/E... Andrei also does a shorter trip to the Seven Staircases Canyon which is actually a little more demanding physically. NOT for children.

I really enjoyed this activity. The views are amazing. The Transfagaran road and Balea lake are very beautiful and a must see in your visit in Romania. The ebike is new and it helps a lot in your ride through the Transfagaran Road. If you want to turn the system off is possible too. The organiser of this tour is very polite and helpful, he will adapt the activity to your fitness conditions. He organises hiking tours too so I joined him the following day to his hiking tour in Piatra Mare Peak and it was amazing too. I definitely recommend e bike ride tours. Very reliable, polite, kind and helpful!! Do not hesitate to book this tour, you won’t regret it and you will have an amazing experience!
