ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER
The experience I had with the guide Adrian was just amazing. His positive attitude, his encyclopedic knowledge about bulgarian literature, art and history, but also his open mentality to discuss about EVERYTHING just created the perfect mood to live a fantastic day together. Despite the bad weather condition due to the heavy snow and the strong wind we managed to reach the Buzludzha monument thanks to his determination (something that I think strengthened the bond between us). After that we made an interesting stop in Dimitrovgrad to have lunch and, finally, we visited the unmissible aviation museum in Plovdiv. Our conversation has never lost the flow during the whole day, letting us having fun and enjoying the experience at its 100%. I totally recommend this tour and I especially wish to all the travellers to have a guide like Adrian, who I will always be grateful to for what he did!

          Fantastic Tours Reasonable Price
We used this company for a 3-day fast-paced private tour of Plovdiv, Valley of the Thracian Kings, Veliko Tarnova, Sofia and the Rila Monastery. Organizing the trip with Adrian was a breeze. He was very responsive and open to building different itineraries. The price for our completely private 3-day tour was very reasonable. Lora was our guide for Plovdiv, Valley of the Thracian Kings and Veliko Tarnova. She was energetic, knowledgeable, kind and responsive to our needs. Our guide for Sofia and the Rila Monastery was Daniel. Daniel was nice, a wealth of knowledge and an excellent conversationalist. We had some great discussions about Bulgaria’s history, economic systems and politics. I would highly recommend this company for reasonably priced, private tour of Bulgaria.

          Amazing time in Bulgaria
I did the trip with Bultrip to yogurt festival. And my guide, Ivaylo, knows so much about the area and he's very passionate with mountains, people and history. I had so much fun in the festival and locals are extremely nice. After that I went to communist tour and Skopje tour. Everything is so smooth and well organised. Would recoomend traveling in Bulgaria with the team.

          Flavor of Bulgaria
An excellent day tour! The day was and well-managed. Ivo, our guide - was excellent - knowledgeable and fun. The Starosel tomb was fascinating and Kovprivshita is like walking back in time. There we learned about brave people who fought for Bulgaria in 1876 through visiting their houses/museums. Lunch at the charming Bulgarian restaurant was a highlight.

          A fascinating journey through history
The Valley of The Thracian Kings trip was brilliant! This was my second tour with Bultrips. Our guide, Ivo, was excellent - passionate about history, fun and very helpful. We visited 5 Thracian tombs - all different in lovely country-side. In Stara Zagora, we walked around central sights and visited 3 museums. The Roman mosaics were especially wonderful. It is great that all museum & tomb entrances are included in the tour cost. Ivo is a safe & skilled driver - the day was to time and well-managed.

          Fantastic tour in the mountains!
What an awesome day we had in the Rhodope Mountains! Our guide Ivo was friendly, helpful and so very knowledgeable about the mountains and the history of Bulgaria and the whole Balkans region. The Wonderful Bridges are so much more impressive in real life than in photos, and we thoroughly enjoyed wandering alongside the river, walking the streets of Kosovo and into some of the buildings at the monastery, all the while with Ivo making the history come alive! As for lunch, we had the best bob (bean stew) and makitsa!!

          Beware
Our trip was cancelled so we didn't have an experience. We were not told of the cancellation. If you use this company check midnight to see if the trip is happening. We were waiting to be picked up and was only told when we rang to find out where the driver was. No apology

          Wonderful day trip from Plovdiv!
This was a great day trip from Plovdiv. About an hour and half drive out to the mountains, the drive was beautiful. The bridges were bigger than I expected and Ivo, my guide had a ton of knowledge about all the landscape, the history of the town of Kosovo, and the monastery. We had a GREAT lunch that day too and wonderful conversation along the way. There is light hiking involved which was fun and he took a bunch of good photos on my phone for me out there. I want to thank him and Bultrips for not canceling that day even though I was the only one that signed up for that day. It was EXCELLENT and I recommend it to anyone visiting Plovdiv area.

          Memorable day trip in Bulgaria
Had an amazing day out with Adrian yesterday . Visit to Buzludzha Monument (need to see it to believe it). A stop for a walk around the charming town of Dimitrograd with its many parks and soviet Baroque architecture, a spot of delicious lunch at a pavement cafe (vegi for me) . Next off to the fascinating Plovdiv Museum Of Aviation with its collection of mainly military aircraft. The trip was around 10 hours , mountains , pretty villages , fields of vines , fields of rose, storks nesting on telegraph poles, horses and carts and bit of Lada spotting. A perfect day out. My guide Ardian was lots of fun, highly informed and great to chat with a guy you would really want to hang out with .Thanks !!

Fab day out and history lessons
Fantastic trip with Evo. His knowledge of history is excellent and this made the trip. The bridges were very pretty, but it was just so nice to be in the beautiful Bulgarian nature. Kosovo was an interesting little town, but the trip was really a lesson on Bulgaria and it's history. I learnt so much and Evo was great to hang out with and be inquisitive. Excellent- thank you!

Amazing tour with stunning views and an excellent guide
Amazing tour. The views were spectacular, the drive through the gorges was beautiful and the cave interesting. The guide was very knowledgeable, accommodating (allowing us to stop several times for photos) and had some great local food suggestions. Highly recommend!!

Great experience with a very knowledgeable guide
I had the pleasure of doing this tour with Adrian. To say that he knows what he's talking about would be an understatement. He is a walking history book, not afraid of voicing his opinions, but always in a respectful manner. Great guy. Seeing Buzludzha was awesome, as was the walk through Dimitrovgrad with its socialist buildings. The Museum of Aviation was a nice bonus, and he arranged a guide to walk me through it. She was good, but to be perfectly honest, I would also have been happy to explore it on my own. Very nice trip!

          Excellent Guided Tour!
We went to the Marvelous Bridges and Kosovo (village) with Ivo who is a fantastic guide. He is personable and very knowledgeable about both the human and natural history of the area. Having him as our guide allowed us to have more understanding and enjoyment of the region than if we’d traveled by ourselves, and we got to see a lot more than we otherwise would have. The trip far exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend Ivo for any tour!
