      nice experience
one of the beatiful cities we visited in our life. parking in organized park then walk in the old city until you got the famous bridge ; after desroying this bridge in the war ; many countries (italy; france; germany ... ) rebuild the special & beautiful bridge. a tour of 5 hours ; no paying ; cross the bridge to narrow streets with many pubs & restaurants. cheap prices ; enjoy your time & relaxing

      Excellent Tour
A well paced tour which spends quality time at four fantastic locations and nicely balances learning with leisure. Great guides in Milan and Sedad, who were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and personable. Recommended.

      Great tour. Highly recommend
This was such an amazing tour. We got to discover most of Herzegovina in 1 day. You visit 4 beautiful locations with plenty of free time in each one so we were able to take loads of pictures and just embrace the natural beauty the country has to offer. We had an amazing tour guide Marko who was so full of life and he was a such a joy to talk to. He was very informative, knowledgable and definitely enhanced the experience. Highly recommend this!

      E-Bike trip
Mirin outfitted us with top notch e-bikes for our self- guided ride from Sarajevo to Mostar. The bikes made it possible to ride 100 miles with over 10,000 of elevation over 3 days. It was an absolutely gorgeous way to see the mountains and lakes and rivers. His equipment was well thought out and spot on. He was so helpful, fast and easy to communicate with. My group of 4 all highly recommend Mirin and his team. They really care and it shows. Thank you for an epic adventure!

      Incredible
We did two tours with IHouse Travel both organised by Shejma. She was absolutely brilliant and just the kindest, sweetest girl ever! The first tour was the Herzegovina Tour with Sedas. He was lovely and an incredibly talented tour guide. He told us detailed history of the areas we went to and also explained the current climate in Bosnia. It was a very engaging tour and definitely worth a visit and absolutely worth the cost. The second tour was a day trip to Dubrovnik. Marko was our guide there. He was so friendly and welcoming and just a joy to talk to. He took us to different places in Bosnia on the way to Dubrovnik and explained the detailed history behind them with ease. The day passed so quickly and there wasn’t an awkward second. Marko made it worth every penny! IHouse Travel is lucky to have all three of them and they deserve promotions, pay rises, the whole lot. I cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely be back!!

      Breathtaking Bosnia!
Fantastic tour. Learnt alot about the history and culture of Bosnia due to the friendly tour guide Sedad. The waterfalls were breathtaking and the scenery at Blagaj was amazing too with an interesting insight into the world of the Dervishes. As an added bonus we walked to the source of the Buna river. The guide was from Mostar and gave us an indepth insight into Morstar and its history. I highly recommend this tour.

Convenient, hassle-free trip with very nice tour guides
Very responsible, friendly and punctual local tour guides. The trip was well planned, and all four spots were readily accessible because we took the minivan. Our tour guides gave us enough time to explore each spot freely at our own pace. Overall it's a worthwhile, hassle-free and memorable experience.

      Amazing experience with Marko !!
It was amazing. My girlfriend and I were able to see the sights of Mostar without having to worry about public transport. Marko not only got us there safety, but picked us up from our flat. He was most helpful and the whole trip went really smoothly. I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to explore the sights of Mostar. đź‘Śđź‘Ś

      Saddad is the best 🔥🔥
This trip was perfect! We had tour guide Saddad who was so lovely- he was super knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina and made everything interesting and engaging. He also gave us recommendations outside of the trip and played us some traditional music. The whole experience was 10/10, we can't recommend this enough.

Amazing guide who gave an excellent overview of Hercegovina
Our guide Marko was extremely knowledgable about History and local culture. He drove us to Blagaj, to a Christian Orthodox monastery and Pocitej and gave us some explanations in the car during the drive as well as on the spots. After that we headed for Kravice where we spent 2h. I felt the time spent in each location was enough though I would not mind staying 1h more in Kravice but that's because I like water.

      Great guide and fun day!
Our guide Sedad was enthusiastic, open, spoke great English and took real pride in helping us understand what we were looking at. Plus we had a lovely friendly group (seven of us in total). It’s a great way to find out more about Herzegovina’s history and culture by seeing it first-hand. It was no problem to ask about any aspects of the region’s history and talk about how people are living together in the present day. It was also relaxing and fun, too, with plenty of time for swimming at the beautiful waterfalls. Definitely recommend!

We traveled with our family for four months from August to December across 7 countries and took many guided tours, but our tours with Miran of iHouse Travel In Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina stood out as the very best. We actually took three tours with Miran: Death of Yugoslavia Tour, the Mostar City tour, and a one day tour covering Kravica waterfalls, Pocitelji, and the Dervish House. Miran's talent lies in his ability to truly craft a story. He built it up slowly, explaining through music and the historical sights what it meant be a part of the greater Yugoslavia and what it was like to experience the Bosnian war. He brought us to a square of sorts, still dilapidated since the war, and showed us how it was pre-war, modern and affluent. Despite such a 'heavy' topic, my son said it was the best guided tour he's ever been on! We learned so much about such a complicated region. Besides all this, Miran is very personable and kind. I highly recommend for you to take one of his tours!

"The death of Yugoslavia" tour is a must do in Mostar. We feel like you only start your trip through the balkans if you actually learn their History.
It's a very different and interactive tour. With Miran's outstanding storytelling skills we travelled back in time in a unique way going from one location to another and learning onsite how life was not so long ago.

Thank you so much for this experience,

Miran is a phenomenal storyteller who really immerses you in the history of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Lots of nice surprises, cool locations and a very off the beaten track-feel. The old bridge in Mostar may be more Instagram-friendly, but this tour will stick with me for much longer. Highly recommended.

This tour has been described as fascinating, and I totally agree. It takes you away from the more obvious sights of Mostar to get a true understanding of the recent history that led to the disappearance of Yugoslavia. Miran is super knowledgeable and engaging, and the tour never feels rushed.

He has even chosen a song to set the mood for each stage of the tour! 100% recommended :)

I had many experiences with tours as a frequent solo traveler, but this tour has been quite exceptional to me by all means. This tour kept me stunned and emotionally connected to the country from the very first moment and I even appreciate Bosnia and Herzegovina even more now.
If you want to understand what was Yugoslavia, how it ended reaching till Bosnia today, definitely join this tour. This tour cannot fail anyone, whether a history lover or not, interested in politics or not, it’s truly a must. Miran is incredibly a knowledgeable, passionate and highly professional guide. Miran has a very special way of story telling that would not make your eye blink, anticipating what’s next, his tone variety, sequence of events, noticeable objectivity in stating numbers and credible facts even using music with each phase of the story is something that keeps you triggered till the last moment. Miran used many personal relatable examples that can reflect how life looked like by then. Miran shows a great respect and accepts all questions with high level of courtesy and professionalism. Last but not least, his deep passion is something that would make sure that not only this tour will remain memorable, but you will always want to come back to Bosnia and Herzegovina, because a piece of your heart will eventually stay there, trust me ! Super top

The tour was outstanding. Miran was incredibly engaging and we leaned so much about the history of Yugoslavia. He took us to a few different places, which had we seen them on our own, we never would have experienced the same way. I can’t recommend this enough. It will really help you understand how history impacted the people and the culture.

There are group tours, walking tours, theme tours, and probably we all have done a bit of everything. And then there is "The Death of Yugoslavia". Miran took the experience to a different level. One can easily tell that Miriam dedicated so much effort, work and research into this experience, to make it unique. The way he takes you through Yugoslavia timeline, different periods, in a logical order, followed by great locations, songs, and explanations is totally worth it. Plus, Mirian is not a guide, he is an amazing stroy teller. He puts so much passion and detail into his explanations that you will never feel bored. Super engaging, accurate, with plenty of room for questions, introspection and great photos (if you are into photography). A must do if you are in Mostar. You will get as closer as possible to a glimpse of Yugoslavia was.

Miran was an amazing guide! Very enthusiastic and a knowledgable on the local areas and told of his own families experience growing up in Bosnia. Despite the rain which occurred half way through the tour, he still kept up the good spirit and the weather didn’t affect the tour too much. I was the only person on the tour which gave me an added personalised touch due to the tourist season not yet fully starting. Thanks so much for not cancelling my tour and still providing me a very informative experience about the history of Yugoslavia and taking me to an amazing viewpoint to end the tour. Wish the team all the best over the summer!

Amazing tour - very creativity designed and perfectly delivered by Miran who is very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. Very clever use of music to help capture the mood of various eras in Yugoslav history, and use of personal stories to help explain things. This was exactly the subject matter I wanted to learn more about however my expectations were vastly exceeded.
