What an incredible Experience. We were kind of stuck in Plovdiv not realising how difficult it is to travel with public transport on a Sunday. We booked a private Transfer and were expecting just that. For the price was for a transfer we basically received a private tour the entire way from Plovdiv to Veliko Tarnovo. Our Driver ALEX was incredible, really passionate about Bulgaria. We stopped at several sites which he graciously shared with us and treated us to a traditional Bulgarian lunch. For a couple that travels on a budget and we were really concerned about the transfer price, it turned out to be the best Value for Money experience in Bulgaria so far. Would highly recommend using their service and especially Alex!!

We were collected from our guesthouse in Plovdiv. David our driver was very prompt and loaded our luggage for us. He was very friendly and knowledgable about Bulgaria and surrounding areas. First class service from the first communication. Driver was on time, car was very clean, and water was provided - also, two breaks for the toilet, for which I was very grateful! Definitely going to use them as my regular drivers as I travel around Bulgaria. There was a minor prooblem en route - not the driver's fault - and communication with people back at the office was excellent.

Top Service for a moderate price. I booked a ride from Sofia Airport to Plovdiv about one hour before our flight. At our arrival at the Airport i got messaged by the driver and he picked us up. Very kind and handsome driver. I will Book the next trip here again!

Great communication, great driver. Our flight was delayed from Málaga to Sofia by almost an hour and a half and they also changed the terminal in the end. Bobi drove safely, and we managed to sleep on the way. I'd definitely use the service again. I'm giving a 5 star rating.
