- I8806VJlisaj00Amazing informative tourSeddad was an amazing tour guide, we learned a lot from him about the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina and also about the region. I especially liked his great music recommendations. Thanks a lot for this tour!
- 456sriharshak00Great experience and a friendly travel guideIt was a well tailored excursion and perfectly planned. We started (in a nice comfortable transport)exactly at the mentioned time near the travel agency in the old town Mostar with a Super friendly guide. We visited places like Blagaj(With small historical museum, beautiful river and breathtaking mountains ),Počitelj, Kravica Waterfall. You can also swim near to the waterfall and eat or drink something in nearby restaurants. Special thanks to the guide, He explained about lot of history of the Mostar(including the places we visited) and the country during our time, very informative. The entire trip lasted around 7 hours. Overall it is a great experience and feeling. I would definitely recommend i-House travel.
- sametnasa00Wonderful cultural and historical dayThe tour was wonderful. Our guide was so knowledges and passionate about the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina I highly recommend this tour.
- andreagJ7115FQ00Wholesome experience in MostarThis was without a doubt one of the best tours I have ever taken in my life. It made me feel connected to the place, its culture, its people and its history in a unique way. I was moved by its story and the warmth of the people; I laughed, cried and enjoyed making this trip to Mostar a fruitful, rewarding, unique and unrepeatable experience. The guide not only focused on telling the basics of each place but also shared part of his personal experience and points of view. It is undoubtedly a tour that I will highly recommend as well as visiting Mostar in general.
- I4445OGelenac00Amazing customer service and tour guideMy mum and I stumbled across this agency when I was looking for a way to get to Međugorje from Mostar. The manager/owner went above and beyond and he offered to drop us off at the end of the Day Tour. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. If you are pressed for time and want to see the highlights of Herzegovina, then I recommend this tour.
- priya121700Bravo 👏🏽 IHouse & JasminaWhat an amazing day! Jasmina was our guide and she did such a fantastic job showing us the sites. She is so friendly and kind. I really truly loved this experience and highly recommend IHouse when visiting Mostar.
- VermontJerry00Informative and fun! Would recommendGreat trip. The mix of places visited was good, interesting monuments, villages and waterfalls. Our guide was really knowlegable and managed to bring the history alive, he was also really funny. The time spent at each place was about right to look around but not feel like you were waiting around. All in all i would thoroughly recommend the trip if you are in Mostar.
- Trip4459207683300One day from MOSTARA wonderful day. A small group where you felt comfortable. An interesting, non-boring and charismatic guide. Excellent locations and enough time for photos and inspection. Thank you very much. 100 out of 100. Recommend.
- spencerb20000Perfect tour!Excellent tour! Miran was a fantastic guide - very knowledgeable, friendly, and so funny. This tour is a fun and convenient way to see some of the best sights around Mostar without a car, since they are mostly not accessible by public transport. All of the sights were beautiful and very interesting.
- apuana900Great experience and lovely guide! The tour was perfectly organized. We were a small group (7 ppl) and we managed to truly enjoy Herzegovina and its many beauties. The real added value to the whole trip was Armin, our guide: a lovely personality, always smiling, but knowledgable and reliable at the same time! He made us experience different places rich of history and tradition, gave us tips and his personal insight, which made the tour less "touristic"! I highly recommend this tour and the agency, which is located right in the centre of Mostar Old Town. It's also good value for money and you won't be disappointed!
- Dayane_Martins201400The best guide in Mostar!Me and my friend did the tour with Sedad. He is amazing person and guide. We enjoyed a lot the day tour. He told us in detail about the history of his country. We laughed, cried and really enjoyed the day. He speaks with great love about his country, and that makes a big difference. We would definitely recommend a tour with him.
- jpedr0r0010 over 10Our guide Sedad made of this tour a unique experience. He made us feel at home and his explanations about the places and the history of the area were very valuable. A true ambassador of his country.
- albacU5805MD00Perfect to discover HerzegovinaWhen you travel on your own it is sometimes difficult to discover the hidden gems but this is not overlooked if you are accompanied by local guides. This is the main reason why we booked this tour and we couldn't be happier about it. We had a great day discovering the Hercegovina area, the tour is a great experience to learn about its origins, history, traditions, religion and music (very important in the region!). The icing on the cake is the last stop, the Kravice waterfalls where besides enjoying the bath you are impressed by the nature of the region. During the tour you receive a personal and close treatment, they try to solve all the doubts you may have and you have the feeling that you stop being a simple tourist to be part of one more of the group. Undoubtedly, exceptional!
- samuelaY4655RL00A fantastic time with Sedad, Miran and coWe had a fantastic day seeing the sights around Mostar. Our tour guide was Sedad. Sedad gave us a fascinating local insight into his country, both of its historical and modern history. Later that day, Sedad revealed himself to be the kind of guide who is very happy to give guests ‘after-hours’ tours of the local Mostar nightlife, if you are lucky enough to become friends with him. We have been lucky to know Sedad not just as a tour guide, but as a friend. Overall, I-House Mostar, Miran and the team were fantastic at all times and went above and beyond for us- could not recommend highly enough.
- 768natalim00Must have to visitEverything was amazing! Good places, good team, interesting stories from our guides. I can definitely recommend this tour!

We traveled with our family for four months from August to December across 7 countries and took many guided tours, but our tours with Miran of iHouse Travel In Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina stood out as the very best. We actually took three tours with Miran: Death of Yugoslavia Tour, the Mostar City tour, and a one day tour covering Kravica waterfalls, Pocitelji, and the Dervish House. Miran's talent lies in his ability to truly craft a story. He built it up slowly, explaining through music and the historical sights what it meant be a part of the greater Yugoslavia and what it was like to experience the Bosnian war. He brought us to a square of sorts, still dilapidated since the war, and showed us how it was pre-war, modern and affluent. Despite such a 'heavy' topic, my son said it was the best guided tour he's ever been on! We learned so much about such a complicated region. Besides all this, Miran is very personable and kind. I highly recommend for you to take one of his tours!

"The death of Yugoslavia" tour is a must do in Mostar. We feel like you only start your trip through the balkans if you actually learn their History.
It's a very different and interactive tour. With Miran's outstanding storytelling skills we travelled back in time in a unique way going from one location to another and learning onsite how life was not so long ago.
Thank you so much for this experience,
Ana Luisa and Raquel Gaudêncio

Miran is a phenomenal storyteller who really immerses you in the history of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Lots of nice surprises, cool locations and a very off the beaten track-feel. The old bridge in Mostar may be more Instagram-friendly, but this tour will stick with me for much longer. Highly recommended.

This tour has been described as fascinating, and I totally agree. It takes you away from the more obvious sights of Mostar to get a true understanding of the recent history that led to the disappearance of Yugoslavia. Miran is super knowledgeable and engaging, and the tour never feels rushed.
He has even chosen a song to set the mood for each stage of the tour! 100% recommended :)

I had many experiences with tours as a frequent solo traveler, but this tour has been quite exceptional to me by all means. This tour kept me stunned and emotionally connected to the country from the very first moment and I even appreciate Bosnia and Herzegovina even more now.
If you want to understand what was Yugoslavia, how it ended reaching till Bosnia today, definitely join this tour. This tour cannot fail anyone, whether a history lover or not, interested in politics or not, it’s truly a must. Miran is incredibly a knowledgeable, passionate and highly professional guide. Miran has a very special way of story telling that would not make your eye blink, anticipating what’s next, his tone variety, sequence of events, noticeable objectivity in stating numbers and credible facts even using music with each phase of the story is something that keeps you triggered till the last moment. Miran used many personal relatable examples that can reflect how life looked like by then. Miran shows a great respect and accepts all questions with high level of courtesy and professionalism. Last but not least, his deep passion is something that would make sure that not only this tour will remain memorable, but you will always want to come back to Bosnia and Herzegovina, because a piece of your heart will eventually stay there, trust me ! Super top

The tour was outstanding. Miran was incredibly engaging and we leaned so much about the history of Yugoslavia. He took us to a few different places, which had we seen them on our own, we never would have experienced the same way. I can’t recommend this enough. It will really help you understand how history impacted the people and the culture.

There are group tours, walking tours, theme tours, and probably we all have done a bit of everything. And then there is "The Death of Yugoslavia". Miran took the experience to a different level. One can easily tell that Miriam dedicated so much effort, work and research into this experience, to make it unique. The way he takes you through Yugoslavia timeline, different periods, in a logical order, followed by great locations, songs, and explanations is totally worth it. Plus, Mirian is not a guide, he is an amazing stroy teller. He puts so much passion and detail into his explanations that you will never feel bored. Super engaging, accurate, with plenty of room for questions, introspection and great photos (if you are into photography). A must do if you are in Mostar. You will get as closer as possible to a glimpse of Yugoslavia was.

Miran was an amazing guide! Very enthusiastic and a knowledgable on the local areas and told of his own families experience growing up in Bosnia. Despite the rain which occurred half way through the tour, he still kept up the good spirit and the weather didn’t affect the tour too much. I was the only person on the tour which gave me an added personalised touch due to the tourist season not yet fully starting. Thanks so much for not cancelling my tour and still providing me a very informative experience about the history of Yugoslavia and taking me to an amazing viewpoint to end the tour. Wish the team all the best over the summer!

Amazing tour - very creativity designed and perfectly delivered by Miran who is very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. Very clever use of music to help capture the mood of various eras in Yugoslav history, and use of personal stories to help explain things. This was exactly the subject matter I wanted to learn more about however my expectations were vastly exceeded.
