About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- smalley20 contributionsBest tourGreat tour, the guide and driver were great, full of useful information. The guide was really caring and tried to sort out how everyone would get back to their places of stay. The tour was great plenty of gorgeous scenery, one of the best tours we have been on. Definitely recommend this tour.Written October 28, 2024
- wmccfp0 contributionsThree for the price of oneThis excursion managed to provide a sense of Kotor while mostly avoiding the gridlock of every day a cruise ship is in port. Budva is totally different with many modern buildings surrounding an old Citadel. Perast was beautiful with spectacular views at every turn. Three totally different experiences in a few hours.Written October 25, 2024
- tom b0 contributionsGreat experience, a must do for travellers. This is a must do for anyone coming to Montenegro, it was the best experience coming on this trip. Honestly, maybe one of my best experiences of my life, they take you to the best spots and scenery only the locals would know. We had a beautiful and knowledgeable tour guide, “nadjia”? Who would answer every question with lots of detail, and told us story’s about local Montenegro life and growing up here. They take you to restaurants for breakfast and lunch, the food was really nice and not expensive. Maybe 20€ in total. You get to have so many nice conversations with different people from all over the world on this trip. It’s definitely worth every penny. It lasts from about 6am -7:30pm drop off at the nearest bus stop to your hotel, or in Kotor. Even though it’s the whole day, not once was I bored. Staff made sure we were back to our hotels safely which was nice.Written October 15, 2024
- Sharanya U0 contributionsWorth the money and nice experienceCovered the must visit places in Montenegro that are not in the limelight and for a very reasonable price. We tried to visit Njegoševa mausoleum by ourselves renting a cab and just to reach there it was about £80. Recommend it if you looking to learn more about the history of every place you travelWritten October 13, 2024
- milopatricio0 contributionsworth itGreat tour experience. Shout out to our tour guide Vanya, all the team and our driver included, for being accommodating, approachable, and being an amazing guide and sharing loads of information to us. Definitely climb the 461 steps to the mausoleum. A full day tour but worth it as lots of places to visit. I highly recommend this!Written October 2, 2024
- paulnamesa0 contributionsThe perfect way to explore MontenegroWe did two tours with 360 Monte, booked for us through Journee. The great Montenegro tour and the north Montenegro tour to Durmitor and Ostrog monastery. We had an amazing time, it was the perfect way to explore a lot of Montenegro and learn the history of the country. Our tour guides, Milos and Nadja (apologies if that is not the correct spelling) were fantastic. They were both very friendly and informative as well as giving great advice for places to eat, visit and things to do on our other days in the bay of Kotor. This was super valuable. I would highly recommend these tours, especially near the beginning of a holiday in Montenegro to get a lay of the land and get the local recommendations.Written September 30, 2024
- poshrule0 contributionsBeautiful Montenegro (Great Montenegro Tour)Me and my wife did this trip in September 2024 and had a great time on the tour. Igor was our guide/driver and was very informative and clearly enjoys his job and showing people his country. This is a tour where you go in a small vehicle (which we prefer to the big bus tours). You pack a lot in during the day and we never felt rushed and would say the tour was quite relaxed even though you pack a hell of a lot in during the day. The scenery was amazing and rivals some of the best views I have seen in other parts of the world. The lunch stop was great value and a good 3 course meal and drink included. My only negative is lunch was later than I would have liked but the quality and quantity made up for it. My tip would be not to take the cable car up and instead enjoy the drive up the mountain as you stop anyway for photo's along the way and still get the great viewpoints. We would 100% recommend this tour to others so you get to see more of the country and we would do another tour with this company if we are back in Kotor again in the future.Written September 21, 2024
- Q7943KRjom0 contributionsAmazing scenery and overall exciting trip! The water course was exciting for a first timer (I sat in the middle front of the raft so I got most of the action lol) - plus the views itself were breathtaking. The drive was very scenic (especially the drive back during sunset over Perast) and Lina walked us through the basic history of Montengero (which I quite liked). Overall, I highly recommend this trip for adventure-seekers or nature-lovers!Written September 20, 2024
- Eliza V0 contributionsVery enjoyable dayAmazing day. We had a very nice guide Milos. The breakfast and lunch was very nice as well. On rafting we had instructor Boriss. Amazing guy, made us do challenges and we took everything we could from what the river had to offer. Great for solo travellers as well. Our group was very international. You will not be the only ones because there is like 5-6 boats going at the same time. Boris and other instructor had a go pro on him. So we could get all footage for 40 euros as well (40 for all of us together, so we split) amazing day, I would go again definitely, and try canyoning and hiking with them as well.Written September 7, 2024
- I9820PHericm0 contributionsHighly Recommended…Ask for SlavkoOur private tour in Kotor, Montenegro, with Slavko was an absolute delight! Not only was Slavko incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Kotor, but his sense of humor made the entire experience entertaining and enjoyable. He had us laughing while also sharing fascinating insights about the city’s landmarks and hidden gems. Slavko’s passion for Kotor, combined with his engaging personality, made this one of the most memorable tours of our trip. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fun and informative way to explore KotorWritten September 6, 2024

- Freedom594030675880 contributionsBest experience for First timersThe trip was amazing with amazing drive all the way. Skippers were a really good and joyful. It was easy (maybe because we were there when the river had less flow) even tough we did not know swimming, we enjoyed the 3 hour rafting. 360 Monte has one of the best guides (Milos) who keeps you entertained throughout the trip. He was so kind and helpful too. Really glad we did this trip with 360 Monte.Written August 30, 2024
- claire_gled0 contributionsThe BEST tour!I took this tour with my 13 year old son. Our guide was Nadja, she was so knowledgeable, friendly and a proud Montenegrin. We learnt so much from her on the history of this beautiful country and she absolutely made the trip. Cable car is stunning as is the scenery. The mausoleum is incredible and well worth the 461 steps! Nadja took the most amazing photo. Lovćen national park blew me away with the rich colours, the boat ride and the wildlife. Cetinje holds a lot of history and is a beautiful place. Just book it. It’s a long day but we had the best group, met some lovely people and it’s the best tour we have ever done.Written August 26, 2024

I did this trip with Nina as the tour guide. She is funny, friendly, super helpful and sweet person. When at the breakfast place there was a delay she started helping the restaurant staff herself so that the tour is not delayed. The day I went for the trip there was so much drama (in a good way). On the way to Ostrog Nina had asked us if any of us believe in any higher power or if any of us are religious. None of us were, nor anyone said that they were spiritual. Well, sure. Then almost immediately hailstorm started and then at a curve of the mountain there was another bus preventing us from moving ahead. The roads are really narrow. However true to Nina's words Bladja, the driver is super skillful and he maneuvered the vehicle full of non believing us, and took us safely to Ostrog and back. Nina was right that whether or not you are religious Ostrog has this effect on you. For most of my fellow passengers and me it was the calm joy of being alive thanks to Bladja's driving skills. But on a more serious note, Ostrog does have this calming effect on you. I am an agnostic person. What I felt there was extremely grounded and peaceful. Don't know why, did not bother to know why, but it just made me happy in a calm sort of way.
Nina also gave great recommendation for food, so do listen to her. She was also checking up with us to see if the food was ok. If I visit Montenegro again I will do this trip again but will schedule it such that Nina and Bladja are there. I am the tiny female whose Spanish equivalent name is 'tiny star' and you called me Star :D . At the start of the tour when I asked if I need to carry my id card for any border crossing, you had said that the only border we will be crossing will be the borders of our minds. And you were so right! You are a great storytelling style and I wish you good luck with your Deutsch!

The tour was organized very professionally, started right on the clock and finished also as advertised. The views on the Kotor bay and other viewpoints were just stunning. Black lake was my favorite part, it's amazing and I would spend a lot more then 2h there if I can. Slavko, our guide is very kind and communicative, told us a lot of stories about Montenegro and places we've visited. He arranged great meals for the whole group, and was making sure everybody are having fun.
I would recommend this tour to everyone!

Airport - Airport in Podgorica does not accept boarding pass on phone, printed version only. There are no buses going to and from the airport.
Taxi - upload an app ,,Nas Taxi 19709'' local (Podgorica) taxi company for reservations. It will cost you around €8 to city centre max, avoid the ''airport'' taxi which costs between €15 to up to €25.
Buses - you can travel by bus between most main cities website: busticket4me
You can book it online or buy tickets in stations. There is €1 additional charge to pay for paltform and I have been charged €1 for luggage too, always handy to have change. You will need it to go to toilets too.
Traveling on budget?
Apartments are fairly priced, fully equiped kichen (based on my personal experience) so you can prep meals for a whole day. Supermarkets are in very close distance.

Montenegro is a very small country, but it is difficult to travel alone due to the lack of transportation due to the large number of mountains. So I booked this tour and I was able to go to all the attractions in northern Montenegro in one day. Backpacking travelers like me may find the tour expensive, but it will be much more expensive to visit these attractions alone. I would rather recommend traveling in northern Montenegrin with a guide and a comfortable vehicle. The price of the restaurant on this tour is reasonable and you can experience very delicious meals. also guide Nina is kind and gives various explanations.
So tour was a very satisfied. Tour was hard, but everyone already knew it, so it's okay.
Thank you Nina. She was make a very nice day to me

Amazing day tour to North Montenegro with great value for money. The tour has a well-designed itinerary including some stunning highlights like Tara Bridge, Black Lake and Ostrog Monastery which we wouldn’t have been able to reach by ourselves as we don’t drive. The breakfast and lunch provided were delicious and at a reasonable price. The tour guide was informative and had a good sense of humour.

Excellent tour! Which I sort of did twice, getting off to stay at the Black Lake and then rejoining the tour a few days later to get back to Kotor. I'll admit, I mostly signed up to do this tour as a cheating way of getting to Durmitor, without driving. But what a great decision! Much like the 360monte Great Montenegro tour I did the day before, this was awesome! Spectacular views throughout, even with occasional bad weather. The guide and driver took care to rearrange things as the weather changed throughout the day to ensure we saw things at the best time. I chickened out of doing the Zipline but who needs that adrenaline when you have the massive drops from the hairpin bends on the way to the monastery?! Which the driver, Rajo, handled like a pro, with safety and ease. I was lucky enough to have the same guide, Luka, throughout my 360monte tours and he was just brilliant. Super friendly, enthusiastic and helpful and when I rejoined the tour in Zabljak it was like seeing a friend! The communication before my visit from 360monte was great too, they were very helpful with organizing my trip and happy to take me and my luggage. All in all, I reckon I can thoroughly recommend any of their tours based on my experience- and I want to come back and do them all!

The value of this tour is 5 stars and guide Milos provided an exceptional experience, even if some of the sites where 4 stars given the amount of drive time required. Great history and discussion from Milos added value, with well planned meals, photo and rest stops. Tara bridge is probably not worth the drive, but my wife had fun on the 20 Euro zip line. Durmitor Park is just like any other alpine lake, but we did enjoy a quick and muddy 45 hike around Black Lake. Ostrog was definitely the highlight, then the long two hour drive back to Kotor. Overall the communication and service by 360 Monte was so good we’re trying the Great Montenegro Tour tomorrow.

I truly enjoyed every minute of this spectacular tour. We covered so much ground, visiting so many gorgeous spots in one day. The scenery was truly amazing and the difference in topography between coast and mountains was dramatic. Our guide Slobodan was very friendly, knowledgeable and truly passionate about sharing Montenegrin culture with our group. He and our driver worked very hard from sunrise until after dark. This was about a 13-hour trip. Make sure you tip unlike some of the cheapos in our van!

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this trip! Couldn’t have asked for a better guide- Slavko’s incredible knowledge of the region and sense of humour kept us all smiling and thoroughly engaged throughout the trip. We would never been able to see such beautiful places in such a short amount of time by ourselves. The smooth and comfortable journey revealed (in our opinion) the most stunning and diverse scenery in Montenegro. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to efficiently explore the best spots of Montenegro, further their knowledge of the country, meet new people and have an overall brilliant time. Also, definitely do the zip line- you won’t regret the view!

Wow what a fantastic tour! Our tour guide Slavko was the best tour guide you could have asked for! Very knowledgeable and his humour made us all feel very comfortable! He shared his passion for Montenegro its history, food, beer, wine and culture and all of our group now have a new found love for Montenegro. The tour stops are picturesque and the mountains speak for themselves. Thanks again Slavko! Hope to tour with you again! 😊

Hi, I am wondering the pick up and drop off time for this trip. Also, what is the hiking like during the trip? I saw hike near the black lake. Is there much walking? I am still struggling a bit as broke my ankle just over a year ago.

We have booked this tour buth a private one because we were 6 people so the driver pocked us up at our appartement. When you book the tour ad 49 euros, thats a tour not private. You join other people and i think that then the start point is at Kotor. Buth you can ask 360monte. Maybe there is also a pickup point closer

Hej. I want to know how far it is from Kotor to bridge Tara if you go by car.
Written June 7, 2019
200km roughly 3 hours by car each way. We opted to go on an all day excursion with 360 Monte and saw an awful lot more than just the bridge.
